Today I want to talk about a highly underrated six figure entrepreneurial business skill, and that is the healthy escape. I am so excited about this episode because this is a conversation I've been having with multiple of my six figure and multi six figure clients, and I just feel like we don't talk about this enough. If you are growing your business to six figures and/or beyond, we have to have this conversation. So I'm going to share a little bit about my own journey and I hope you walk away with some aha moments, but it really is this idea that YES, we want to love our business; YES, we want to work hard when we are working; YES, we want figure out how to be more productive in those hours; but I find for a lot of my clients, this just happens most naturally that they are more passionate in their business, they are more productive in their business, they end up selling more, and manifesting more money when they have healthy escapes. So let's talk about it.

Friends, I could not be more excited about today's episode. I have my beautiful friend Stephanie Chastain with me today. Stephanie is the owner of Infinite Ireland Travel Co. where she meticulously crafts meaningful Ireland itineraries around immersion, authenticity, and comfort. She is someone that I've been connected with in the online space for years now, and I've always admired her work and her travel expertise but I really wasn't in a season of being able to do a lot of traveling myself, so I never got to see her business from the inside. However, now that things have changed so much for me personally, I finally got the chance to work with Stephanie as I traveled to Ireland with my two children. She massively supported me in creating a kickass itinerary and my trip wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her. So we had a fun idea around her interviewing me so you can hear about my experience traveling internationally because I’ve received a lot of questions about that. Let's talk about faking regulation. Have you ever been in a really hard conversation or a really tense situation (maybe even a dangerous situation), but you have been able to (on the outside) look calm, cool, and collected — maybe while on the inside you feel like you're going to burst with anxiety?

Hi, friends! I'm excited to do something a little bit different today on the podcast, and that is walking you through a visualization. I really started to do more visualizations after attending a fairly intense group therapy program about two years ago and it really changed my life.

Every morning we would come together as a big group and we would do a visualization practice and I loved them. I'm going to call this one "Mini Miracle Visualization" and it's all about being present and grateful.

I've helped thousands of women with visibility, with sales, with actions that grow their business, but it really boils down to helping women get more clients and make more money through those two main things - visibility and sales. However, lately I've really been noticing that I'm helping my clients tap more into their feminine energy when it comes to visibility.
