After a landslide democratic victory the military siezed power with a coup in February 2021. To prevent democracy from slipping away once again, the people of Myanmar stood up against the military junta. We dont think much about it but Rare Earth elements are a huge part of our everyday life, powering our phones, laptops, satellites and cars.
