It's been a while but I have my night time focus back.

Focused listening helps you become aware in dreams, which you can convert to an astral experience.

We need to raise our vibration and be the best version of ourselves.

Out-of-body experiences can really open your mind to the probability that we are not the only versions of our selves.

Keep listening to OBE messages, they are often like whispers in your ear giving you tips about how to live your life.

An interesting astral projection technique and one we can practise all the time.

Listen yourself into the moment.

This is an astral projection technique I have had a lot of success with.

Pondering the various places I've visited in the astral.

What do we really find when we pass over to the other side?

How many friends do we really have, probably more than we think. Through astral projection you can meet friends you didn't even know you had.

Meditation and other such activities can contribute to successful OBEs.

This is taken from a former written post, a few years ago now, and I wanted to make it into a podcast episode as it carries quite a powerful message. It's amazing when you experience your own astral rescue, soooo real.

Our out-of-body experiences are often related and not always simply 'one-offs' in fact they may even bleed over into physical life.

A short but interesting out-of-body experience.

Just as we have conflicts on Earth people have them in the astral too.

We may energetic links with people we aren't even aware of, maybe good connections maybe not so good, but the good news is if necessary we can sort them out. Astral projection and dreamwork can help us do this.

This experience made me feel soooo good.

Opening a channel to the Divine.

Whatever happens in life on Earth there are many healers ready to help you.

A simple but powerful experience.

You can use astral projection as a way to send yourself some healing.

Hopefully I got rid of this energy, not very nice.

An incredible feeling of depth to this experience and such a relief to feel that depth.

A possible astral rescue brought back as a dream.

Are we really free, or are we in a self-made prison?

Lots of astral work to do, I think I've been getting a few astral projection assignments from my higher self.

Astral projection can be used as a sort of detoxing program, you can clear up energy blocks and maybe even work on karmic connections. A great skill to develop.

Astral Projection is a great way to deal with negative energy that may be blocked somewhere in our system, we need to detox energetically as well as physically and mentally.

I just love how astral projection takes you deep into the 'unseen realm' and you can even talk to tree spirits.

A beautiful lake with crystal clear water, a girl called 'Whis' and a guy called 'Key' lol, have to laugh.

A short experience about sound, colour and the Creator, maybe stressing the importance of positive frequencies in our lives.

Examining your belief system can help in your astral projection efforts.

This is an astral projection technique which I have had a lot of success with.

In this episode my daughter, Francesca, describes a recent out-of-body experience, she said it was like observing the universe and felt very surreal.

Affirmations can be a useful tool, alone and with other astral projection techniques

Nothing like a little creation practice in the Astral.

I was doing this astral projection technique when I had my first out-of-body experience. It isn't easy but definitely worth dedicating some time to.
