Every episode, hosts Jeremy Toeman (@jtoeman, representing #genx) and JT White (@thebsideoflife our #millennial) take on a unique #LoFi Top 5 list, with an assemblage of nostalgia and some surprising insights into filmmaking and storytelling. Their ever-evolving format includes "the Shawshank" (the undebatable category definer), a guess-that-movie-by-a-five-word-description game, and a few rounds of "contender pong" for all the entries that didn't make the Top Five final list. - 123 - LoFi Top 5 - 97 - The Movie on Airplane Episode
It's been a while as the boys have been doing some summer traveling, and, as tends to happen, that spawned an idea for an episode. You've got a long flight ahead of you, the plane's wifi is garbage so no work to be done, but you've got your trusty iPad and the in-flight entertainment; what's your go to movie? This week, Gen-X Jer and Millenial JT go deep into what it takes to be a good plane movie. Rules are broken, discussions had, lists made, but most importantly the boys of summer are BACK!

Sat, 11 Jun 2022 - 1h 07min - 119 - LoFi Top 5 - 93 - The 80's RomCom Episode
This week the spinning wheel of evil is back as the boys had to pivot from their original idea. And what does the wheel bring? Chaos for the JT the millenial, less so for the Gen-Xer Jeremy. But even with the 1980s being squarely in Jeremy's wheelhouse, the amount of RomCom's to choose from might surprise you. So whether you're sitting down with your Breakfast Club (is it a RomCom??) or grabbing some Mystic Pizza, let's see if the boys Say Anything that makes a Splash.
Sat, 04 Jun 2022 - 1h 06min - 118 - LoFi Top 5 - 92 - The Party Episode

Sat, 21 May 2022 - 45min - 117 - LoFi Top 5 - 91 - The Multiverse of Madness Episode
In this universe or any other, there was just no way that the boys couldn't do an episode on Dr. Strange - The Multiverse of Madness. Not being one for reviews, the LoFi guys instead created 5 favorite and least favorite moments from the newest film in Phase 4 from Marvel. Needless to say, this episode contains spoilers from the very beginning, so go see the movie before listening folks! Is it a great entry, just a decent one, or was it a miss entirely. See witch camp Jeremy and JT fall into on this weeks LoFi Top 5.
Sat, 14 May 2022 - 56min - 116 - LoFi Top 5 - 90 - The Great Movie Mom's Episode
Mum. Mummy. Mama. Madre. Mother....well, maybe not Mother, but whatever your preferred name is, nothing says "love" like a great Mom. This week, the boys are rifling through their movie Rolodex to find the shining examples of motherhood in film. Some might be incredible, some are quiet, some are simple, and some are downright super heroes. But whoever they are, this week the LoFi Top 5 honors the title that is "Mom" in the best way they know how - a list of movies. Happy Mother's Day all!
Sat, 07 May 2022 - 48min - 115 - LoFi Top 5 - 89 - The Cars in Movies Episode
Camaros, Corollas, and Countaches, oh my! This week the LoFi guys are talking cars. But, as per usual, not how you might think. This episode isn't about car chases or car races. This is all about how the car was used in a movie. From a rusty ol' Gran Torino to a 1960s bus to some true classics, a lot of ground (get it) is covered this week. And one of the boys gets to really nerd out on auto's...but which one? You'll have to buckle up and tune in to find out!
Sat, 23 Apr 2022 - 57min - 114 - LoFi Top 5 - 88 - The Surprise 90's Action / Adventure Episode
SURPRISE EPISODE! This week, after a series of events, the boys had to do something different. Something quickly. Something surprising. So Jeremy went onto the interwebs, found himself a spinny wheel, loaded some genres, loaded some timeframes, and the LoFi Top 5's very first 10 mInute Top 5 was done. 1990's Action Adventure lists in 10 mins folks. A Mission Impossible...maybe? But these musketeers are prepared to hunt for the best dang Top 5 they can. So listen in this week to see just how much research the boys NEED to do to make a list work, it might surprise you (see what I did there)."
Sat, 16 Apr 2022 - 57min - 113 - LoFi Top 5 - 87 - The Best Picture Snub Episode
With the Oscars in our rearview mirror, this week the boys wanted to do a little retrospective on The Best Picture category. As it turns out, there are a LOT of winners that both Gen-X Jeremy and Millenial JT took issue with, and it starts all the way back in the 1920s. Jeremy does his 5 words on the fly, JT's list is in complete disarray, it's the sweatiest podcast to date, and all that happens in the first 10 mins. So whether you are On the Waterfront, Up in the Air, In Chicago, or even off in La La Land, fasten your seat belts for the Whiplash this episode is sure to give you.
Sat, 09 Apr 2022 - 1h 09min - 112 - LoFi Top 5 - 86 - The Adam Project Episode
This week the boys are going back in time, to the week of March 11th, for the release of Ryan Reynolds's new Netflix release "The Adam Project". Of course, the LoFi Top 5 is not a review show. Instead, Jeremy and JT have prepared some games, put together some questions, and come up with all kinds of opinions about the film. Expects lists, expect time travel talk, and expect the perfect amount of Billy Zane talk.
Sat, 26 Mar 2022 - 1h 02min - 111 - LoFi Top 5 - 85 - The Spielberg Episode
If you’ve ever been a kid, you’ve seen his movies. If you’re a grownup, you’ve seen his movies. If you even movie, at all, you’ve seen. his. movies! Folks get ready for your hosts to put aside their Millenial and GenX perspectives and dive deep into the career of the one and only Steven Spielberg. Today’s episode has JT and Jeremy each pick their Top 5 “essential” Spielberg productions - the ones we think nobody else could’ve handled as well as he did. And we’ll also suggest 5 also great movies, but that didn’t quite have the same touch. And then we’ll sit back and wait for the angry texts about our blasphemy.
Sat, 19 Mar 2022 - 1h 12min - 110 - LoFi Top 5 - 84 - The St. Paddy's Day Episode
In honor of dear ol' St. Patrick, a Welshman though he be, the lads have a craic this week at the Top 5 Irish movies of all time. It's not all Leprechauns and Pots O' Gold in this episode, oh no. While JT took to the more classic pictures, Jeremy was more of a chancer this week. Did the boys make of a bag of the episode, walking away scarlet-like, or did the fellas turn in a fierce performance...you be the judge? So grab a pint of the black stuff, bunk off, and tune in to this week's LoFi Top 5. Slainte
Sat, 12 Mar 2022 - 59min - 109 - LoFi Top 5 - 83 - The Vacation Episode
This week the boys are back after Jeremy's vacation, so what better time to tackle the best vacations in movies than now! From the hills of Beverly to desserts of the Southwestern US to Europe to Hawaii, all manners of vacations are covered in this episode. You could take a plane, a train, or an automobile, as long as you're not home it counts. So strap in for a relaxing ride on this Holiday Road with your favorite LoFi guys.
Sat, 05 Mar 2022 - 56min - 108 - LoFi Top 5 - 82 - The Wasted Opportunity Episode
Have you ever been scrolling through your favorite streaming service, seen a favorite actor or three, and thought "Oh man, this is gotta be good with this cast" just to be horribly let down? Well, the boys certainly have, and they've got a fair amount to say about it. So come Bond with the LoFi Top 5 guys as a Valentine's Day hangover, this episode is Full Throttle...
Sat, 19 Feb 2022 - 1h 03min - 107 - LoFi Top 5 - 81 - The Dates In Movies Episode
It was the best of dates, it was the worst of dates. Today’s episode hits all ends of the romance spectrum but is focused on themes of some kind of courtship in movies. So whether it's ball pits in IKEA or colonics in 1990’s Los Angeles, we hit some of the best (and not-so-best) date nights in movies. Also, we announce some pretty big news about the LoFiTop5 in this episode, give a listen!
Sat, 12 Feb 2022 - 1h 02min - 106 - LoFi Top 5 - 80 - The Football Movie Episode
While your hosts knew that in the week leading up to the Super Bowl we’d be doing a football episode, we definitely called an audible once we discovered… there are not actually that many football movies!? Worse yet, some of our favorites (well, one in particular) are really more of a perseverance coming-of-age story, so we had to take a knee on that one. So let’s call this one a bit of a wildcard, and hopefully, we can all agree it’s a slam dunk of a home run-hitting episode.
Sat, 05 Feb 2022 - 47min - 105 - LoFi Top 5 - 79 - The Cool Robot Episode
While there are no bleeps or blorps in this episode, we are in fact talking about robots. But not just robots, we mean the cool robots. The ones who smoke cigarettes in the high school boys' bathroom and wear leather jackets. OK, maybe not THAT cool, but it is what we’d refer to as… liquid cool.
Sat, 29 Jan 2022 - 1h 02min - 104 - LoFi Top 5 - 78 - The 90's Cultural Impact Episode
The 1990s introduced us to many legendary characters, from the kid who fights off the home invasion all the way to the kid who sees dead people. But which of those characters really had a cultural impact, and to whom? This week JT and Jeremy dive into the characters from the 90s who had the longest cultural impact on Millennials and GenX’ers.
Sat, 22 Jan 2022 - 1h 05min - 103 - LoFi Top 5 - 77 - The Favorite Watches of 2021
As much as most of us want to put 2021 as quickly into the rear view mirror as we can, JT and Jeremy still had a little unfinished business for the year. In a follow-up to last week’s self-referential which picks did we like the most, this time we’re addressing which movies we liked the most. If we do our math right, between us both we saw almost 100 new movies last year. In this episode we whittle it down to the top 5 movies that were new to us - so it’s not just “best movies of 2021” - if we hadn’t seen it before, it counts!
Sat, 15 Jan 2022 - 1h 13min - 102 - LoFi Top 5 - 76 - The Best Picks of 2021 Episode
This is the second of our “meta” episodes in which we each pick our top 5 picks of other episodes. It’s a fun way for JT and Jeremy to look back on their work in 2021. Which is about the only thing about 2021 most of us really want to reflect on anyway. But back to the movies everyone, and listen to us talking about us talking to each other…?
Sat, 08 Jan 2022 - 1h 04min - 101 - LoFi Top 5 - 75 - The Rebuttal Episode
It's that most wonderful time of the year when the boys welcome listeners on the podcast to point out where they might have made some missteps in 2021. They get their annual dose of Mama Toeman who uses the platform to confess her love for an actor. Ryan drives through with some thoughts on the food episode. Both Beau and Jeff invite them to ponder the error of their ways from the High School episode. And Kayla makes her first appearance to labor over a 2021 film the boys missed. It's an annual favorite, and it did not disappoint.
Sat, 18 Dec 2021 - 1h 12min - 100 - LoFi Top 5 - 74 - The Final Performance Episode
This week your hosts take on a very special type of “in memorandum” episode, where we pick the best final performances. Which, if anything, painted a pretty clear picture: most famous actors/actresses do *not* go out on top. Jimmy Stewart? “Old Man” in 1980’s “A Tale of Africa”. Katherine Hepburn? Small part in 1994’s meh remake of “Love Affair”. But don’t fret, dear listener, as JT and Jeremy dove into their couch cushions for a little spare change and scrounged up some very excellent performances for you to tune into.
Sat, 11 Dec 2021 - 1h 05min - 99 - LoFi Top 5 - 73 - The Meh Reboot Episode
While your hosts actually hate most reboots, we have a good reason for that - Hollywood does a lot of rebooting of our favorite films. We maintain instead they should reboot the ones that weren’t so great. But also not the trainwrecks - instead those mediocre films. The ones you walk out of the theater and sorta shrug your shoulders and say, yeah it was fine. But Fine is just polite for Meh. So today Jeremy and JT go through an original set of Meh movies that could all benefit from a little reboot.
Sat, 04 Dec 2021 - 1h 16min - 98 - LoFi Top 5 - 72 - The Movie Family Episode
It's November, which means awkward mustaches (nailed it), enjoying the foliage, and emotionally preparing oneself for a blissful family Thanksgiving dinner. That means we’re doing the Top Families in Movies - not to be confused with Top Family Movies nor Top Families in Family Movies. We’re talking about the Hoovers, the Addams, the Burnhams, the Jones’s, the Von Trapps, the Corleones… it’s a family affair! Let’s just all hope that uncle Erik (or as we call him all episode long for reasons unknown… Andy) Killmonger doesn’t show up for turkey.
Sat, 20 Nov 2021 - 1h 06min - 97 - LoFi Top 5 - 71 - The Cruise Control Episode
This week the LoFiTop5 guys experiment with a new format, “keep or swap.” In each episode, they pick a performer and evaluate their career in film. One of JT or Jeremy will pick the Top 5 Movies to Keep them in, meanwhile the other picks the Top 5 Movies to Swap them with someone else. In this first episode, our Gen X’er will defend 5 of the Cruisiest Tom Cruise performances. Meanwhile, our Millennial host selects 5 of the not-so-Cruisifying moments in his catalog. Our verdict is you can handle this episode.
Sat, 13 Nov 2021 - 1h 05min - 96 - LoFi Top 5 - 70 - The Mustache Episode
This week it's all about the Upper Lip. The good ol' Snot Mop. The Mouth Brow. In cinema, the Soup Strainer has had a glorious, if not downright majestic career. There have been Pirates with the tiniest of crumb catchers, tokers with Grass Grins, and some internationals with full-on Face Furniture. But no matter the style, both Gen-X Jeremy and Millenial JT can agree that these Lip Rugs really brought these movies together.
Sat, 06 Nov 2021 - 1h 00min - 95 - LoFi Top 5 - 69 - The Horror Episode
On the eve of Halloween, nothing seems more fitting to sink your teeth into than the Horror movies. As you might know, Jeremy doesn't take much of a Shining to the genre, so the boys took it as an Omen to bring in a ringer for this episode. They did their best to keep the Screams to a minimum, but you might want to find a Quiet Place to listen just in case. Find out just how well Jeremy has avoided Horror movies, and strap in for a family affair on the LoFi Top 5 this week!
Sat, 30 Oct 2021 - 1h 13min - 94 - LoFi Top 5 - 68 - The Disguise Episode
Whether it's bank robbers wearing ex-presidents’ masks, a princess imitating a bounty hunter, or a man somehow fooling his entire family by dressing up as a foreign nanny, there’s no shortage of clever disguises in movies. Then again, there’s just as many “she cut her hair a little short, but she’s not a boy!” or “single most famous person on the entire planet becomes unrecognizable due to glasses” somewhat-less-clever disguises in movies. Regardless, JT and Jeremy have a great time talking through some of the best (and less best) disguises in movies. But srsly, about that nanny-fooling-the-family thing before - really? Nobody could tell? Cmon.
Sat, 23 Oct 2021 - 1h 06min - 93 - LoFi Top 5 - 67 - The Buddy Movie Episode
Whether it's seven college friends having a reunion, five dudes cruising around LA looking for a good party, four pals in search of a dead body, or three friends fighting a plethora of gangs in Mexico, when buddies hang out, good times typically ensue. This could also take the form of inanimate objects meeting a new inanimate object or eight kids teaching a ninth how to properly play baseball (and fend off killer dogs). Whatever the occasion may be, rest assured that JT, Jeremy, and their good buddies are always up to discuss the best… buddy… movies.
Sat, 16 Oct 2021 - 1h 08min - 92 - LoFi Top 5 - 66 - The Movie Lawyers Episode
It's time for another Top 5 list with the Honorable JT's presiding. This week the boys appeal to your more serious side, walking through the Top 5 Movie Lawyers ever to grace a screen. You might think it's the usual suspects, but when a few good men sit down to discuss the law in film, it can be a runaway jury...but we'll let you be the judge.
Sat, 09 Oct 2021 - 1h 15min - 91 - LoFi Top 5 - 65 - The First Time Director Episode
While most film geeks like us know Citizen Kane was Orson Welles’ first feature film (though there’s a technicality and we talk about it), even we were surprised to discover some other absolutely amazing directorial debuts. In this episode, JT and Jeremy cover their top 5 favorite firsts, including some works by Rob Reiner, Sidney Lumet, John Huston, and even the legendary, the phenomenal, the master of Bayhem - Michael Bay. Also, enjoy a quickie game where Jeremy quizzes JT on some phenomenal *second* films by directors.
Sat, 02 Oct 2021 - 1h 25min - 90 - LoFi Top 5 - 64 - The Food in Movies Episode
We hope you have a healthy appetite for the latest episode - Top 5 Foodie Movies! As much as we pictured making lists of top food-related movies would be like a fancy breakfast buffet, it ended up a little closer to the high school cafeteria as far as healthy options go. JT summoned a few millennial-oriented tasty treats, while Jeremy struggled to find any generation x-themed movie to chew on. But the guys have a good time, it’s a satisfying meal/listen, and we discovered that basically everyone loves Chef. Enjoy!
Sat, 25 Sep 2021 - 1h 08min - 89 - LoFi Top 5 - 63 - The High School Movie Episode
We’ll bet you can't hardly wait for this week’s episode, which is definitely not another teen movie podcast - or is it? There are fast times ahead as your not-so clueless hosts debate their Top 5 High School movies. These lists are so good they’ll make you want to scream for a piece of American pie. With or without a cause, you can rebel against our choices, even if you’d be better off dead than getting caught revisiting your high school years.
Sat, 18 Sep 2021 - 1h 25min - 88 - LoFi Top 5 - 62 - The Quick Fire MCU Episode
With the recent releases of Black Widow and Shang-Chi, your hosts decided it was time to have an episode about the Marvel Cinematic Universe. BUT, given there are two MORE MCU movies still yet to come in 2021, rather than a typical Top 5 ranking, we’re having a little fun. Instead of our traditional ranking, we’re making five different categories to dive into. Join us to discuss the Best Side-Character, the Best End-Credits Scene, the Best Duo, the Best non-Thanos Villain, and the Best Gag/Funniest Moment. Also this week we have a very special guest joining for the discussion!
Sat, 11 Sep 2021 - 58min - 87 - LoFi Top 5 - 61 - The "Labor" day episode
This week JT and Jeremy really had to labor over the top 5 list - Top 5 Movies featuring babies. It wasn't an easy list to deliver, but they pushed through it. You might be surprised to see what 1980's movies don't make the list, and you certainly will be surprised what movies from the 2010's do. So while you're nursing your labor day Hangover from partying with your Neighbors, turn on the LoFi Top 5 and look who's talking about movies again! And Away we go!!!!
Sat, 04 Sep 2021 - 1h 07min - 86 - LoFi Top 5 - 60 - The Original Songs Episode (Part 2)
It’s clear that JT and Jeremy had the time of their life recording this week’s episode - Top 5 Original Songs from Movies, post-1985 edition. While all the stars clearly aligned for them to fight the power and do the right thing, it's a particularly good episode to lose yourself into. JT, repping the Millennial voice, went deep into 90s hip-hop and other tracks, whereas Jeremy was a man in motion exploring music from the 80s and beyond. It may seem like a thousand years since last week’s episode, but we can’t stop the feeling that this is one of the most fun episodes we’ve had.
Sat, 28 Aug 2021 - 1h 13min - 85 - LoFi Top 5 - 59 - The Original Songs Episode (Part 1)
When it comes to making lists, nobody does it better than JT and Jeremy - and this week’s list is Top 5 Original Songs from Movies (released before 1985). While our gen-x host had no issues going down a holiday road, our millennial friend was barely staying alive to find songs from an earlier era. But, given the boys are always looking on the bright side of life, this episode is worth a listen, And sometimes listening to a good podcast is the best that you can do.
Sat, 21 Aug 2021 - 1h 07min - 84 - LoFi Top 5 - 58 - The Sports Comedy Episode
Best fictional sports in a movie, sounds like a great category, amirite? Yeah, so, it isn’t, and the answer is BASEketball, and we’re going to move right along now and instead focus the episode on Top 5 Sports Comedies! This time around Jeremy’s “5 word clues” have a little rhyming convention to them, it’s sort of a shminderella shtory if you know what we mean. JT on the other hand utterly nails Jeremy’s picks *while* throwing a few curveballs in the mix. None of which would be considered “a bit outside”. So get your peanuts and cracker jacks, do a little face painting, and cheer away for the boys this week.
Sat, 14 Aug 2021 - 1h 11min - 83 - LoFi Top 5 - 57 - The Outer Space Episode
While nobody can hear our podcast (or scream) in space, this week’s episode covers your hosts’ Top 5 Movies Set in Space. In a little “twist”, Jeremy avoids the entire Star Wars, Star Trek, *AND* Marvel Cinematic Universe for his picks so is forced to pick some other excellent movies. JT on the other hand has no such boundaries, and definitely gets some of the best of the best in his selections. As always the hosts play the “5 words as clues” guessing game to figure out each other's entries. So whether we’re getting people to the moon, or back from the moon, or never quite making it to the moon, we’re definitely going to need a better combination on the luggage after our fantastic voyage. Also, a special surprise guest joins the boys for a quick drop-in entry along the way!
Sat, 07 Aug 2021 - 1h 06min - 82 - LoFi Top 5 - 56 - The Battle Scene Episode
What says "Summer Movie" like an epic battle scene? Nothing. The answer is nothing. And so this week, that's exactly what Jeremy and JT dive into. Both Jeremy and JT thought they had the other ones list pretty pegged walking into this, and somehow they were both right, and wrong. JT plants an anchor as a millennial, man, while Jeremy's Gen-X heart is bravely on display. So climb down from your Towers, Assemble 300 of your friends, and make sure you are somewhere that's all quiet, and enjoy this week's LoFi Top 5!
Sat, 31 Jul 2021 - 1h 13min - 81 - LoFi Top 5 - 55 - The 'Merica Episode
Whether its sending drillers into outer space to blow up rocks or using computer viruses to destroy aliens, there’s a lot of ways America gets represented in film. In this episode, your hosts consider their Top 5 Most ’Murican Movies. They don’t think it’ll take a Miracle to figure out some of their picks, you should be neither Dazed nor Confused when listening to this episode, it’s your Garden (state) variety of podcasts. As always, episodes are hosted by JT and Jeremy, your Millenial and GenX film devotees, as they explore their love of movies and pop culture, and compare the generational experiences of their favorites. Welcome back to the LoFiTop5 after our brief summer break, and just remember - on the boats, and on the planes, they’re coming to ’Merica.
Sat, 24 Jul 2021 - 58min - 80 - LoFi Top 5 - 54 - The Threequals Episode
As maligned as sequels are, every now and then they get them - and then a third part - right. For every Hangover 3 and Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift, there’s an X-Men 3: The Last Stand or Alien 3. Er, wait, no - there are some good ones too, right? Spider-man 3? OK OK well, check out this week’s episode of the LoFi Top5 where JT and Jeremy reveal 5 of the greatest part 3’s in movie trilogies. Well, mostly just trilogies, but a few other series somehow make their way in the list, but we collectively ignore things like surviving a nuclear explosion in a fridge.
Sat, 26 Jun 2021 - 1h 24min - 79 - LoFi Top 5 - 53 - The Career Resurgence Episode
Your hosts are back this week, ready to talk about the actors and actresses they wish were back in Hollywood with the “career resurgence” episode! We’re talking child actors who never made it through the awkward stage, A-list celebrities who somehow lost their limelight, and some folks who may have gotten a little typecast along the way. Also some fun comparisons between Jeremy’s heroes of the 80s and JT’s best of the 90s crop. Kicking off year 2 of the podcast with a very fun episode!
Sat, 19 Jun 2021 - 1h 30min - 78 - 5 Questions about....Bo Burnham - Inside
While Jeremy is on vacation, the reigns are off and for JT it's "All Eyes On Me". Without his buddy, he is doing something completely new, much like the Bo Burnham special he discusses. Whether this is your "Welcome to the Internet" or you're just looking for info on "How the World Works", this episode is sure to be better than a "White girls Instagram". So hang up your "Facetime with Mom" and get ready for to have "That Funny Feeling" again, it's LoFi time!!!
Sat, 12 Jun 2021 - 27min - 77 - LoFi Top 5 - 52 - The Rewatchable Episode Part Deux
As we hit the “52 weeks of Top 5 Lists” mark, we’ve decided to revisit or “reboot” the first episode we ever did - the “Most Rewatchable Movies” list. This time around both JT and Jeremy discuss some of their picks from last year and compare which have made the list again for 2021. We also address the origins of “the Shawshank”, have a long discussion about what we both consider the most rewatchable teen movie, and dive just a bit deeper into some classic 80s-era comedies. Jeremy makes some bold statements about 2000’s spy movies and 1900’s actions movies, and we both share a moment on the impact of a certain 70’s era movie about bicycling and quarries. Thanks for being with us this year, and don’t forget to find us on Twitter and Instagram as the @lofitop5!
Sat, 05 Jun 2021 - 1h 20min - 76 - LoFi Top 5 - 51 - The Roughing It Episode
For some people, roughing it means an hour without their phone, for others, it's having your FedEx plane crash near some unknown island and having sports equipment as your best friend. This week’s episode reminds us how far one can go on an all-potato diet and has us question if Goofy is or isn’t a dog. Also get some great perspectives on the difference between some classic coming-of-age movies rolled out for millennials vs gen-x’ers, plus a nice little shout-out to one of our favorite films from the late Charles Grodin.
Sat, 29 May 2021 - 1h 07min - 75 - LoFi Top 5 - 50 - The Best Picks Episode
This episode has your hosts picking their Top 5 picks (so far) from their Top5 podcast! It’s a little meta, maybe a tad self-indulgent, but hey, we’ve picked almost 250 movies this past year - each - and we wanted to take a moment to reflect on our choices. Did Jeremy’s love for Amadeus, The Lord of the Rings, or Xanadu make the cut? How about some of JT’s favorites like Inside/Out, Elf, and 500 Days of Summer? Did the “Best Onscreen Duos” episode land a nod, or was “Top 5 Movies Over 2.5 Hours Long” a clear winner? Find out in our best of the best (of the best?) episode!
Sat, 22 May 2021 - 1h 13min - 74 - LoFi Top 5 - 49 - The George Lucas Episode
There’s not a person in the business of show who isn’t familiar with the name George Lucas. Beyond the obvious - Star Wars - his contributions to cinema are legendary. In this episode, Jeremy and JT use all their midichlorians to identify the Top 5 George Lucas Creations. And this time around, it’s not just movies, our extended universe of Lucasisms goes pretty deep (we use all the midichlorians for this one!). In addition to the flicks, we explore gaming, technology, TV, and one very, very deep… note. Wesa think yousa should check it out!
Sat, 15 May 2021 - 1h 10min - 73 - LoFi Top 5 - 48 - The Monsters Episode
Lizards and apes and gremlins, oh my! Welcome to our Top 5 Monster Movies episode, where we utterly redefine monsters to include “cute fuzzy CGI things who go through doors”, “weird CGI things with eyes in their hands”, and, of course, BrundleFly. Our lists also include a musical, a monster who lives in a flower pot and sings, a camouflage monster from outer space, and … the wind. Listen and play along to try to guess which monster has excellent “hand-eye coordination”!
Sat, 08 May 2021 - 1h 08min - 72 - LoFi Top 5 - 47 - The Too Low Metacritic Episode
Over the course of recording episodes, both JT and Jeremy noticed a recurring pattern of movies with far too low Metacritic scores - it particularly caught our eye when discussing Wall Street, with a mere 56 on the ol’ MC. Now it’s no perfect movie or anything, but if the Jaden Smith Karate Kid remake gets a 61, and Oliver Stone’s own take on JFK has a 72, well, #justsayin. And if Superbad has a 76, how does Ferris Bueller’s Day Off only get a 61? And we’d agree that the witty Midnight Run deserves its 78 score, but shouldn’t a classic like Beverly Hills Cop be sitting in the mid-80s? Enjoy our take on the absolutely criminally underrated movies of our times.
Sat, 01 May 2021 - 1h 17min - 71 - 5 Questions about...Jojo Rabbit
In this week’s “5 Questions About… Jojo Rabbit” we have a little chat about why it’s so poorly received on Metacritic (59?) and try to channel our best Taika Waititi in making our games a bit more outlandish than usual. Jeremy quizzes JT on some famous actors born with far-less famous names, including Oscar winners Krishna Bhanji and Caryn Johnson (definitely not who you think they are!), and even Oscar nominee Albert Einstein (from Broadcast News and Defending Your Life). We also have a lively discussion about up-and-coming Thomasin McKenzie, her phenomenal performance in this movie, and dive into if she’d have made a great Hermione or Katniss (yes and yes). It’s a better than so-so listen, and hopefully, we don't have any no-nos in our talk about Jojo.
Sun, 25 Apr 2021 - 34min - 70 - Lofi Top 5 - 46 - The One Word Title Episodes
This week the Kids don’t go Solo when discussing the Top 5 Movies With a Single Word in their Title. One Memento from the episode is almost getting Whiplash from the back-and-forths, almost like playing a game of Dodgeball. Babe, we gotta tell you these Goodfellas almost had to take an Airplane! to Casablanca (with a stop at a Casino) to get through all the movies they wanted to chat about. But they were inspired by great leaders, from Gandhi to Patton to Lincoln, the kind of faces we’d see at mount Rushmore. So unless you’re an Alien or suffering the summer Heat in Chinatown, check out this episode (maybe listen with your friend Harvey, or maybe Willow the Elf?) before we record again next Friday.
Sat, 24 Apr 2021 - 1h 06min - 69 - Lofi Top 5 - 45 - The Movies We Wish We Saw In Theaters Episode
This week’s episode is full of all sorts of fun surprises, with Jeremy Scott from CinemaSins joining the guys to bring his unique perspective on movies we all wish we’d seen in theaters. We have our “didn’t see it because I’m an idiot” entries (Endgame???), “way too young for it” (Blade Runner), “wasn’t even alive for it” (Lawrence of Arabia), “just sorta missed it” (Bad Times at the El Royale) and even a “one of us was too busy partying in the dot-com era to see the Matrix!?!?” To be fair, we might be more embarrassed by some of the missed flicks on this list than we were for the Guy Crys ep! We’ve also added a new bit, hitting up our Twitter fans for some of their picks (@TheCinemaTicket’s choice of The Wild Bunch def a great one). Give a listen, and, please, no judgment - we’re saving Everything Wrong With the LoFiTop5 for another time. Also, please check out pre-ordering Jeremy’s (S) upcoming book on Amazon “Original Sin: From Preacher’s Kid to the Creation of CinemaSins (and 3.5 billion+ views)” and if you aren’t already a CinemaSins subscriber on YouTube, well, that’s an easy one to fix.
Sat, 17 Apr 2021 - 1h 38min - 68 - 5 Questions about...Total Recall
This week Jeremy and JT have 5 great questions about Total Recall (1990), in which we somehow draw connections to Inception, Minority Report, and Brazil, not to mention Karate Kid, Ghostbusters, and Clash of the Titans. We also put JT on the spot trying to differentiate between the illuminations of Bruce Lee, Gene Hackman, and, of course, Mr. T. We do formally adopt 1990 into the 1980’s - there's still cleary enough shoulder pads to go around. And yes, we do have a little chat about the third… mammary gland?
Sun, 11 Apr 2021 - 35min - 67 - Lofi Top 5 - 44 - The Not Actor in a Not Cameo Episode
While everyone (who records this podcast) enjoys a good cameo, sometimes we like it, even more, when our fave non-actor gets a legit role in a movie - and doesn’t wreck the movie in the process (don’t worry, we won’t blame Mr. Ice for his appearance in TMNT2: The Secret of the Ooze). This week’s episode has your hosts debating the top 5 appearances of a non-actor in a non-cameo role in a movie. We have an interesting assortment of musicians (Madonna or Lady Gaga? Bowie or Eminem?) and athletes (MJ or Kareem?) and wrestlers and ballet dancers, not one but TWO game show hosts, and even … a senator!?!?
Sat, 10 Apr 2021 - 1h 15min - 66 - Would You Watch - Amazon Women On The Moon
What if you made an episode of SNL, with a recurring gag of a 1950s era sci-fi movie, starring… and we’re just talking about half of the cast here: BB King, Steve Guttenberg, Rip Taylor, Ed Begley Jr, Kelly Preston, Roseanna Arquette, Ralph Bellamy, Andrew Dice Clay, Bernie Casey, Bryan Cranston, Bela Lugosi, Robert Loggia, David Allan Grier, Carrie Fisher, Howard Hesseman, Henny Youngman, Griffin Dunne, Phil Hartman, Arsenio Hall, and… John Travolta’s brother. Well, someone did, and it’s called Amazon Women on the Moon, and JT has 5 great questions for Jeremy on this 80s… masterpiece?
Sun, 04 Apr 2021 - 18min - 65 - LoFi Top 5 - 43 - The Director Chat Episode
It’s pretty safe to say that any movie podcasters like ourselves would love an evening with a Steven Spielberg or a Martin Scorcese (aka Eyebrows), but what about the rest of Hollywood directors? This week the guys pick the five movies whose directors they’d want to have a beer with, whether via time machine or in today’s world. Some of the picks include the most-watched movie of all time, some pretty mediocre attempts at comic book movies, a few of our favorite indie directors, and one of those “everybody thinks it's Quentin Tarantino, but, no, it isn’t”. And of course, Christopher Nolan.
Sat, 03 Apr 2021 - 1h 18min - 64 - We Just Watched - Breakfast at Tiffany's
As we continue our Top 5 Questions about series, this week we hit up Breakfast at Tiffany’s (or as we’ve been referring to it when we text B@T). Topics this time include a little “who sung it” quiz for JT and a “how much did these popular items cost back in 1961" bit. We also have a (yes, another) discussion about how much we love Billy Zane and how he could fit into a modernized version of this phenomenal, thought a little flawed/tainted, film. And as is becoming the norm for us, we find ways to compare this classic with movies such as Short Circuit, Ace Ventura Pet Detective, Star Wars Episode One, and… Dumbo? Lastly, as is the case, some spoilers abound in the movie Jeremy had accidentally thought was a rom-com (hint: it's not).
Mon, 29 Mar 2021 - 30min - 63 - LoFi Top 5 - 42 - The College Episode
Today we’re breaking away from other topics to go back to school and suss out the Top 5 College movies. We have a fun chat exploring differing perspectives from Jeremy (repping Gen X) and JT (millennial), whose ages impact this category in so many ways. The guys have a whiplash back & forth comparison of two “classic” college films, Animal House and PCU, but you don’t need to be a real genius to listen. So whether you are just the waterboy for the school team, a musician with perfect pitch, or just the freshman who protects endangered species, we hope this episode will really feel old school for everyone.
Sat, 27 Mar 2021 - 1h 15min - 62 - We Just Watched - The Graduate
Another week, another AFI Top 100 Film, this time we revisit Mike Nichols’ award-winning flick, The Graduate. Beyond a little general chit-chat, this episode’s Top 5 Questions include “Name the Life Advice Quote” (relatedd to One Word: Plastics), “What’s up with Ben and Elaine, 10 years later?”, and another game Jeremy’s made up for JT, finding the common thread between this movie and Blade Runner, Castaway, Inception, and others. Also, JT has to figure out what Mr. Nichols has in common with Whoopi Goldberg and Mel Brooks (and 13 other specific celebrities). All in all, it’s a good post-collegiate romp!
Sun, 21 Mar 2021 - 34min - 61 - Lofi Top 5 - 41 - The That Guy Episode
In this week’s episode, we dive deep into “That Guys”, a gender-neutral term for our favorite character actors in movies - you know, when you see a Xander Berkeley or, as our friends at the Rewatchables puts it “Joey Pants” on-screen and you say to yourself, hey, I know that guy. Yeah. Them! In fact, we can name drop our James Hongs and Bruce McGills and Larry Hankins all day, and we’ll bet you have no idea who we’re talking about (respectively - the bad guy from Big Trouble in Little China, D-Day from Animal House, and Carl from Billy Madison). Also features a brief discussion of why there aren’t more women as well-known character actresses - and how we hope that’s changing in more modern times.
Sat, 20 Mar 2021 - 1h 38min - 60 - We Just Watched - An American Pickle
With Jeremy out of commission this week for Spring Break, you might say that JT was in a bit of a pickle. An American Pickle, even...So in a rare solo-episode, JT dives into the 2020 film An American Pickle! Somehow he manages to talk about Encino Man a lot more than you might think anyone should, which Franco is the best Franco, and, of course, a fair amount of BIlly Zane talk. So what could be a better snack of a podcast than a discussion about An American Pickle!
Sat, 13 Mar 2021 - 20min - 59 - We Just Watched - Chinatown
This week, JT and Jeremy re-watched the classic film noir - how classic? Like 21st on the AFI Top 100, 11 Oscar noms, and a Metacritic score of 92. In this weeks Top 5 Questions About… we discuss topics such as “how would you recast this in 2021?“, “How bout that ending?“, and a little guessing game where JT has to guess which other epic (and not-so-epic) movies did screenwriter Robert Towne pen? If there’s one thing we’re sure of - there’s a lot more laughing in our episode than in this dark, DARK, film. As Always, We Just Watched contains spoilers, so if you haven't seen this classic yet, go watch it first!
Sun, 07 Mar 2021 - 32min - 58 - LoFi Top 5 - 40 The Numbers in Titles Episode
On a scale of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest to 10 Things I Hate About You, this episode goes to 12 Monkeys (because there are so few movies with the number 11). That’s right everyone, this week’s theme is the Top 5 Movies with a number in their title - not including sequel numbers. The good news, there’s absolutely no math required to listen, nor will you need a sixth sense to see what these three amigos (ok, just two of us), talked about all the way into our 25th hour.
Sat, 06 Mar 2021 - 1h 17min - 57 - Would You Watch -Alien Nation
Wedged somewhere between Critters and Total Recall comes Saturn Award-winning 80s SciFi action flick Alien Nation, or as w think of it “buddy cop movie, but with aliens and space goo”. In this episode, JT asks Jeremy the Top 5 Questions about Alien Nation, including a comparison of other classic 80s aliens like the Ewoks, Howard the Duck, Audrey 2, and the entire cast of Spaceballs. Our Gen X host does his best to convey the significance of this movie on pop culture in the late 80s (with a TV series and multiple follow-up made-for-TV movies). Also - fair warning - there’s a lengthy discussion about… space goo.
Sun, 28 Feb 2021 - 24min - 56 - LoFi Top 5 - 39 - The Guy Cry Episode
Grab a tissue everyone, because on this week’s episode the boys let all the emotions fly as they stammer their way through their lists. And this is all the stuff that makes guys cry - dogs, sons, dads, dogs, daughters, sports, death, dogs, sports, and… Robin Williams movies (don’t agree? It’s not. your. fault!). As a mysterious voice once said: If we record it, they will listen.
Sat, 27 Feb 2021 - 1h 23min - 55 - We Just Watched - Judas And The Black Messiah
t just arrived on HBOMax this week, but we watched this solid movie about an obviously very important story. Now regular listeners know: we aren’t professional reviewers, and we do enjoy being the “LoFi” guys - so this is us taking the lighter side of the discussion. And we can prove it because we’re ready to throw down this premonition “this is the only podcast to legitimately weave in discussions of Judas and the Black Messiah with Miss Congeniality, Point Break, The Karate Kid, and Dirty Dancing.” Finally, as always, we do have a Billy Zane reference, he’s like the “hidden Mickey” of our 'cast.
Sun, 21 Feb 2021 - 26min - 54 - LoFi Top 5 - 38 - The Sidekick Spinoff Episode
While Hobbs & Shaw is the spinoff we clearly deserved, JT and Jeremy aren’t so sure it’s the one we needed. This episode has the gents going through their pantheons of favorite movies, selecting the characters they just need to see moar of. With a particular, but not manic, focus on henchmen/buddies, selections include (only) a few superhero movies, the greatest swordsman that ever lived, a lamp-loving sidekick, and the manager of an elite underground hotel. As a final hint, some of the actors/actresses include Robert Duvall, Donald Glover, Tessa Thompson, Kevin Smith, and one of both of our fave’s John Leguizamo.
Sat, 20 Feb 2021 - 1h 20min - 53 - We Just Watched - Dr. Strangelove
We just rewatched 1964’s classic comedy, Dr. Strangelove, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying And Truncate Extremely Long Titles. This week JT and Jeremy debate whether or not it’s actually a comedy or a thrillomedy, and find a way to compare and rank it against Rogue One: A Star Wars Story as well as… Fight Club? Yep, we went there. We also try to find the common theme with Cloud Atlas and Monty Python and the Holy Grail (we promise - there is one). Finally, JT pitches us on how he’d take on the loose script Kubrick outlined for “Son of Strangelove”.
Sun, 14 Feb 2021 - 30min - 52 - LoFi Top 5 - 37 - The Scene Making Songs Episode
This week (episode 37) the boys tackle the question: what songs in a scene are so iconic you couldn’t possibly picture (hear?) it differently. And while we’ll never spoil an episode, it’s safe to assume we have a guy with a boombox and an AMC Pacer with some headbanging in this one. But we also have some John Denver, some Elton John, a little Mancini, a little Skynyrd, and of course, Felix Mendelssohn. In our eyes, this episode might just take you to the danger zone, but hopefully, you don’t feel under pressure to give it a listen.
Sat, 13 Feb 2021 - 1h 29min - 51 - We Just Watched - Mad Max: Fury Road
Hey peeps, we have a guaranteed first on today’s episode: JT and Jeremy compare Les Miserables to Mad Max; Fury Road (for reals)! In this week’s We Just Watched, the guys discuss George Miller’s 2015 “instant classic”, question just how scarce the resources are, find a role for one of Dennis Quaid, Nicole Kidman, or Nicolas Cage, and see where the VFX stack up in comparison to Sharknado, The Day After Tomorrow and… the Wizard of Oz? Also, keep your ears open for both Tom Hardy’s I’m-doing-Bane-again crazy muffled accent as well as a reference to a former Secretary-General of the United Nations. Definitely, the only movie podcast that can say all of the above! Also: SPOILERS if you haven't seen it!
Sun, 07 Feb 2021 - 36min - 50 - LoFi Top 5 -36 - The Funniest Villains Episode
Kicking off February, JT and Jeremy do their best at identifying the funniest villains (loosely interpreted) they’ve seen on screen. Now whether we’re laughing with a character, or… at them, there’s a lot of ways to interpret such a category. This week’s picks include at least one Joker (but which?), an animated villain from the Bible, and a guy who has problems with Pizza, Yogurt, and … Barf. We’ll never spoil the Top Five list, but some fun from Pong includes The Lego Movie, Dodgeball, and Tropic Thunder (and oh, so many more).
Sat, 06 Feb 2021 - 1h 20min - 49 - We Just Watched - Django Unchained
Pretty much all of Quentin Tarantino’s body of works have already made their way into several of our Top 5 episodes, today Jeremy (@jtoeman) and JT (@thebsideoflife) dive deep into 2012's Django Unchained. In this week’s episode, they rank the performances by Jamie Foxx, Kerry Washington, Leo, Nick Fury, and the bad guy from Inglorious Basterds. There’s also a little wizardry about Billy Zane and Nicole Kidman, pondering Tarantino’s revenge themes, we see where it ranks relative to The Avengers and The Hobbit (wha?) and JT is forced to decode 12 alternate Django-titled movies.
Sun, 31 Jan 2021 - 34min - 48 - LoFi Top 5 - 35 - The Guilty Pleasures Episode
This week, LoFiTop5 Hosts Jeremy and JT discuss their Top Five Guilty Pleasure Movies...you know the films you love rewatching but maybe don’t want to admit it. The boys bare their souls a little when they admit their fondness for a pretty mediocre Matthew McConaughey rom-com from the 2000s, a universally disliked 80s sequel, and have a debate about the (un)intentional satire for one of Tim Burton’s zany flicks (aren’t they all?). Come swim in the nostalgia this week, it’s truly over the top.
Sat, 30 Jan 2021 - 1h 40min - 47 - Would You Watch - The Manhattan Project
This week Jeremy explains the 1980's Thriller / Suspense / Drama / Sci-fi-but-not-really film "The Manhattan Project". To say this episode is full of surprises would be an understatement. It's got a cast that will make you feel old as dirt and a plot that only makes sense in the '80s. So press play and be transported back in time...
Sun, 24 Jan 2021 - 23min - 46 - LoFi Top 5 - 34 - The One Hit Wonder Movie Episode
This week the boys discuss the best movies that in SOME sense were a one-hit-wonder. Maybe the actor. Maybe the director. Maybe something completely different that is not-so-obvious. As always, there are twists and turns and lots of random movies and actors. So join the fun and see if the boys miss any of your favorite one-hit wonders are left off the list!
Fri, 22 Jan 2021 - 1h 28min - 45 - Would You Watch - Overboard
This week Jeremy explains, as only he can, the 1980's classic film "Overboard". It's got one of Hollywood's most enduring star-romances with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel. It's on a boat (Jeremy likes 80's movies with boats we think). It has other actors too! Who, you ask? We have no idea, not one of them rings a bell! So join the boys and decide for yourself if You Would Watch; Overboard!
Sun, 17 Jan 2021 - 23min - 44 - LoFi Top 5 - 33 - The Angering Movie Characters Episode
The boys are back into the normal routine this week folks, and they are coming in HOT! This week they discuss the Top 5 most angering movie characters of all time. While the podcast is about being angry, they are anything but during the actual podcast. Turns out getting them both fired up leads to quite a bit of laughter. So think through the movie characters who really got under your skin and see how many you have in common with your favorite Top 5 duo!
Sat, 16 Jan 2021 - 1h 31min - 43 - We Just Watched - La La Land
This week JT Just Watched the lauded Damien Chazelle flick Lala Land. Given his love of music and musicals, there is no good reason for why he is just getting to this movie, but here we are. So join in as Jeremy quizzes JT on the movie and the boys discuss what genre this is, what they liked, and what they could have done without.
Sun, 10 Jan 2021 - 23min - 42 - LoFi Top Five - 32 - The Rebuttal Episode
It's the end of the year episode, which means it's time for the boys to look backward at the work they've done. But why do it alone when you can do it with friends! That's right, in this episode the boys invite loyal listeners to join the show and right some wrongs from the previous year. Listen in and see if you agree with the mistakes made. If not, maybe you should be on the next podcast...
Sat, 09 Jan 2021 - 1h 29min - 41 - We Just Watched - Soul
This is the introductory episode of "We Just Watched" from the LoFiTop5! The first one is going to be a bit different than what they will be going forward, but with the timing of everything and that this movie was mentioned on the Top 5 episode yesterday, the stars were just aligned for this one. This week both the boys watched the new Pixar movie "Soul". This podcast has ALL THE SPOILERS. ALL OF THEM. So if you haven't watched it yet, go do that first, then come back. Moving forward (with some special exceptions of course) they will go backward in time and watch old movies and watch them with new eyes. Updated eyes. Maybe they get better with time. Maybe they got worse. Who knows. YOU WILL! That's who, because they're gonna tell ya!
Sun, 03 Jan 2021 - 46min - 40 - LoFi Top 5 - 31 - [Re]The New to Me Episode
So with 2020 in the rearview mirror, the boys take a look back at all the movies they watched this year that were new to them. That doesn't mean it came out in 2020, it just means they saw it in 2020. So, of course, they're gonna do a Top 5 New-To-Me movies of the year! In a year when we were all locked inside, you'd think their lists would be deep, but it might not be as deep as you think. They also made a slight rule adjustment (as they do) that means it could be "Renewed to me" if we hadn't seen it in at least 10+ years.
Sat, 02 Jan 2021 - 1h 31min - 39 - Would You Watch - After Hours
In 1985 Martin Scorcese made one of the weirdest movie trailers of all time. He did so in support of what very well might be one of the oddest yet VERY highly regarded movies of all time. That movie is "After Hours". And this podcast is Gen-X Jeremy explaining as much of that film as he can muster to millenial JT to see if he would watch it. Let's find out...
Sun, 20 Dec 2020 - 21min - 38 - LoFi Top Five - 30 - The Hackman/Caine Episode
In a loving tribute to the brilliance that is "P.C.U.", this week the boys do their best to solve the Hackmen/Caine theory. If you remember the film, the theory was that at any moment there is always a Gene Hackman OR Michael Caine movie on TV. So of all those movies, which are the Top 5 of them all! Given the incredible careers of them both, it's not an easy list to make. So tune in and check out which made the LoFi Top 5 this week!
Sat, 19 Dec 2020 - 1h 32min - 37 - Would You Watch - Running Scared

So grab your best bud, hunker down and get ready for a pair-ific time....

Sun, 06 Dec 2020 - 16min - 34 - LoFi Top Five - 28 - The Longest Movies Episode
This week the boys dive into movies that ACTUALLY deserved a run time of over 2:30 hours. It's not easy to make a movie that long that doesn't suffer from being bloated at some point, so this week they explore the movies that deserved EVERY second (or at least most of the seconds) of their very high runtime. Some surprising movies make the list, some surprises in the ones that don't, but one this is for sure, you're in for a treat.
Sat, 05 Dec 2020 - 1h 24min - 33 - Would You Watch - They Live

As per usual, some liberties were taken by both of them, as they do, but they hope this gets you as into the Holiday spirit as it did them. LET'S GET HAPPY!!!!!

It's a brand spanking new Would You Watch folks! This week Jeremy does his best to remember the 1985 classic "Gotcha" with Anthony Edwards and some guy who changed his name to Jsu. Tune in to see just how much of the 80's JT doesn't understand and just how much of this gem Jeremy can remember.
Sun, 22 Nov 2020 - 15min - 30 - LoFi Top Five - 26 - The Leaders in Film Episode
When you think of the best leaders in film, who comes to mind? Presidents? Kings? Queens? Shahs? Commanders? Good question, right? Well, this week, that's exactly what the boys are talking about - who are the Top 5 Leaders in movies. In order to keep it tight, they decided to keep it to the elected or appointed type, so no CEO's or coaches (that'll probably be a list of its own at some point). So, sit back, think about who really inspired you in film, and join them for another Wingman romp!
Sat, 21 Nov 2020 - 1h 16min - 29 - Would You Watch - Dead Calm
This week on Jeremy does all he can to remember the 1980's thriller "Dead Calm". We continue our love of bringing up Billy Zane on the 'cast. This one benefits from Sam Neill and the "not good at peopling" Nicole Kidman. Enjoy!
Sun, 15 Nov 2020 - 17min - 28 - LoFi Top Five - 25 - The Hang With A Sitcom Character Episode
This week the boys answer the very important question, "If you could have beers and chill with your favorite sitcom character, who would it be"? The answers might surprise you.
