In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who has been following me for awhile. He is having a problem courting a woman properly after no contact works. He made the mistake of starting to pursue again after getting dumped and going no contact. He noticed as the weeks went by and he started reaching out and pursuing her again, at her request, that she became more distant and less interested. He asks about restarting the courtship when she comes back. He’s doing what she asks, but it’s obviously turning her off.

Why you shouldn’t break no contact after she friend zoned you even if it was your fault.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who got friend zoned after coming on too strong with a girl he really liked. He declined her offer of friend zone and blue balls, but told her to get in touch if she ever changed her mind. He hasn’t heard from her in 2 weeks. Now he wants to break no contact because he’s looking for excuses to contact her and apologize for his unattractive beta male like behavior in hopes that she will forgive his weakness and incompetence. He’s looking to prove himself and that he has now changed and knows how to be attractive to her so she gets turned on again. It’s the illusion of action. Why you never try to keep someone who doesn’t want to keep you. Why you need to be strong enough to keep your word to her if you walked away in order to have a chance at attracting her back.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who tends to get butt-hurt over a woman’s contradictions, testing and trolling. He comes unglued and comes off as butt-hurt and angry instead of amused and calm. She canceled a date at the last minute and he’s convinced that she’s really insecure. He went no contact and moved to another city. Then she reached out a month later, he set a date at his place and they hooked up. He mistakenly started pursuing her again and then she canceled another date. He got pissed off and lectured and scolded her like a Karen about the value of his time. He hasn’t heard from her in over 2 months.

Now she wants 2 weeks to think about things and in essence wants a hall pass to explore a relationship with the coworker who she claimed was just a friend.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer from Dubai. He met a beautiful Russian flight attendant on a dating app and made plans to see her on a Saturday night and also to spend Sunday together. However, he was vague and indecisive about seeing her because he wasn’t feeling well. Then he finally shows up at 2:30 am. They were getting to know each other and then she tells him another guy friend is on his way over because she didn’t think he was coming. When the guy got there he was obviously more than just a friend and got upset and pulled her aside for a private conversation. Eventually, she asked him to leave before things got heated. He wonders what the hell happened. He hasn’t heard from her since.

She tried to friend zone him after the 2nd date, but he declined. A few weeks later she came back and now they are together. He says he has a great relationship with his girlfriend of over 2 years. However, when she is going through a difficult time or is upset, she is unable and unwilling to talk to him and explain what she wants and needs. He tries applying what he learned in the book, but she simply will get emotional and cry for hours and not tell him why she is upset. She says she needs emotional support from him, says he never provides it, but refuses to explain what that looks like. He is frustrated and ready to pull the plug on their relationship because of her unwillingness to communicate.

She has a lot of male friends and orbiters who obviously want her romantically. Over time he has caught her in several half truths and lying by omission about these other men. It’s a really good email to see how hard and difficult it can be to vet and verify the true nature and character of women you are dating. Low character women will lie, deflect and misrepresent people and events in their lives to make themselves look like better people than they really are. This is why you can’t allow yourself to get drunk on your emotions in the early stages of dating.

He dumped her, but then she offered sex only, and later he caved into taking her back. Then he got drunk and kissed another girl because he was so fed up with her, but she found out. A few days later she unfollowed him in Instagram and he’s upset and wonders what the hell is going on. He’s really confused now since she reached out after unfollowing him.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who met a really hot girl at his gym. They went out on a 1st date and it went really well according to him. He went for the kiss at the end of the date, but she said she didn’t kiss on the 1st date. He reached out a few days later to set the 2nd date, but she was busy and mentioned the following week after claiming she forgot he had asked her out. He suggested a day and time, but she never responded. He sees her at the gym and she is friendly, but he still hasn’t heard back from her. She did the same thing before he set the 1st date. So he texted her again four days later and they ended up going out on their 1st date. He is confused at her behavior.

She asked him to move out and he finally did after begging and pleading with her to give him another chance. She was remorseful and worried if she tried to get him back in the future if her feelings changed, but he would be with someone new. In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a 21 year old viewer who has been seeing a 19 year old supposed virgin. He had 6 dates over the span of 2 months because she was traveling a few times. During their last date when they were fooling around she said she wanted wanted to be his. He gave her a bunch of rules for being his girlfriend and then she went cold for a few weeks. He reached out 2 weeks later, but she was sick. Eventually she got back in touch after she was better, but he is confused why she ghosted him for a few weeks and made him reach out to her. I explained what happened and how to properly apply what is in my book 3% Man, which he’s obviously not reading 10-15 times as instructed. He’s too focused on timelines and acting robotic instead of being flexible and going with the flow.

She moved all her stuff out while he was at work and he came home to an empty house and was heartbroken. She had been complaining for some time, but he didn’t take her seriously. It appears that he is new to my work, hasn’t read 3% Man and clearly doesn’t know what he is doing and is trying to cherry pick videos and bend the rules. He’s been pursuing his ex. Calling her, doing errands for her, changing the battery in her car, going on lunch dates, but getting no romantic interest or intimacy from her. He asks what he should do now.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who is a new follower of 4 months and read 3% Man, twice so far. He says he became dopey and overly emotional once she fell in love with him and he couldn’t keep it together. She dumped him and he has struggled with maintaining no contact and has had 2 dates after breaking it that went nowhere. He got upset and totally came unglued and complained to her how he couldn’t take the emotions he was dealing with and just made an absolute mess of things. He was the opposite of masculine and attractive. Now he is back in no contact and asks if he has completely ruined any chance of getting her back now.

He backs off and lets her chase, then she pursues him hard. Only for him to resume pursuing her and then she backs off again. He is focused on winning her back and getting her attention, but doesn’t yet realize that he is chasing her away and into the arms of other men instead of just letting her come to him at her pace. I tell him the mindset shift he needs to make and the actions he needs to change so she will try to convince him to give her another chance.

What you should do if your girlfriend isn’t trying to fix your relationship problems but acts single.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who I have answered several emails for in my previous newsletters, the most recent being, “Why Being Undisciplined Communicates Incompetence & Turns Women Off”. He’s read 3% Man, 26 times and has been having problems with his girlfriend who is behaving like they have an open relationship and are basically roommates. He has gotten his drinking and some other problems of his under control since his last email, but his girlfriend is not doing her part to work on the relationship. She keeps talking about moving out, being independent and that she doesn’t feel free. He’s finally starting to set healthy boundaries, but the damage is clearly done and she needs to go. She’s staying out all night and clearly thinks of herself as being single while she looks for another guy instead of trying to fix their relationship.
