When you don’t have the support, I don’t see how it’s even possible to succeed when you get out of prison. They release you with no ID, no nothing and expect you to find your way. You can’t get a job with livable wages, you can’t get a place to live and they wonder why so many people end back in prison. There has to be a better way. We need prison reform and I will speak out about it. For now, here’s my story…

Sammy tells a story about one of the mafias most brutal killers, Tommy Karate. Tommy's wife dies of an overdose and he will stop at nothing to find the woman who witnessed it.

Patsy Conte, a wealthy heroin dealer and friend of the Gambios, doesn't seem to be treating John Gotti the same as he did Paul. Sammy is assigned to straighten out the confusion.

Sammy goes in for questioning in Quantico with a heavyweight agent from Washington, and he is instructed to keep his composure during the conversation. Sammy does his best, but towards the end of their talk things get a little dicey.

In this story Sammy introduces his good friend Louie Milito who is dying to be a made man. He tells us the story about how he got Louie made, but we learn later on that Sammy also has him taken out

Sammy speaks on the murder of fellow Rampers member, Gerry Pappa who was killed as revenge for killing Colombo crime family caporegime Thomas "Shorty" Spero.

Chin Chigante gets word that one of his own guys is talking bad about him behind his back. Sammy tells us the story of who it was and how Chin took brutal revenge.

After Carlo Gambino’s nephew is kidnapped, he uses John Gotti and Angelo Ruggerio to get revenge. Sammy tells the story of the hit that laid the groundwork for John and Angelo to become made into the Gambino family.

After starting a family, Sammy decided he needed to break away from the life and earn an honest living. Until one day his phone rang and Allie Boy was on the other end; he needed help and Sammy had to make a decision.

The true story of what happened to Alan Kaiser and exactly how Sammy was involved. A freak and very unfortunate accident while Sammy and his crew were looking for revenge.

A hit was put out on Jimmy The Clam and was assigned to Roy Demeo and Nino Gaggi. After the hit, the cops get involved and one of them catches Nino with a bullet, luckily Roy Demeo invents an elaborate plan to save them from prison.

By telling Paul Castellano that he looked like a chicken, Paul's daughter's boyfriend signs his death certificate. He not only insulted his looks, but compared him to one of his least favorite businessmen, Frank Purdue.

Sammy spreads light on the mob's involvement during the Kennedy Era and he worked directly with the Chicago outfit. Their influence made a tremendous impact on JFK's rise to Presidency.

During the second Colombo war, Sammy gets assigned to whack Crazy Joe Gallo. Before he can even get close to Joe, Sammy realizes he's surrounded by made guys and tons of weapons.

Angelo Ruggerio finds out that Gaspipe is spreading lies about him, so he asks John Gotti for permission to whack him. When the hit goes awry, Gaspipe immediately seeks revenge and won't quit until it's settled.

Sammy and Peanuts read and talk about the Carmine Galante hit. Sammy answers a common question about the Canadian mafia.

Sammy tells us about the farm he purchased in Cream Ridge, New Jersey, and the great deal it meant to him and his family. Unfortunately, after the Plaza Suite incident, Sammy is faced with a tough decision on whether or not to keep the farm.

During some of his time in MCC Sammy is assigned a new court-appointed lawyer, Lynne Stewart. Shortly afterward, Sammy gets news that his lawyer got busted for committing terrorist crimes.

Sammy gets called to testify as a witness for Fat Sally; a man who wanted to kill him. Although it's a big risk to take, sticking to the truth is the key component in Sammy's testimony.

Sammy tells us about his interactions with a very wealthy and dangerous man, Joe "The Cat" Laforte. Joe seems to have beef with John Gotti, so he comes to Sammy begging for help to resolve it.

Sammy tells us the unique story about how he got drafted and transported to South Carolina. The experiences he has before, during, and after basic training paint the picture of what so many soldiers went through during the Vietnam war.

A demolition contract is given to one of Sammy's guys, to clear space for the building of Donald Trump's "Trump Tower". Toxic waste is found in the debris. A man named Weiss is suspected to be informing. Sammy is given the hit, but it goes sideways.

Sammy gives a detailed history of who exactly Bobby Boriello was and how he became to be John Gotti's #1 body guard. Later on, when Sammy and John were in prison together, they get word that Bobby Boriello was killed outside of his home and they need to know who did it.

Nicky Scarfo asks John Gotti for permission to hit the former boss of the Philadelphia crime family, John Stanfa. As the situation plays out, John gains respect for Sammy and his strong relationship with Nicky.

Sammy tells us what he knows about Joe Massino of the Bonanno family, and his brother-in-law Sal Vitale.

The government finds out that Steven Seagal and Peter Gotti have been having some conversations, so Steven gets asked to testify in court. It wasn't until after a good cry and a couple of hugs that Steven could even take the stand.

And the demise of John Gotti continues. With a sneak peek into what to expect from season 5.

Allie Boy Persico's girlfriend gets questioned by the FBI and she takes a liking to one of the agents. This raises some suspicion in the family that she may be an informant - so Greg Scarpa Sr. is given her contract.

Sammy goes into detail about who Greg Scarpa Sr., also known as "The Grim Reaper" really was. One night, Greg reeks havoc in one of Sammy's clubs, so he immediately calls for a sitdown.

And our Louie Dibono story continues....

The detailed story of The Dibono Hit told by Sammy. Loui Dibono was robbing Sammy, he roughs Louie up to get his money back - and the only way to try and resolve it is through a proper sit down.

After just getting out of prison, Sammy gets word that John has put a price on his head. The guy he paid to do it, Cornfed, was a part of the notorious AB gang and luckily - he was also a friend of Sammys.

During Sammy's time in the ADX Supermax, agents ask Sammy to testify against Joe Watts and he agrees. This starts a bit of a beef between the two, and the situation escalates when Joe threatens to harm Sammy' son.

Sammy talks about Tommy "Karate" Pitera and just how obsessed he was with being a hitman. He was so vicious, in fact, that he even had the drive to go after a woman.

Sammy explains when he felt the shift in his and John’s relationship. Was it jealousy, envy, fear or did all three play a part in this relationship shift?

One of Sammys good friends from Toddos crew, Joey Frankalino, gets into an argument with Neil Dellacroce's future son in law. Sammy and Toddo immediately go to sit down for Joey to try and straighten everything out.

Sammy tells us a story about an informant in the Colombo family who accidentally gets exposed. The informants father, a very loyal associate for the Colombos, offers to whack his own son for what he did.

Sammy talks about the crew's opinion of Gotti as he began to take a downward dip as the boss and what he did to get there.

After the Castellano hit, Sammy had immediate plans to go on the lam. He takes us back to that time and gives tell is, in depth, what it felt like to leave his life and loved ones behind.

Carmine Lombardozzi, a workhorse for Albert Anastasia, is known for getting mixed up in dangerous affairs. He brings that same behavior into one of Sammy's bars and Sammy has zero tolerance for it.

Sammy gives us an in depth look at the communication amongst the mafia, within unions, political figures, and even more.

Sammy gives us an inside description of the Ravenite Club and the role it played in the New York Mafia. He goes on to explain the rough relationship that Gotti had with the Lucchese's.

Sammy gets approached by a man claiming to be the boss of the California family. He knows made members never introduce themselves. It isn't until Sammy gets a call from an angry Paul Castellano that he realizes something isn't right.

Have you seen Netflix's "Fear City"? In this story, Sammy explains some behind the scenes details that weren't mentioned in the docuseries. Specifically in regards to "The Concrete Club" and how the Gambinos had a hand in setting it up.

Sammy, in his role as Underboss, is being sent on hit after hit and every button guy knows that's just not right. In Cosa Nostra an order is a fucking order, and it seems like John is giving them all to his Underboss.

Sammy had some encounters with Roy DeMeo while in the Gambino family. In this story, Sammy starts to think that Roy DeMeo is a little too excited about taking people out. As time goes on, everyone can see that Roy is starting to act more like a serial killer instead of a made man.

One of the members of the Rampers gets hit and their leader, Jerry Pappa, is next. Jerry goes to the police for protection instead of his fellow Rampers, so they immediately elect Sammy as their new leader. Beef between Jerry and Sammy escalates.

The underboss of the DeCavalcante family asks Sammy for help on a hit. Sammy agrees but finds that his target is incredibly hard to nail down. Will this guy escape The Bull?

Sammy, Paul Castellano, and Tommy Bilotti are together in an apartment when Sammy orders a couple of hookers. However... Paul doesn't seem too happy about it.

The relationship between Sammy and John develops as they continue to grow in their roles as Boss and Underboss.

Sammy "The Bull" talks about the history of Cosa Nostra, and some of the roles it played in our country's history.

Sammy and his friend Carmine take their girls out on New Year's Eve for a night full of fun and celebration. Unfortunately, things take a turn when Carmine mysteriously disappears. The next day Sammy is informed that Carmine's body had been found.

The repercussions of the Castellano hit hang over the heads of Sammy and his crew. Toddo tells Sammy that this could destroy Cosa Nostra and that from here in out, he will always have a target on his back.

Not sure what to get Paul Castellano for Christmas after getting made, Sammy ends up with a unique and unforgettable gift.

During a late night game of poker at one of his clubs, Sammy notices that one of the players has some sticky fingers. Sammy and Toddo sit the guy down and explain to him that cheaters don't leave their club alive.

Ralphie Ronga, a friend of Sammy and his crew, loses his life in a police shoot out. Two weeks later rumors start circulating that Sammy is involved with his widowed wife. Ralph Spero is behind the rumor....and Sammy goes after him.

A made guy named Aldo decides to vandalize one of Sammy's clubs to teach him a lesson. Aldo, and the rest of the neighborhood, learn to never mess with "The Bull" because you will absolutely get the horns.

Matty Gambino, Carlo Gambino's nephew, goes toe to toe with Sammy and gets put right in his place. But what does this mean for Sammy as an acting member of the Gambino family?

Sammy gives us some backstory on getting married, starting a family, and balancing all of that with the life.

Sammy talks about what it was like in the mafia while the Son of Sam was at large in their neighborhood. It's almost impossible to imagine living so close to something so gruesome and terrifying that it even kept the mafia on their toes.
