Still on the Kugiya market demolition, concerns are still being raised on how the demolition took place and how business persons who are in search of a means of livelihood were affected. It would be recalled that JMDB sometime in February issued an Executive Order 003 to the public warning those who might be affected to take precaution.

The market chairman, who is said to be on the run claims his life is under threat while stating that he never had had any engagement with either JMDB or any government agency at any level. Where did the leadership of the market get it wrong and what can be done to mitigate the present situation?

Join Emile Alibeku and Richard Badung to discuss the topic. Emmanuel George (Chairman, Kugiya Market, Bukuru)
