Being a teacher is tough. But, being a first year teacher is even tougher. I want to support you in anyway that I can! SO, I have created this podcast with the hopes that it will help you start out the year strong and feeling like, even though you don’t know it all, that you are ready to take on your first year as an educator!

As a teacher, there are so many challenges and “to-dos” that arise each day. There is always something you are trying to problem solve and there are always things you want to do better. We are our own worst critiques. However, when we hear others say things about the decisions we make in our classroom, it can be even more disheartening. It makes you question all that you do and all that you stand for. But here’s the deal, you can’t believe everything you hear. So often I get asked about how I manage to accomplish all of the things I need to get done in a day; and the answer is simple, utilize tools to help you get things done.
