I believe my colleagues are making a big mistake believing contradictory and selective polling data. They assume we can just run the clock out on the election, pick zero policy fights, and win big in November. I analyze election results and polling data to show how Democrats are still more likely to win, and the reason is because Republicans have failed to use leverage points to harness national attention on Biden’s unpopular policies. Rather than avoiding policy fights, Republicans need to embrace them precisely right before the election. Immigration and crime are two easy ones. The Right is good at complaining about the Left but then undermining any ability to actually deal with the problem. For the rest of the show, I focus on how GOP donors and organizations continue to promote Soros jailbreak legislation – both in the red states and in Congress. Despite the crime wave and drug crisis they complain about incessantly, when the legislative ball is actually in play, Republicans continue to toss interceptions. Today, I contrast the amazingly organized movement of the far Left to that nonexistent one of the Right. All we have are memes and cultural flash points, but no forward-looking movement on law and policy to capitalize on these flash points. I use the college campus riots as an example for how the Left has effectively used its agitators to push an already left-wing president even farther to the left, to the point where he is now openly opposing Israel. Why is it that we have a one-sided civil war with only the left having an effective political movement? Why is it that we elevate subversive voices and politicians on the right who undermine our core values and outcomes? Today, we settle the ultimate debate between my colleague Steve Deace and me: Is it that conservative media voices spew garbage because they know that’s what conservative voters want to hear, similar to the false prophets in the Bible? Or is it that the conservative voters will take whatever they receive from conservative elites, and if we actually had better elites, we can come to the promised land? Steve has decisively come to the conclusion that the people are the problem. He makes a passionate case that although there is evidence conservative elites manipulate unsuspecting followers, DeSantis’ candidacy is the control group on this question. They knew about him and still chose sugar over steak. He believes that even if we had better leaders on the professional Right, a new parallel universe would inevitably develop to offer the people what they want. Stop focusing on the general election. Now is primary time. Now that Republicans surrendered domestic policy to Biden, he has a free lane to mess with Israel’s sovereignty. Speaker Johnson (R-La.) once again massacred conservatives on Friday by reauthorizing an expanded version of FISA 702 spying, despite bipartisan support against it. He was the tie vote against requiring a warrant. Yet not only did Trump decline to pressure him, he gave Johnson complete cover at Mar-a-Lago. In addition, Trump held a press conference on Friday promoting Ukraine funding, bashing anti-abortion laws, opposing the motion to vacate the speakership, and promoting Obamacare. I warn that Trump is being compromised by a quest for wealthy donors and that if we don’t work to push him to the right, this dangerous leftward slide will accelerate. I also give baseline thoughts on Iran’s attack on Israel and how the Biden administration is working with Iran and even ordered the attack. Americans love privacy. There is bipartisan support for requiring a warrant to query any information on Americans swept up in this surveillance program. Yoram, who is related to a hostage in Gaza and also has two sons fighting in the IDF, discusses the political sentiments of Israelis on the war when everyone has skin in the game. First, we start out noting the progress we are making pushing immigration enforcement in red states and how we could do so much more if we only stayed focused. We need big solutions to serious problems. One area of vital importance in which we have yet to succeed in pushing red states into righteousness is interposing against FBI tyranny. We’re joined today by FBI whistleblower Steve Friend to explain his bill, Tennessee SB 2804/HB2912, which would give local sheriffs and police chiefs veto power over which cases their officers can work with the FBI. His bill was shot down, but if we push similar bills elsewhere, we will gain momentum. Friend gives the proper way to push this idea with local Republican officials. Friend himself is now suffering retaliation from the FBI, as the agency pulls his credit records for no reason. We also discuss how millions of liberals who believe our speech and beliefs are criminal are now calling the FBI to get them to investigate protected speech under the First Amendment. How have we gotten to the point where we are society of nothing but Neanderthals with iPhones? On today’s special show, I identify the war on femininity, womanhood, and motherhood as the source for the breakdown in marriage and fertility rates, which is ultimately responsible for the collapse of our society. It doesn’t have to be this way. Today, I paint a vivid picture of how a focused movement would pressure red-state governments to employ effective policies and messaging to push back against the federal government on major policies, such as the FBI, illegal immigration, and green energy. If we don’t immediately ramp up state enforcement of illegal immigration, the gangbangers will transform even rural counties. If the Left is going to pressure judges to rule one way, then we need to play hardball with them as well. Today, I delve into yet more hypocrisy from the Trump-appointed Supreme Court justices who eagerly grant standing to the Left and take up their appeals to strike down red-state laws but then deny our appeals or standing to sue Democrat overreach in the political branches. We use the oral arguments in the chemical abortion drug case as a perfect example. Last night, there were two electoral trends. In the Texas state House races, an unprecedented 17 incumbents were either defeated or drawn into runoffs. The problem with the Republican Party is not Ronna McDaniel; it is the Republican Party. It is built upon corporate donor degeneracy and has no fixed views. All conservative media cares about is Trump and the general election. But we have 9.5 months left to this election, and now is the time to focus on the primaries. Yes, Trump is the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, but the primary is still going on. What is a primary? It means focusing on our own people. We can still influence Trump and move him to the right on the issues. We can still prevent Trump from elevating liberals like Tim Scott and Doug Burgum to positions of prominence. We can still focus on red-state legislative sessions. And yes, we must focus on electing conservatives in the upcoming state and congressional primaries. The problem is that the entire establishment is endorsing Trump, thereby ensuring that Trump often endorses establishment candidates in their down-ballot races against Trump’s own MAGA supporters. It is indefensible for Trump influencers not to focus on these issues, personnel, and races. In light of the court’s ruling to greenlight Biden’s border invasion, Texas not only has an opportunity to stand against the invasion but to undermine the entire premise of judicial supremacism.
