There is a huge place for women in tech, and this podcast is going to get well into the work as a leading contributor to help change the trajectory and see the rise of women in tech. Through WIT Love, we will connect young women, between the ages of 16-25, with women who have been thriving in the Tech field, with a goal for them to share and learn from each other. Our desire is that through these interactions, our young hosts will build their self-identity, boost their confidence, strengthen their voice, and further their unique purpose in this world.

Pamela's professional footprint extends across diverse industries, including financial services, retail, insurance, non-profit organizations, start-ups, and the innovative space of cards, acquiring, payments, and e-commerce. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), where she leads the CISO Forum, ISACA, ISC², the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), Forte, and Cyversity (formally ICMCP).
In her spare time, Octavia enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and mentoring. She truly believes that we are placed on this earth to help each other achieve greatness (whatever that may be).
