  • 25 - How To Deal With A Bare Minimum Relationship

The standard of a relationship cannot be lowered for any reason — it is an emotion that is sacred to two people in love.

In spite of your love for someone or fear of being alone, you should never settle for anything less than you deserve. You don't have to accuse yourself of shallowness or overly high standards merely because you have a certain preference for the opposite sex. Ultimately, you're just a human being seeking a romantic partner, not a best friend.

In this episode, I’ll walk you through some helpful tips on how to evaluate a bare minimum relationship — are you experiencing one? Furthermore, I will share with you the lessons that you can learn from it and how you can use it to your advantage to make your love grow and the relationship stronger.

Here are a few topics you’ll hear on today’s show…

What is the best way to evaluate a relationship? The bare minimum relationship — what does it looks like? (... A look at how you can easily identify whether you are in a bare minimum relationship or not.)The lessons that you can learn from a bare minimum relationship. The power of love and compromise.Using the bare minimum relationship to our advantage — making love grow and the relationship stronger.

  • 23 - 5 Things You Must Give Yourself Guilt-Free

Have you ever heard of the phrase “putting your oxygen mask on first before helping others?”. It's a safety tactic that airplanes teach to passengers and crew members in case of an emergency. This is based on the idea that if you are in the unfortunate position of being on a plane that is about to nose dive, you should place your oxygen mask on yourself FIRST before helping anyone else - including children. Otherwise, you may not be able to help anyone at all.

Just like how the way we live, some of you might have found yourself in a position where you're always helping others first, to the detriment of yourself. This selfless nature is indeed honorable but in doing so we sometimes neglect taking care of ourselves.

Take a pause and listen to this episode as I guide you through the FIVE things you must give yourself guilt-free.

Here are a few topics you’ll hear on today’s show…

The necessity of self-preservation.The five things you must give yourself guilt free.

  • 22 - The Good In Almost

Almost is a word that is seemingly used every day in our lives. We don't really think much about it or stop to examine its significance. But almost is a smart little word, and it has a lot of power.

What are the things that come into your mind when you hear the word "almost"? A word that holds a bed of sorrow? A nest of wasted energies? Or an abandoner of tasks?

Most people view almost as "helpless", "unprepared", and "without meaning". But that's not all. Some people also think it is an unachievable pipedream of the impossible and the unattainable.

Do not worry about anything since I have your back. My goal in this episode is to share with you why I find almost as the saddest word ever, and also how I use it to my advantage as a means to be more inspired to move on and forward in order to achieve your very own #bestmeever.

Here are a few topics you’ll hear on today’s show…

Knowing the most painful word for me and how to use it as inspiration to keep moving forward.Viewing the saddest word "almost" in a different light than I know it - a word that connotes hope and empowerment.
