    The recent tragedy that unfolded in Sydney’s Bondi Junction has left a community, a country, shaken and hearts heavy with sorrow. Among the victims, Ashlee Good’s brave act of protecting her 9-month-old daughter in the face of danger stands as a testament to maternal love and courage. As the details emerged, the violence displayed serves as a stark reminder of the prevalent issues surrounding violence in our society. The loss six innocent souls, along with the injuries inflicted upon other victims, underscores the urgent need for increased mental health services and support mechanisms. In times of such distress, it’s crucial to acknowledge the grief and pain felt by the community. I don’t know what to say or suggest but here are some self-care tips to navigate through such difficult times.
