And, as usual, he hasn't seen any of them. Danny learns everything he needs to know about the movies by watching trailers on YouTube.
Want to know more about "Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes," "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga," "Bad Boys: Ride or Die" or "Inside Out 2"? No problem. Sit back with a big ol' bucket of popcorn and let Danny tell you everything he knows. Hmmm. Better make it a SMALL bucket of popcorn instead.

It looks like Danny Hillcrest is in over his head this time!
It's the beginning of another April in Middling Fair. As you may know, the fourth month of the year is traditionally a time of chaos in town. And this year appears to be no exception. Even the Narrator is having issues! But it is Danny Hillcrest that seems to be serving as the lightning rod for disaster this time around. His attempts at selling his holiday rom com script to Hollywood have been less than successful. While that's unfortunate, it's not enough to cause a panic. And yet, Danny is jumpy. Scratch that. Danny is EXTRA jumpy. But why?
Lending their voices in this episode are Bonnie Kenderdine as Cindy; Nathan Alvord as the maître 'd; and Gary J. Chambers (garyjchambersvo.com) as the Narrator.

Transportation troubles.
Our regular cast of characters are all still busy working on this year's big, multi-part story. Even Danny Hillcrest is unavailable. Although rumor has it Danny will be back very soon with some info on Summer movie. Until then, we're once again daring to step inside Clinton's mind to find out what's bouncing around in there. Listen and be amazed.
This time, it seems that Clinton finds himself confused by everything that has to do with transportation. And we do mean everything.
First, he completely misunderstands the wording in a seemingly harmless TV commercial. The request the ad makes sounds reasonable enough -- to most folks. But it soon lands our host in a lot of trouble with the law. To make matters even worse, while Clinton is trying to deal with that problem, he gets some shocking news. Someone has gone and changed the name of a beloved transportation icon. What? Why? Clinton has to find out. All this is enough to make his mind begin to question everthing that has to do with our highways and byways. He even begins to question the wisdom of the markings that guide us along our way.
You may never look at roads the same way again.

Clinton takes a look at numbers.
We all use letters and numbers ever day and never stop to think about them. But that doesn't stop Clinton's brain from looking at them sideways. In this episode he questions everything about every single number after 13. It could leave you wondering about digits, too.
Of course, that logically leads him to questions about every single letter in the alphabet. Truly life-changing stuff here.
He also brings up an odd news story about humpback whales and somehow ties that in with his discussion of letters and numbers. Blame this whole digit dilemma on his odd brain.

Heading down underground.
For the first time in months, Cindy decides to visit The Tunnels. But she is still hesitant to make the trip. With all the spheres gone, the space is now without power or water and sits all but abandoned. What will she find in the labyrinth of corridors and chambers? Before she can answer that question though, she has to deal with Danny Hillcrest. It seems the would-be screenwriter is still trying to sell a rom-com script to the streaming services – with little success. He describes a re-write that he hopes will be a winner.

High hopes for a Hollywood hit
Danny Hillcrest dreams of creating a blockbuster movie. But will that ever happen? After all, he has tried before. Who can forget his script for...uh...we forget. But maybe he'll pull it off this time. What do you think?
In this episode you get to hear Danny's latest swing at getting invited to a high-powered meeting in Tinseltown. It's a pitch for one of those holiday rom com movies that seem to breed like reindeer. The format is so popular, he figures he can't lose. But it's Danny, so we're sure he'll find a way. Follow along as Danny ticks off as many boxes as possible in the genre's format. You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll probably shake your head and wonder "Why, Danny? Why?"

From Sphere to Eternity
In the final chapter of our musical story, Brax Higgins has activated the mysterious Waffle Batter sphere. As a result, all the other spheres from The Tunnels have surrounded him, forming an impressive, whirling wall of light. It seems he may now have unlimited power. Buzz "Scoop" Crackerjack Thomas tries to find out what the disgraced former Little Wicker Baskets executive plans to do. And Mayor Rory, along with a rather disgruntled mob, have arrived at One Pasta Place. It seems that The Tunnels are the source of all the water and power drains in town. The Mayor demands that Cindy shut The Tunnels down. Things certainly look bleak. Can anyone save Middling Fair?

Get That Waffle!
The final race to locate the Waffle Batter sphere is on! Those pesky evildoers, Brax Higgins and Bad Note Billy, were the first to arrive at One Pasta Place in Middling Fair. That gives them the advantage in the search. Uh oh! If they are the ones to find the sphere first, there's no telling what trouble they could unleash. Fortunately, Detective Haartte, General Kalamity, the Magenta Fedoras and the rest of the gang are on the case. But can they locate the two prison escapees in time? Can Cindy get in touch with Romeo Sykes and learn how the sphere works? So many questions. And time is running out!

With Kipper and Mulligan now on the bus, and Old Porcupine in tow, Princess reaches the bottom of the road leading into Chasm Valley. That means it's time for Cindy to try to maneuver the vehicle through the unluckiest town in the tri-state area, Grassssssside Greene. But that's not the only problem. If the converted 1976 Tiara Megacoach tri-axle school bus makes it out of the danger zone, they still have to deal with Captain Broughha and the Magenta Fedoras and stop Higgins and Bad Note Billy!

The KRAWLR bump
Cindy and Detective Haartte find themselves in last place in the race to find the Waffle Batter sphere. They now need to push Princess to the limit. But the road into Chasm Valley was not designed for buses traveling at high speeds. It is a series of hairpin turns leading from the rim to the valley floor. And rumblings coming from the converted 1967 Tiara Megacoach tri-axle school bus could mean trouble. Meanwhile, Kipper and Mulligan make their move to pass the KRAWLR. They want to be first in the pursuit of Higgins and Bad Note Billy. Is Captain Broughha going to let that happen? What do you think?

Fool's Gold Rush
It appears Brax Higgins may have figured out a way to get into Chasm Valley. But how? There is a huge police roadblock covering the one and only road into and out of the valley. Did Bad Note Billy give him some advice? That's doubtful. Regardless, if the disgraced former Little Wicker Baskets executive makes it through, he could get to the Waffle Batter sphere before anyone else. And that would be bad. Cindy and Detective Haartte have also almost reached the valley. With the KRAWLR and Kipper and Mulligan close behind.

Cindy and Detective Haartte head back to Princess, the converted 1976 Tiara Megacoach tri-axle school bus, in an attempt to beat the evil-doers back to the Middling Fair. However, Captain Broughha and the Magenta Fedoras are standing right by the bus. Kipper and Mulligan are also getting ready to leave Carillon Historical Park. An Exclusive Chided Tour
Mark Blumchen, honorary Mayor of Carillon Historical Park, invites everyone on a special "Carillon Day" tour of the grounds. In fact, it looks like the tour will be the only way anyone can get to the Deeds Carillon. Cindy and Detective Haartte believe the Waffle Batter sphere is located somewhere in the vicinity of the structure. But the tour guide, Casey Combs, appears to be having some issues. And she is not shy about sharing them. The tour group also includes a small collection of artists, KIpper, Mulligan and, unfortunately, Captain Broughha and the Magenta Fedoras. This promises to be one unique walk in the park.

Rock and Ruse
While waiting for gas to arrive at the Ottertown Truck Stop, everyone finds themselves in the station's so-called "De-luxe Parking Lot." That includes the artists and their odd art-project vehicles, Goggles, Kipper, Mulligan and, now. Captain Broughha and the Magenta Fedoras. This could get messy. But, rather than trying to hide, Goggles suggests they openly share everything they know about the golden sphere with Broughha. That doesn't sound like a very good plan.

This Stop Is The Pits
The band of artists pursuing Princess have pulled off the highway. Their makeshift vehicles were not designed for long-range shenanigans. What they need is a place to gas up and go. However, what they find is the Ottertown Truck Stop. And this place is putting out a very creepy vibe. Have the artists painted themselves into a corner? A corner full of monsters?

Kipper loses control
Princess, the 1976 Tiara Megacoach tri-axle former school bus, is still headed away from Chasm Valley on a mission. Fortunately for Cindy and Detective Haartte, General Kalamity left his gear on board the bus. They find his special long-range walkie talkie and are able to contact the rest of the team in The Tunnels. They learn that Princess is being followed! A group of artists, driving every sort of weird, rickety vehicle, have decided to follow Princess. Each of them hope to be the one to locate the Waffle Batter sphere. Among the pursuing party are Kipper and Mulligan, aboard their motorcycle and sidecar, nicknamed Old Porcupine.

Berating Buzz
It's time to get back to the search for the Waffle Batter sphere. As Act II opens, Cindy and Detective Haartte are racing out of Chasm Valley. Meanwhile, Captain Broughha and the rest of the Magenta Fedoras are trying to make their way into The Tunnels. They are blocked by all the artists with motorized contraptions trying to get out of the underground passageways. What a mess! And Buzz "Scoop" Crackerjack Thomas is to blame for half the chaos. He made the mistake of thinking people had betrayed him, so he let everyone in The Tunnels know about the golden sphere.

The end of Act I has arrived. With the fate of The Tunnnels on the line, the soldier has the KRULR, better known simply as "Princess," ready to roll. The Princess and the Governor
It looks like Captain Broughha has begun to make his move. The KRAWLR assault vehicle has taken up position right outside the entrance to The Tunnels. Or at least the corridor that leads to The Tunnels. Meanwhile, Cindy has asked another person for help in the search for the Waffle Batter sphere. This thing appears to be becoming the worst-kept secret in Middling Fair! But, while the gang has to wait for Princess to arrive at the library end of The Tunnels, we get to jump over to the bus and hear Old Man Spooner sing a song. It may be the last moment of peace we get as the story heats up.

A Towering Connection
Even though Brax Higgins didn't give Buzz and Haartte much to go on, everyone needs to take their best guess at deciding where to go to search for the Waffle Batter sphere. After all, time is running out. Mayor Rory had only given Cindy a few days to correct the power and water problems the other spheres are causing. Locating the Waffle Batter sphere is critical to saving both The Tunnels and Middling Fair. But, before Buzz can join Cindy and Detective Haartte, who are already trying to decipher Higgins cryptic clues, he must conduct a The Tunnels radio interview with Kipper and Mulligan.

Prison Bound and Determined
Buzz "Scoop' Crackerjack Thomas and Detective Haartte travel to the town of Convenience to speak with former Little Wicker Baskets executive, Brax Higgins. That could prove awkward. If only they could be a certain that he will cooperate. Meanwhile, at Camp Parmenter, Chief and 10 Toes finally start to get some idea of what lies ahead for them when Captain Broughha gives his fellow Magenta Fedoras a briefing.

Trying to win a bet with his boss, Buzz "Scoop" Crackerjack Thomas attempts to secure a studio in The Tunnels. But this is no ordinary wager. She does not have much time to find the sphere and try to stop the power and water problems happening in town. Haartte recounts how the power issues ruined one of his cases.
