Friends, I could not be more excited about today's episode. I have my beautiful friend Stephanie Chastain with me today. Stephanie is the owner of Infinite Ireland Travel Co. where she meticulously crafts meaningful Ireland itineraries around immersion, authenticity, and comfort. She is someone that I've been connected with in the online space for years now, and I've always admired her work and her travel expertise but I really wasn't in a season of being able to do a lot of traveling myself, so I never got to see her business from the inside. However, now that things have changed so much for me personally, I finally got the chance to work with Stephanie as I traveled to Ireland with my two children. She massively supported me in creating a kickass itinerary and my trip wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her. So we had a fun idea around her interviewing me so you can hear about my experience traveling internationally because I’ve received a lot of questions about that. But then I am going to interview her about her business in case you've been thinking about hiring a travel planner for Ireland or something related. I hope this is really fun for you to tune into!

Let's talk about faking regulation. Have you ever been in a really hard conversation or a really tense situation (maybe even a dangerous situation), but you have been able to (on the outside) look calm, cool, and collected — maybe while on the inside you feel like you're going to burst with anxiety?

Hi, friends! I'm excited to do something a little bit different today on the podcast, and that is walking you through a visualization. I really started to do more visualizations after attending a fairly intense group therapy program about two years ago and it really changed my life.

Every morning we would come together as a big group and we would do a visualization practice and I loved them. I'm going to call this one "Mini Miracle Visualization" and it's all about being present and grateful.

Many of you know that I’ve been through a lot of transitions in the last few years. One of the things that I've shared about often on the podcast is my daily six check-in questions, which is kind of like my hack to journaling. I ask myself six short questions, but often one of those questions, which is "pour it out," turns into a brain dump.
