I first heard about Heather Jackson and the Realm Of Caring a couple of years ago when I was researching on Youtube. I saw the work that she was doing and immediately added her to my "guests to contact" file.
It took a couple of years go finally hook up and I'm glad we did.
She's doing some pretty amazing things with cannabis and helping people learn more about their healing options through The Realm Of Caring.
It was really amazing having her on the show to learn more about not just her incredible story of helping her son with epilepsy but also what she's done after learning about cannabis.
Heather used cannabis (aka marijuana or hemp - she explains the differences in the podcast below) on her son with all those seizures and the results were pretty astounding.
One of his worst days was 500 seizures in a single day. Now he has just a couple because he's consuming cannabis.
Because of how much cannabis helped her son with epilepsy she started The Realm Of Caring.
The Realm of Caring is an organization that helps bridge the gap between the doctors, traditional (or holistic) care and the patient.
It's pretty amazing the work that she's now doing as a result of witnessing first hand the power of cannabis.

It was a true honor to have Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez on the show today. We've been very familiar with his work for a number of years now so it was a real joy to have him on so he could share his cutting edge research with all of you.
He's the author of a number of books and his website is http://www.dr-gonzalez.com which contains lots of really helpful information.
He's known for treating people with pancreatic cancer (which happens to be one of the more dangerous varieties of cancer and one of the most difficult to treat) but he also sees patients with all forms of cancer among other health challenges.
He was saying on the show that he's been seeing a lot of women lately with breast cancer. It's interesting because I asked my conventional doctor about 13 years ago where cancer came from and why there seems to be so many younger people diagnosed these days.
His answer was that we don't know where cancer comes from and the reason why "it seems" like cancer is more prevalent these days is that there are more people and we have the internet so news spreads fast.
He does have a couple of points there. The sheer number of people in a population will create more diagnosis of cancer and yes the internet does make information more instant and wide spread. So those two things do have merit (in my opinion) but the fact that he said we don't know where cancer comes from is either a complete lie or total ignorance of the science.
Even Otto Warhburg said in the 1920's that when a cell is deprived of 30% less oxygen for a specific amount of time, the cell then starts the process of differentiation which could lead to cancer.

It was really great having Jim Stephenson on the show to talk about the dangers of taking vitamin d supplements. If this information is new to you, I would highly encourage you to listen to this episode with an open mind.
We've been taught in the "mainstream" alternative health world that vitamin D is a good thing and that we should take it especially if we live in the northern climates during the Winter months.
I question everything.
Why would we be low on a hormone this critical every. single. year? It doesn't make any sense. There are so many reasons why we should not take vitamin D that Jim Stephenson explains in this wonderful episode!

Today we had Dr. Susan Luschas from Debug Your Health on the show to talk about how she completely turned her entire family's health around. Her daughter initially got sick and kept getting worse and worse as time went on.

Today we talked about how to prevent respiratory diseases and improve lung health. As the year winds down we have a few less guests on and I'm going to take the reins and talk about some topics I've been meaning on talking about for some time.
Lung cancer is rising and it's due to environmental pollution which I mention during the show. Lung health is critical for your longevity. Lung infections and conditions like asthma, COPD and more are on the rise.
Here's a small list of some lung conditions and see if you know of anybody in your life that has ever had these...bronchitis, emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis and interstitial lung disease.
My mom who was the reason I got into natural and alternative health asked me the other day if there were some things I could recommend to help improve her oxygen levels in her lungs. She had lung cancer about 10 years ago and they removed 2 lobes of her lung and before that she was a smoker and had non hodgkin's lymphoma back in 1995.
When she would smoke in the 80's she would cough a lot and all kinds of respiratory issues with her lungs.
Now we don't even need to smoke, we're getting fine particulate matter just by breathing polluted air.
So how do we fix our lungs? How do cleanse and detoxify the chemicals and toxins that our stuck in the fine air sacs (alveoli) of our lungs? Is it possible to reverse lung disease?
I say yes!
First we need to stop breathing chemicals and I share how to do that in our show. Indoor air pollution is real and it's a real problem today.
I share some statistics in today's show about lung health that will really make you think.

Thanks everybody for your patience! We had to reschedule our Monday guest Steve Barwick because of some scheduling conflicts along with some major technical issues which we've ironed out by now.
We had the incredible privilege of speaking with Dr. Gilbert Renaud on the subject of Recall Healing which is the title of his book along with his website itself.
For those of you who have never heard of Recall Healing (that was me a few years ago) it's based on how our emotional conflicts can be the root of all our diseases.
I always had a feeling the cause of all disease is something other than physical haven't you?
Of course there always seems to be a physical trigger with the disease process but I think the emotions and energy play the most critical role of how disease is able to take root.
Have you ever heard that a heart attack is the healing? Or cancer is the body actually healing? The reason why this idea seems to be backwards is because just like our eye sees upside down, so we look at disease in the wrong way.
The heart attack is actually the body doing the healing and the cancerous tumor is the body trying to heal itself. The "disease" happened long before any diagnosis or heart attack.
If this idea is new to you, you should really listen to this interview with Dr. Gilbert Renaud. He talks about how emotions are stored in the body and trigger the onset of the disease process which could take years to manifest in corporeal form.
Personally I think working with your emotions, lowering stress and not identifying with your disease is critically important if you want to begin the process of healing. So many times we identify with our opinions, our business that we've built up, our marriage or anything else physical. We think those things are "us."
Getting way from this disease of identification is the first step in not only preventing the major diseases of our day but also reversing them.
I think Dr. Renaud is on the cutting edge of where we're going in alternative medicine and natural healing. I don't suspect traditional medical doctors trained in the western way will think there is anything here.
And that's fine.
We'll give them their surgery, pharmaceutical drugs, radiation treatments and vaccinations all day long. We'll stick to what works like energy medicine, recall healing, holistic healing, stress management and nutrition to do our healing thank you very much. :)

Atom Bergstrom is the author of Yes No Maybe, Chronobiotic Nutrition.
Atom always has information to share that is contrarian to the contrarians. The information he shares even opposes most alternative health practitioners.
In this show we talked about DHA and the dangers of DHA. Could he be right? I have no idea, so I'll let you decide.

Andy Mant is the owner of Blublox and joined us to talk about light today.
As many of you know I got into studying light a few years ago. I've been really going crazy studying how and why light affects our health. We talked with Andy Mant about what is blue light and how does blue light destroy our health.
We talked specifically about how light in general affects our mitochondria. When you start realizing that our light environment is more important than the food we eat, you quicly start getting the whole point.
Even food is tied to photosynthetic web and biophotons from the sun. Food is a repository of light. When our cells die, they emit a biophoton light burst of energy (like when a star dies, it emits massive amounts of light) and it's that light that feeds the rest of the cells.
We live off of light my friends. Food gurus will tell you it's about food but it's not, it's about light.

Tony Pantalleresco has been somebody that has been on our radar for a long time. I've been familiar with his Youtube video for a long time and have learned a lot of interesting health tips from them.
After many listeners emailed me asking to have Tony on I had to invite him on and have a good conversation. You'll notice that during the show we got cut off from Skype a couple of times but we managed to stick with it and hopefully provide you some health tips that can help you in your life.
We talked about geo-engineering and how that's affecting the worldwide weather patterns that we see going on today. We also talked about HARP and and lots of interesting ideas surrounding his thoughts about geo-engineering.
Part of the geo-engineering plan and weather modification as it's also called are chemtrails. I've heard both sides of the chemtrail debate for many years so I asked Tony what he thought about a popular argument from people who "debunk" (I hate that word) the idea of chemtrails.
Their claim is that the only reason there is what they just call "smoke" coming from the back of airplanes is because the plane changes altitude and this effects air pressure causing what we see as lines in the sky. You'll want to hear Tony's thoughts about that.

Howard Martin from the Heart Math Institute joined us today. He's the author of Heart Intelligence: Connecting with the Intuitive Guidance of the Heart as well as The HeartMath Solution: The Institute of HeartMath's Revolutionary Program for Engaging the Power of the Heart's Intelligence. He's also one of the main people behind the EMWavewhich is a device where you can regain your heart resonance.
I've used it and it's really quite impressive. I share more about that during the show. But the Emwave is a great device to tell you when you're in stress or not. And many times we don't feel when we're in stress but we are.
In today's show with Howard Martin we talked about living from the heart instead of the brain or mind.
Our culture is addicted and obsessed with science, rational and logic, which are all good things. But I feel we are way out of balance. We are dominated more by how we think, what other people think and fear of making wrong choices that we are disconnected from our heart.
Our gut instinct or some people call it intuition has been severed and we no longer trust our own gut for making decisions. It's my contention that we already know what choices to make.
Deep down within ourselves we know which direction to take. But we trust the opinions of others. We crunch numbers. We rely on science and advice from other people rather than follow our own hearts.
It's this disconnection which keeps us slaves to seeking the approval of others.
Howard Martin talks about how this disconnection can be fixed and what we can do in order to live more full, honest and authentic lives.
As I said during the show, my belief is that we must start with turning off outside influences that don't serve us. We must stand strong in our convictions and do what we know we should be doing.
It all starts with no longer listening to what other people have to say about our lives. It's only when we can silence the voice and opinion of others can we begin to hear what that voice deep within us is saying.
It's soft voice but it gets drowned out by ever other person giving us their thoughts and opinions because we ask for it. We're afraid of making big scary decisions that go against the advice of others.
All of this causes unnecessary stress to our bodies. I believe that all disease is caused by stress.
How do we learn to turn down the volume of other people's opinions while turning up the volume to our own hearts?
This is what the Heart Math Institute is all about and it's what Howard Martin and I discussed during today's interview.

What a privilege it was to have our good friend Ty Bollinger on our show again from CancerTruth.net. He graciously accepted our offer to be our very first guest and we had a great time with him again.
In today's show we talked a little bit about the politics of cancer and what's going on behind the scenes with the "Run for the cure" and pink ribbon campaigns for breast cancer. He really lays it all out there.
This kind of discussion about the politics of cancer is pretty eye opening to say the least. It's not for the faint of heart. The resulting conclusion you must come to is that the cancer industry is just that, it's an industry. It's a "for profit" business and the products they want to sell the public are chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. Their sales people are the doctors in white lab coats and the consumers (more accurately "victims") are you and I.
They don't want to find a cure for cancer. Think about it. It's a billion dollar per year revenue generating machine. Why stop it? Plus if all people were "cured" the population would live longer lives thus draining the social security accounts of the government.
In fact it's imperative that there be no cure for cancer. There's just too much at stake.
Knowing it's a rigged game is half the battle. It's what you do with that knowledge that is important. Do you choose to get upset and angry because it's so unjust? Or do you make peace with it and do what you can to live as healthy as you know how in order to not get stuck in their web?
The choice is yours...
Let me warn you though that if you choose to get angry and upset about how their lying to and killing innocent people, then you might be next. If you listen to the show you'll quickly understand how our energy and emotion plays a huge role in how our genes choose to express themselves.
So please don't get upset, do what you can to become healthier each day and try to pass the word on to others so they'll wake up. I really believe that with the internet knowledge is spreading like wildfire. The more we can help spread the word about this kind of information, the more people will be able to avoid the trap that is the pharmaceutical and medical industry.
Ty also talked about how the American Medical Association (AMA) started (hint the Rockefellers had their hand in it) and how the entire association that we think is so great was founded on fraud, political aggression and more. It's really quite eye opening.
Learning how the entire medical association started and how they are a for profit industry opens the door to understanding that there are very powerful herbs, protocols and other natural healing remedies for cancer they don't want you to know about.
What I like about Ty Bollinger is that he's offering people hope. His tagline for his book is, "Cancer doesn't have to be a death sentence!" I really like that because most of the time we think that their only options for treating cancer is the cut, poison and burn methodologies which are archaic and barbaric in my opinion. When you realize there are treatments that are much more effective that offer little to no side effects (unlike chemotherapy and radiation that destroy your immune system and beneficial bacteria and other cells) you start to have hope for a better world.

Dr. Len Horowitz joined us for our first show back in a long long time. We actually had to reschedule about 3 interviews because I was having such incredible pain in my lower back.
Dr. Len Horowitz is the author of 17 books including The Book of 528: Prosperity Key of Love, Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola: Nature, Accident, or Intentional?, Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism & Toxic Warfare and Tuning the Human Biofield: Healing with Vibrational Sound Therapy.

While working with a hematologist she supplied the CDC with reports on leukemia, which CDC said, were more than all the case histories submitted by the entire Emory University Hospital system combined, an indication of the low level of physician generated reports to the CDC. This reveals that only a small percentage of serious health threats are collected and statistically tabulated.

Then we talked about how almost all disease can be linked to fear, desire and ultimately attachments. When we really think about it, it seems like most decisions we make in our lives are done out of fear.
We're afraid of what our co-workers think about us, we're afraid of what our parents will think or our wives, and friends. We care so deeply about what other people think about us it cripples our ability to create and become the people we really want to be.
What's holding you back?
When we suppress ourselves like this because of fear, we get upset with ourselves for not having the courage to be who we want. This creates a disconnect between who we are and who we think we really our. The frustration sets in and this creates unmet desires. We want what we can't have.
We think things will make us happy. We feel attached to these things and we're not happy because these things "out there" would make us happy if only we could possess them.
It's a vicious cycle.
We also talked about chemtrails and how to detoxify (links for how to do that are below) heavy metals from our bodies. Heavy metals have been associated with neurological disorders like Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia and more.
The human body was never meant to be bombarded with so many heavy metals on a daily basis. In today's world not only are we exposed to such toxicity but we're also given the solutions as well.
With every modern problem there is a solution.

Dr. Stephanie Seneff joined us to share her information about glyphosate and cancer. Does glyphosate cause cancer? What about non Hodgkin's lymphoma? It is my understanding that there is glyphosate in a product called Roundup which was developed by Monsanto.
Recently Monsanto lost a court battle over a man who was awarded 280 million dollars because of the non Hodgkin's lymphoma that he developed after using a glyphosate ridden Roundup product by Monsanto.
The interesting thing is that Dr. Seneff mentioned that gluten isn't the cause of digestive issues like leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome or colitis.
Many people blame gluten and advocate going to a "gluten free" diet. Stephanie says we don't have a gluten intolerance but a glyphosate intolerance.
During this interview with Dr. Stephanie Seneff we shared some tips for how to improve digestion and some possible natural products that can help the body to heal from glyphosate toxicity.
The other thing she shared about was an idea she's been thinking about with regards to glyphosate being in the air we breath. Dr. Seneff said that 10% of gasoline is from ethinol which is all sprayed by Roundup. Is it possible our air is polluted with glyphosate as well?
If so, what is glyphosate doing to our lungs? Is this why lung cancers are on the rise? Is this why so many people have digestive diseases these days?
What do we do to heal our guts? How can we improve our digestion?

Greg Caton was on the show today. He's the author of a few books one of which is Lumen: Food for a New Age and the other is Meditopia®.
I first wanted to start off by saying I really apologize for how late this interview is from being recorded. We had MAJOR server issues after the show and it really set us back. We're in the process of changing hosting companies but since we produce so many shows per week and each show takes multiple hours to produce they can stack up pretty easily and at that point (when you're behind by 7 shows like we are now and you're a one man show) it becomes quite daunting.
So with that said, we apologize and we really appreciate your patience with us as we continue to grow! That's a good problem right! :)
So back to Greg Caton. I heard a really interesting interview with his wife during the time he was in prison.
He was such a fun guest to have on and we talked about his story about how the FDA and other drug agencies deported him back to the United States. For those that don't know he got deported from a foreign country and put in prison here in the US. I'm not sure what the original charge was but (in my opinion) the real reason was because he was doing some great things in regard to cancer and disease with his products.
On one level I completely understand. The United States is doing what any entity does to survive. It HAS to act like a maniacal tyrant in order to keep the masses believing the lie. Any one of us, when threatened fight to survive. I get it. I understand it.
Do I agree with it or do I think it's right?
No.
When we're told that "so and so" was put in prison for some "crime" like say tax evasion or something like that, we immediately think the person is a slug and think poorly of him. But just because you go to prison doesn't mean you're a bad guy. There are thousands of people wrongly put in prison and even put to death by our government. There are many famous people that have gone to prison for what would considered today to be a noble cause.
So just because somebody goes to jail doesn't mean he's a bad guy.
I've known about Greg and his work for many years and from what I can tell, he's out there to help as many people as he can. Obviously I don't know him personally but it definitely appears as though he's doing great things. And well, I like him! :)
He's doing a lot of work with escharotic herbs like black salves, blood root pastes and uses powerful substances from the Amazon rain forest to help with skin conditions like cancer and so forth.

We didn't talk about the heavy metals in vaccines, the adjuvants like mercury and aluminum and how bad they are. We didn't talk about why the entire theory of vaccines is flawed. We didn't talk about the normal topics surrounding vaccines.
Rather we talked mainly about the immune systema and how there are two "arms" of the immune system and whether or not there's a connection between diseases like cancer, Alzheimer's disease, dementia and vaccines.
What happens to the immune system when it's NOT allowed (because of vaccines) to go through a childhood illness like mumps, chicken pox, measles and rubella?
This was a very unique angle Dr. Cowan took on the immune system, vaccines and the connection between the former two and diseases like cancer.

What an honor it was to have our chiropractor Dr. John Bergman in studio with us!
This was the 3rd time we've had him on the show. We've been seeing him regularly (3 times per week actually) for upper cervical adjustments for about 5 months now and have noticed HUGE results in our own health and well being. When the body is aligned every organ functions better.
But Dr. Bergman joined us to talk about measles and vaccinations in general. People have been freaking out lately over the supposed "measles outbreak" in Disneyland where a whopping 73 people contracted it (to my knowledge nobody has died and have only suffered mild symptoms).
Be that as it may, it seems like everywhere you turn the media is doing what they can to keep the sheeple scared and afraid. Fear is the best weapon they have to control the uneducated.
When Dr. Bergman arrived at our studio he was all fired up to talk about this subject so I wanted to oblige as it is so timely right now.
Watch the video below to learn why you should listen to this particular episode. We talked about MMR (measles, mumps and the rubella virus) along with flu shots and the heavy metals and chemicals that are in flu shots. These heavy metals and toxic components damage (we believe) the blood brain barrier and cause all kinds of neurological harm to the body.
What people don't realize is the human body was never designed to have it be injected with a metal needle piercing the skin and have heavy metals and chemicals pumped directly into the blood stream bypassing the buffering organs like the colon, liver and stomach.
If you're on the fence about vaccines or unsure, just do more research. I always tell people to do their own investigation and own it. Don't be strong armed into a decision by a doctor out of fear. Even if you choose to get vaccines or flu shots do so out of intention and sufficient education, not out of fear.
Obviously I'm not sold on vaccine shots but I will never be sold fear as a means of making any kind of decision for me or our future children.

Stephen is a nutritionist and has been practicing nutrition since 1990 and helping people regain their health.
We talked about how seed oils help to open the cellular membrane of the cells to deliver oxygen so the cell becomes aerobic instead of anaerobic. When a cell becomes anaerobic its energy doesn't come from oxygen.
This is the case with fungus, cancer tumor cells, yeast and mold. These things don't need oxygen to survive or grow. When you can get oxygen to the center of the cell, then the cell metabolizes oxygen properly and the body is healthy.
When the cell start using sugar as fuel instead of oxygen, the disease process has begun.
None of us want to be in that boat.
So today we talked about seed oils and how most oils on the market today are pressed using hexane extraction processes that expose the delicate oils to high pressure and very high heat. This heat and pressure destroys the carbon chain bonds and molecular structures of the medicine.
Not only that but secondary metabolites and compound alkaloids also get denatured, pulled apart and destroyed in the process. We need these enzymes to work in their original raw state.

Donna Gates is the head of bodyecology.com and primarily works on creating awareness of gut health. She's also the author of The Body Ecology Diet.
Proper gut health is critical for life. We've heard it said over the years that all disease begins in the colon. People don't realize how important intestinal health really is. When we lose the ability to digest our food, it becomes impacted and caked onto the colon walls. Over time this "mucoid plaque" builds up and eventually impairs the ability for your villi to absorb the nutrients from the food.
The nutrients from the food should be eaten by beneficial bacteria (gut flora) and then biologically trans-mutated into energy that should be able to pass through the intestinal villi. The villi are only so long and if they're gunked up (that's a scientific term) with mucoid plaque you simply cannot get any minerals or vitamins from the food you are eating (no matter how healthy it is for you).
Over time it's possible to create a situation where larger molecules of food particles enter the blood stream and your body creates an inflammatory histamine response that can lead to food allergies.
It really is true the saying from Squatty Potty, "happy colon, happy life".
Cleansing (like doing coffee enemas or colon cleanses), detoxification, and rebuilding proper gut flora and the villi in your digestive tract is absolutely critical for living a long healthy disease free life.
What I love about Donna Gates is that she focuses on bringing in proper microbiology in the form of fermented foods. We cannot live without bacteria. Eating foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, yogurt and kombucha is absolutely a must if you want to repopulate your body with friendly bacteria.
She calls our bodies an ecosystem. Some people call the inner ecosystem a microbiome. Often when I'm at the gym or exposed to conventional information they simply refer to our bodies as a machine.
I HIGHLY disagree with our bodies being a simple machine. Yes it has functional physical properties that are "like" a machine. But I believe referring to our bodies as a machine perpetuates the allopathic medical model which simply cannot recognize the energetics of the body.

I hadn't done a solo show in a long time and I really wanted to get one out. We had a lot of listeners email in over the past few months wanting to get our thoughts on this coronavirus pandemic going on right now.
To be honest I had not interest in doing that. There are a million talking heads and I didn't want to be "just another voice".
So I decided to gather as much data as I could. When it first came out I honestly thought it was going to be another Swine flu or SARS situation. As you know it seems like they're tightening the screws more and more each day.
They're not letting this go. My prediction is that masks and social distancing are here to stay.....unless people wake up, stop watching Netflix and the mainstream news.
Unless we start doing some research and standing up for our rights, we will not win this battle.
The second half of the show I shared some really incredible anti cancer benefits of selenium.

Today was an interesting show. Kate jumped in and saved the day. This show was supposed to be with Dr. Frank Shallenberger but for some reason we had a communication mishap and we were unable to connect.

Hello??) while being in toxic environments.
Schools are dangerous places that are damaging our children on multiple levels.
We talked a bit about how that's all happening along with where autism is really coming from and so much more!
We also talked about how to block blue light, why you should block blue light and how light impacts our mitochondria.
Lastly we talked about non native EMF and how our kids are sleeping for 12 hours per night. It's incredible! :)

[include file=get-in-itunes.html]Today we had Sheila Hemphill on the show. We heard about her from Dr. Steven Hines who mentioned she was on the Alex Jones show and thought she'd be a good person to speak about what's going on today with smart meters.
A while ago we had Magda Havas on the show who also discussed lots of the same issues. With this show we wanted to focus on the damage that in particular smart meters are doing to people in their homes.
Not only are smart meters going to raise the cost of electricity for people, but they're also very damaging because of the radiation that are emitted from the meters themselves. If you add to that the fact that there are major privacy and control issues going on here you can see why so many people are up in arms about this issues.
People are even preventing meter installers from installing smart meters on their homes with their guns!
But these smart meters according to Sheila Hemphill do pose a health risk because there have been many cases where these smart meters have caught fire.
I don't know much about the control issues going on with them but I can only suspect that less than desirable things are doing on. I wouldn't put it past our local governments to allow complete and total control of people through the use of smart meters.
Any way you look at it, it's an issue that we all need to be aware of on many levels.

Dr. John Bergman joined us in the studio for a shorter episode (he was extremely busy and had 5 consultations to do back in Huntington Beach right after the show!). We thank him for making the time out of his busy schedule to be here to discuss motivation, health and why you should invest in yourself.
We talked not just how to get healthy and how to stay healthy but we also mainly discussed staying motivated.
Why does one choose to say no to chocolate cake, stuffing and unhealthy foods? What is in his or her mind that makes them say no when they'd really like to eat those foods.
I believe it's an issue of personal development, spirituality and knowing your place in the world. If you have goals, you'll start thinking of how each thought you think and each morsel of food you eat, aligns with your goals.
I also brought up the point that our genes are a gift. Our bodies are a way to interact with the physical nature of the world and it's our genes that are the bridge between spirit and matter.
The genes we have were a gift given to us. When we pass on those genes will they be genetically weaker than our genes? If so, we've buried out talents in the ground as it says in the Bible. And Jesus did not speak well of the people that bury their gifts in the sand.
So what does this mean? It means that every piece of food you eat not only affects you but it affects the entire planet and it affects your genetic expression for generations to come.
Eating is a big deal.
And so is how you treat yourself. Many times our friends and family aren't on board with our health goals. Not only do they not understand what we're doing but they actively make fun of us or try to knock us down.
People don't like people who make goals and make sacrifices in their lives to achieve them. It's a weird thing about humans but it's how we are. When they see you making dietary changes they question you, debate you and generally try to bring you down.
How do you stay on track in the face of so many people who want to bring you down to their level?

During this show with Dr. Bonlie we talked about his research he's been doing for the past 27 years on magnetism. Can magnetic therapy help the body to heal itself?
There are a lot of people out there making grandiose claims about all the things magnets can do but are they correct? What is the affect on the human body as a result of the magnetism of the earth slowly diminishing?
There's a famous quote by Nikola Tesla that says...
"If you want to find the secrets of the universe...think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."
There's definitely something to magnets and my gut feeling tells me this is the case. Whether or not it is as powerful as people claim, remains to be seen...at least in my mind.
Another thing to consider is when people make claims, we need to understand what kind of magnetism they're talking about? Are they making claims when it comes to bidirectional magnetism (aka bipolar fields) or unidirectional magnetism which is much more natural and in accordance with the laws of nature.
It's possible for people to claim that a certain supplement doesn't work only later to find out the supplement/product they used was the weakest form of that particular supplement.
We also talked about grounding and how magnetism affects grounding pads or grounding sheets. Dr. Bonlie wasn't a fan of grounding technology. Dr. Stuart Fishbein is our OBGYN and our plan was to have him assist us in our natural home birth of our twins Will and Ben.
We went through the entire pregnancy with him. A listener turned us onto him in our first month and we had already gone to see another OBGYN and the difference was night and day.
Unfortunately here in California natural birthing centers are not allowed to offer their services if you have twins.
So that left us only two options.
Have a hospital birth which we didn't want to do or have a home birth with no midwife or doctor. Midwives here in California are required to have a medical doctor be present.
So that left us either the hospital or me alone at home with Kate.
Then a wonderful listener saved the day by letting us know about Dr. Stu.
The first OBGYN we saw was supposedly more "naturally minded" (ya right) but he was egotistical and thought he was God's gift to mankind.
When we met Dr. Stu it was a breath of fresh air!
To have a medical doctor like him with a team of midwives at home was the best option ever!

I first heard of Sofia Smallstorm a few years ago from her presentation about chemtrails and geoengineering at a conference. Then I started to explore more of her work after that!
Sofia is a well rounded independent researcher who is willing to research and drill down until she gets to the truth. I called her a "dot connector" during the show.

When I originally setup the show I thought it would be important for people to hear David discuss this subject matter. We hear a lot about raw food, the paleo diet, the primal diet, super foods, herbs, supplements and so on but we never really get to hear people speak about the motivation it takes to live this kind of lifestyle.
When you're with all your friends at a restaurant, and they're ordering all manner of hideosly unhealthy "food" (if you want to call it that) what do you do? Do you go along with the crowd and abuse your body they way they are? Or do you order the healthiest thing they have like perhaps some grass fed meat or just a salad and wait for them to question you about it?
We've all been there. I know I have. Or what do you do when your family has candy and cake at home and you're all by yourself with nothing healthy to eat in the house? Do you discipline yourself to go without or go to the health food store....or do you eat 4 pieces of chocolate cake since nobody is around to hold you accountable? We've all been there.
I wanted to talk about self worth today in this show and I wanted to talk to David about how we look at food, and how to really love ourselves enough to only eat the best possible food.
Many of us are dealing with food addictions and we crave food that's not good for us. I wanted to discuss the topic of success in this show because it's the underlying factor in how we treat ourselves.
We have to WANT to eat well for the right reasons. What are the right reasons you might ask? Well they vary from person to person. I want to eat well for many reasons. Here are a few I came up with. I want to eat well so I can live a long life and accomplish the work I'm here to do. I don't want to deal with disease for the last 10 years of my life. I want to live with passion and energy to have fun the entire time I'm alive. I could list a million reasons why I want to eat well.
If I wanted to eat well simply to get 6 pack abs, what happens when I'm craving cancer causing food and I actually have 6 packs abs? No reason to eat well right? I've already reached my outward goal that's focused on the physical body which isn't even us.
Eating well and taking care of yourself has to be a deep issue and something we all answer in our own way.
I hope this interview with David Wolfe was enlightening and entertaining.

Dr. Bob Dowling was really great to have on the show and we had such a great time with him. He's got a clinic in Ecaudor where he helps people with cancer in all "stages" whether terminal or late stage. The entire idea of there being a stage of cancer seems odd to me in the first place. The medical industry loves to label things with fancy names and terms.
It's like being pregnant, you either are or you're not pregnant. You either have cancer or you don't.
But anyway he's doing some great work involving teeth. Turns out dental and oral pathology plays a HUGE role in the development of cancers. Dr. Dowling rarely sees somebody who has cancer that doesn't have problems with their teeth. If he does see patients like this, it's usually because they live downwind from an apple orchard where they're constantly spraying herbicides, fungicides and pesticides into the air.
If there are no oral issues in their mouth, and they indeed have cancer it's usually a result of some highly toxic and icidious living situation they're currently in.
I understand that the whole idea that our teeth can cause cancer is so far out of the ordinary for the average person to even think about. But consider this, even mainstream radio and tv commercials are advertising the dental connection between bacteria, toxins and poisons in the mouth and heart disease and heart attacks. I've heard commercials on mainstream radio shows talking about this connection.
I suspect Dr. Bob Dowling is 50 years ahead of his time and it'll take that long for the medical community to wake up.
What are the word dental procedures that link to cancer? From the research that I've done, the winner of this award has to be root canals. The second place winner would probably go to cavitations as the result of molar and wisdom teeth extraction.

Morley Robbins aka the Magnesium man is joining us today to talk about minerals and cancer.
In recent years he's been spending the bulk of his time on iron and how iron causes cancer. It's interesting because most people have no idea why this is the case.
One of the main reasons is iron oxidizes in the body and prevents the mitochondria from generating oxygen and therefore ATP. It starves the cells of oxygen and with no energy cancer cells begin to proliferate.

Today we talked with PhD and EMF expert Dr. Martin Pall.
We talked about dirty electricity, electricity in general, DC vs AC current, cell phones and cell towers, wifi routers, smart meters, dect phones and computers.
How does all this radiation affect our health? What does the electrification of our environment do to our cellular biology?
Dr. Pall surmises that radiation (ionizing or non ionizing) causes cellular membranes to essentially break down. These are called the voltage gated calcium ion channels.
When these cell membranes are "breached" calcium (and other toxins, like iron, oxidized lipids like PUFAs and even heavy metals and parasites) floods into the center of the cell.
When this happens ATP cannot get created properly in the mitochondria and it also dehydrates you at the mitochondrial level.
This is bad news my friends.
This is called a slow death. Death by wifi.

As you know I'm a very curious person even with topics I'm not initially excited about. To talk for an hour about bunions didn't seem like something I wanted to do.
But what I do a lot (if something like this comes up) is I really try to put myself into a situation where I have bunions that are extremely painful. Bunions that feel like gout where it hurts just to touch them.
What would that feel like? My toe joint would throb with pain. I go deep into the pain and really feel what it feels like to have a big bunion on my foot.
When I put myself into that situation when I'm not suffering with bunions really makes a topic interesting. If you had really painful bunions wouldn't you be interested in how to treat bunions naturally without doing surgery?
Of course.
Once you put yourself into an empathetic mindset, becoming interested in any topic is really quite easy.
Many more people than we realize deal with bunions and flat feet. It's pretty shocking how common bunions and flat feet are.
Why are so many people suffering?
I think there are spiritual emotional factors that are the actual causes.
But on the physical side, I believe bunions and flat feet are a direct result of not living in alignment with nature.
There are a lot of factors that become an issue as a result of living an unnatural lifestyle which we talk about on today's show.

Are you thinking about getting your son circumcised? After listening to this interview with Dr. Ronald Goldman you might think otherwise.
For those that don't know Dr. Ronald Goldman is the author of Questioning Circumcision: A Jewish Perspective along with his more recent book which I really want to read called, Circumcision, The Hidden Trauma : How an American Cultural Practice Affects Infants and Ultimately Us All
Kate and I talked at the very end about what we would do if we had a son.
Dr. Goldman argues that this is an area of the body that we are designed to have and not to cut off in a barbaric surgery.
I argued during the show that our entire culture is very mechanistic in our approach to the human body. We look at the body as a machine. Unfortunately for these western medical doctors they don't realize that the body works as whole holistic unit.
The body is less like a machine and more like an 3 dimensional hologram moving through space time. It's my contention that..
The body is more like an 3 dimensional energetic ecosystem and less like a car.
Why do people get circumcised?
That's a good question. Many people perform this act on their helpless defenseless children out of cultural and religious ideologies that were passed down to them by their parents.
It takes a special individual to stop and take a good hard look at what they're subjecting their sons to. Because if you do that, you end up calling into question many of our cultural biases and beliefs.
It's much easier to do the popular thing than it is to change how we view the world and our place in it.

David Sereda joined us today to talk about some remarkable subjects relating to energy, healing, quantum mechanics and crystals. We didn't try to do this but the show focused on crystals primarily. Sometimes we just ride the wave and see how the show goes. The idea of crystals must have been something that either we needed to hear or you did as the listener.
We go with the flow here on Extreme Health Radio! We really needed to have 4 hours with David Sereda to get to all of his fascinating information. Although we did cover quite a few subjects during this interview (as you can see below) there were lots that we didn't get a chance to cover. For some reason there's an energetic charge that crystals can carry. This is why it's used in computer chips and in many other forms of technology. The crystal is almost able to be programmed (similar to water which we talked about) with different frequencies that can affect our bio energetic field.
There are many different ways to use crystals for your health which we talk about during the show. We also had some time to discuss is frequency pendants that he makes. He infuses the sound of the sun into the matrix of the necklaces and jewelry that he sells. If you're going to wear something around your neck all day why not have it heal you at the same time?

Cindy Sellers from Angel Farms joins Kate and me to discuss all things cleansing and detoxification. She has been running Angel Farms on the big island of Hawaii for over 20 years now. She's the author of You Don't Have To Hurt Anymore which I highly recommend giving it a read.
Cindy is very controversial. So if you like coffee as well as eating fats and oils (like the Bulletproof coffee) than you might not appreciate what she has to say about these subjects.
Is coffee healthy? Is it possible to put fats and oils (like coconut oil or ghee) into a coffee and have it be healthy for your system? In other words, can healthy fats be a part of a balanced diet?
Cindy Sellers says that the answer is no. She says that you would never find a place in nature that has a concentrated source of that much oil. She's not against eating an avocado, some coconut flesh or some nuts for example. She is against taking in excess oils that are pressed unnaturally.
My question was, just because it's unnatural, does that mean that it's bad? Or just because it came out during a colon hydrotherapy session does that mean that it's bad? Is it possible for good things to get stuck inside the body? We get to the bottom of those questions during this show.
I brought up the fact that juicing isn't natural either and neither is blending for that matter but can it be good for certain people at certain times in order to regain their health?
My intuition tells me yes. But I have to ask myself do I lean towards eating fats like coconut oil or butter because I like them and don't want to give them up? I have to get deep with myself and ask that question honestly to myself.
Am I willing to give up anything that I know is not healthy for me?
That's a question we can (and should) all ask ourselves.
All of our guests present their own opinions and they're own research. It's up to us to really get in tune with our own bodies so we can get answers to these questions without relying on guests to tell us what to think or eat.

Yarrow Willard joined us today to talk specifically about herbs, medicinal mushrooms and herbal medicine. Herbs and herbalism is a lost art.
In our modern culture we have lost our roots to the plant and medicine kingdom. Our ancestors were very much connected to herbs, mushrooms and plant extracts in their environment that would help support their health.

We always love having Dr. Massey on whenever he's available. For those that don't know we had the wonderful opportunity to visit him and Meridian at their home in Texas the last time we got our root canals and cavitations extracted by our biological dentist Dr. Stuart Nunnally.
Today we talked about many different subjects that fascinated me. I could have talked with Dr. Massey for hours upon hours just picking his brain.
In the beginning of the show we talked about music and how music is a big part of our lives and how we've lost touch with making it a part of our health and healing. In ancient cultures music had more to do with community, sacredness, healing and personal connection than it did with iPods like it does today.
Then we talked about verbs and nouns and how the medical industry has hijacked our language systems to disempower us in terms of the language we use surrounding disease. We talked about how we do cancer instead of getting it. We talked about how verbs create responsibility and action on the part of the recipient and how verbs if used in a way that supports us can actually empower us to greater healing.
We talked about grief and how family constellation therapy and gestalt therapy can help resolve present health challenges. We might express a disease based on somebody in our family 3 generations ago.
We also talked about death and how sacred that can be if we tune into it and get back to how our ancestors would honor the dead and support those left behind. Then near the end we talked about how to protect yourself from emf radiation from cell phones and so much more.

Today was one of my favorite episodes because I had a ton of questions for Professor Alex Volinsky regarding rope worms.
It was such a fascinating show that not only did it go for almost 2 hours but I didn't even want to take a break for the 2nd commercial. I didn't want to break the flow and I figured it was more beneficial if we just went forward with the discussion and didn't do a commercial break (which was going to be for our Relax FAR Infrared Sauna by the way).
He lost over 80 pounds and in the process he lots a whole lot of rope worms along with all that weight. He even has pictures and videos of these worms moving in the toilet after he expelled them.
For those that are interested Kate wrote an entire post about the worms she got rid of and put pictures in it as well. One of the more fascinating things was how the rope worms exist in 5 different stages of life cycles and there are specific enemas that will kill them in all 5 stages.
During the show he mentioned this briefly but he talked a little bit about how we need to come to terms with worms of all sorts (like hook worms, pin worms, whip worms, round worms, flat worms and all of them) and even parasites living in our bodies. Although we can go after them and help them leave our bodies, it's important not to hate them or want to kill them. Dr. Bill Bengston joined us on the show today and it was really really interesting. He claims that he has taken cancer away from mice in laboratory testing using a specific energy healing technique.
Bill Bengston is the author of The Energy Cure: Unraveling the Mystery of Hands-on Healing as well as a CD that helps people learn the actual healing techniques called With Hands-On Healing: A Training Course in the Energy Cure.
He has some radical claims here. He says that he's been able to reverse cancer in mice. Now for legal purposes we know that only the FDA, pharmecutical drugs, chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and medical doctors can cure cancer.
We're not interested in cures anyway. We are interested in physical, spiritual and emotional well being and healing. If the person is healed a cure is not necessary.
I asked a million questions during this show, not just because I had so many but because I knew you were thinking the same thing I was thinking. I couldn't just let a guest come on and say things without really questioning his methods.
With that said, I'm the most open minded skeptic you'll ever find. I like to ask a lot of questions.
But what if what he's saying is true? Will it be possible to one day download (for $1.50!) some kind of information that would be able to reverse cancer?
Only time will tell.
But I do know that chemotherapy, radiation and surgery work but in my opinion are not the best options.
In this show we talked about his image cycling technique and resonant bonding. He actually goes into much greater detail in his workshops and seminars.

It's interesting how a subject seemingly as mundane and boring, (sunshine) can be so fascinating and interesting. One of the points he drove home was the fact that we actually live in the sun. If you think about the sun in terms of layers that begin at its core and extend out into the atmostphere, earth simply sits within one of the layers of the sun. So we actually live in the sun.
Crazy to think about right?
We always love having Daniel on the show. We know he's got so much on his plate and likes to dive deep into subject matter so we like to offer him a place to discuss cutting edge and sometimes controversial topics without fear of being cut off or not invited back.
He comes up with some really fascinating information that is for sure.
One of the more interesting things we talked about on the show was how vitamin D, because it is fat soluble is in the skin and when we go into the sun during the day and then come home and take a shower, we actually strip those oils off our skin that contain vitamin D. The next time you spend some time laying in the sun and soaking up the rays of vitamin D, don't take a shower that day and use soap to strip off everything you just built up in your body.
Just knowing little tid bits like that can help us make changes in how we live our lives.
Daniel also talked about the little known fact that vitamin D is actually a secosteroid and not an actual vitamin at all. If we get enough sunlight during the summer and spring months we can actually store up in our livers the vitamin D to make it through the winter.
What's most fascinating and often not talked about is the vitamin D needs of people with varying levels of melanin in their skin. For example descendants from Africa need much more sunlight and vitamin D than really fair skinned people. It makes sense if you think about their skin almost being like a pair of sunglasses over their body.
Because they have that protective layer of melanin (dark skin) it takes more direct sunlight shining on their skin in order for their body to produce the right hormone levels like seratonin and melatonin and vitamin D in order to be healthy.
Can you see now how a black person living in Washington might have problems? Or can you see how a white person living in Africa could develop skin cancer? It's really quite interesting when you think about the health effects of living in certain geographical locations based on skin color alone.
I'm quite sure the same is true with diet. Dr. Hal Huggins talks about the ancestral diet and this plays a huge role. If we're American Indian or from Alaska, we can't eat a high fruit diet just because we live in Hawaii now.
We have to take into consideration our lifestyle, skin color and ancestral past in order to figure out how we on an individual level should be living.
We also talked about the benefits of getting sun exposure to your genitals and parts of your body where "the sun don't shine". For women getting sun exposure to their breasts would be something to consider as well as for a man to have sun exposure to the testicles. According to Daniel sun exposure to the testicles and the back enable the body to produce high amounts of testosterone. We've also learned from Atom Bergstrom that tapping or pounding on the chest helps to build testosterone as well. Lots of interesting ideas here to say the least.

Have you been interested in float therapy? I heard about these sensory deprivation tanks or float chambers for a long time.
Years actually.
I did a ton of research about all the benefits of them and how they affect consciousness and can even take your health to another level.
I was so intrigued. The idea of creating an environment here on earth that simply cannot be simulated anywhere else really got me thinking.
When you're on the earth, how is it possible to create an environment where all 5 senses are removed while you are actually awake?
* Taste - your mouth is closed so that's a no brainer
* Sight - it's pitch black, problem solved
* Hearing - the chamber is 100% silent
* Touch - the water and air are the same temperature as your body
* Smell - it's odorless inside the tank
There isn't a situation on earth where you can essentially shut off all 5 of your senses. When you do this, you truly allow the body and mind to heal at a very deep level.
Not only is floating extremely relaxing because of the infusion of magnesium flooding into your pores, but you feel almost euphoric.
The first 30 minutes for me was just a lesson in letting go. I had to trust the process. I had to get comfortable. I had to let go of my obligations and my thoughts. I had to dig deeper into my true essence at the core of my being.
Then I had to let go more.
I had to fully commit to letting go of commitments, my to do list, time and even who I was. Because you can't feel anything you feel like you're just a mind floating in that tank.
I had a weird experience. After about 45 minutes of floating I felt like I was comfortable and relaxed. I was in. Then I heard the knock on the door from Ron and knew it was time to go.
I feel like I could have floated for 3 hours no problem. Man is floating addicting or what? You should definitely try it out if you can. Find a location in your area!

Atom Bergstrom joined us today to talk about yellow fat disease and how that's affecting the health of millions of people around the planet.
For those that don't know Atom Bergstrom is really into something called Chronobiotic nutrition. It's also sometimes referred to as solar eating.
This means that each organ has a time of day (usually two times per day) where it cleanses, grows, detoxifies, and releases more hormones and basically goes to work. Food also has the same thing. It's based on the angle of the sun when the sun first rises.
The food that receives the first rays of the sun (those that are typically highest eg in trees) are those that should be consumed earliest in the day. As the sun continues to rise in the horizon its rays are able to touch foods that are lower on the ground.
These would be foods in bushes or shrubs (would also include meats of most types). These should be consumed in the middle of the day.
Then the foods that get the last rays of the sun (those that are on the ground, under the ground or below the ground) should be consumed at night. These would include fish, eggs, root vegetables and things of that nature.
So not only does the food have a time when it should be consumed but each organ has a special time of day when they function at higher capacities. When you combine these two (I also like to follow proper food combining principles as well) it can be magic for you digestion, energy and more.
In this particular talk we talked about the dangers of fish oils and more specifically yellow fat disease which he says is affecting millions of people around the world.

Dr. Carl O' Helvie had a dream one night to go get a chest x-ray. What he found out from the lab results wasn't good news. They found a spot on his lung that turned out to be cancer. It was a devastating diagnosis back 39 years ago.
Talk about an inspiring guy! Dr. Carl O' Helvie got diagnosed with lung cancer back in 1974. He was told by his doctors right away that they needed to operate on his lung with an extensive and invasive surgery. They also told him that they needed to do chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
He didn't accept what they had to say especially after looking into the low survival rates along with the nasty side affects of the chemotherapy. Against his doctors wishes along with his family and friends, Dr. Helvie decided to pursue natural and alternative lung cancer treatments 39 years ago in 1974.
Back then that was a radical thing to do for treatment of such a disease. Today I feel like alternative and holistic cancer treatments are starting to become much more mainstream, thanks to the internet. Thumbs up to Al Gore!
Kate and I had a great time speaking with Dr. Carl O' Helvie. At 81 revolutions around the sun, he has a lot of insight and wisdom to share especially when it comes to how he treated his lung cancer as well as how he prevents it from coming back again.
He eats a lot of raw food, he eats lots of medicinal mushrooms, green juices as well as fruits, vegetables nuts and seeds. He's also a big fan of Vitamin B-17 (which is also known as laetrile or amygdalin) from raw apricot kernels.
He has so much energy and is out there doing so much good work it blows your mind. There are people 10 years younger than him in senior centers and old folks homes who have diseases like Alzheimer's and dementia. It just goes to show you that if you take care of this wonderful energetic ecosystem called the human body, you can be happy healthy and vibrant at 81.
Dr. O' Helvie is a true inspiration to us all to take care of our health and be a good steward of this body that God has given to us. This brings me to another point he made in the interview. He talked about how prayer, meditation and positive thinking had a tremendous impact on his ability to heal from lung cancer.
As we know all disease really is caused by unresolved emotional trauma, conflict or stress. By living in communion with God, meditating and living stress/drama free we can begin to heal the root cause of all disease.

Marcus Freudenmann is the man behind the website called Truly Heal and he's also put together a number of great programs and courses ranging from PEMF, to healing cancer naturally as well as Ozone therapy and then this show all about sauna therapy using his sauna dome.
Hyperthermia which is what we discussed in this particular episode is a way of heating up your internal body temperature to the point where you detoxify chemicals, heavy metals, toxins and poisons from all different parts of your body.

Robert Von Sarbacher joined us today to talk about healing our sickness by killing off biofilms in the body. Dr. Bob Marshall talks a lot about killing biofilms as well.
For those that don't know essentially biofilms are what protect viruses and bacteria from being recognized by the body as a pathogen. Think of a football player wearing pads while playing or an astronaut wearing a space suit.
If they don't wear this protective armor it will die.
It makes sense right? I mean all organisms want to live. All of us will fight to protect our own existence on some level.
It doesn't matter if it's a worm, a parasite, a virus, bacteria, fungus or even a cancer cell, all of these life forms want to live and will do what they can do survive. So what they do to prevent the body from seeing them for what they are, is encase themselves in this biofilm so it can live and continue to exist.
Isn't life grand? But what would happen if all of these foreign organisms had their biofilms broken down and the white blood cells and immune system of the body were able to get at them? Well you guessed it, they would simply die a slow slow death.
If we can somehow eat foods and take supplements that gets rid of this biofilm (which according to Robert Von Sarbacher) can be actually inside the intestine preventing us from actually absorbing our nutrients, then we can see tremendous advances in our health.

We talked about cholesterol numbers and how to manage them. We also talked about whether or not the cholesterol numbers even matter to begin with. His answer might shock you.
We also talked about how to balance hormone levels and thyroid health. Thyroid health is a big concern these days with accidents like Fukishima happening and low iodine levels. The thyroid glad (among many other things) happens to be responsible for the production of hormone levels in the body. Without balanced hormones you might feel a lack of sex drive, lack of motivation, cold hands and feet, heart palpitations, poor circulation, depression and much more. Hormones are key for your health so keeping your thyroid gland is imperative.
We also talked about cancer and how to prevent and reverse cancerous tumors in the body.
As many of you know cancer is always the #1 or #2 killer in America today. Just about 1 out of 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer at some time in their lives.

Sidney Ross Singer joined us today to talk about lots of rather interesting topics. The main theme of today's show was how bras can cause breast cancer and how dangerous they are.
Sound crazy?
If it sounds crazy to you, you might want to step back and do some deep thinking about whether or not you've been programmed by the mass media in your life. The media (especially movies and companies like Victoria's Secret) all portray bras and tight clothing as being very sexually appealing.
We've all been conditioned by them our entire lives. It kind of goes with the territory of living in the modern Western world. But Syd makes compelling arguments that bras and tightly fitted clothing are not only dangerous but actually deadly.
You see the lymphatic fluid (there's more lymphatic fluid in our bodies than blood actually which makes you understand just how important it is) gets stuck and constricted because of poor circulation caused by the straps and metal under wire of these bras.
Over long periods of time for many many years this prevents the body from being able to cleanse and detoxify all of the toxins, chemicals and poisons that the lymph fluid accumulates. And as a result, breast cancer is one of the more popular cancers among women with lung cancer coming in at a close second.
If you think about our culture just about everything we're doing is completely unnatural. Women were't meant to wear tight bras that squish and change the shape of their boobs. It's just not natural
Because we know that metal is a conductor of electricity and we're bombarded with EMF radiation, I'm convinced that this metal under wire is attracting these electro magnetic fields to the body making them even more unhealthy.
I realize it sounds crazy and it might sound like such a hippy idea but the more you think about it, the more you're going to realize this entire way that we are living in our modern world is killing us little by little, day by day.
Do I think bras and the whole Victoria Secret thing is sexy? Sure I do. But at the same time I recognize that I only think that way because of years and years of conditioning by mass media.
It takes time to cleanse your mind, emotions and psyche of that garbage akin to McDonalds hamburgers and shakes.
So in the mean time if we believe that is a link between bras and breast cancer what can we do? As women you can begin by increasing the time each day that you go bra-less if you will.
If you think about it, it took years and even "training bras" to get your body and mind into the idea of wearing these things. So it might take a few years to be comfortable with not wearing them so much.
So just be okay with that. It's the small changes every day that count. Small changes can make a huge impact in your life given enough time.

Dr. Richard Massey joined us on today's show to talk about the real cause of dis-ease. He spoke about the spiritual/emotional aspect of healing.
In the natural healing alternative health community things go in cycles. When I first got into this alternative healthy lifestyle back in 2003 the focus was on raw foods and a vegan lifestyle. The emphasis of healing was based in physical things you could do like cleansing the body of toxins (think natural hygiene) and detoxing.
Then you started to hear about energy work, yoga, meditation and non physical things you could do or participate in which would help facilitate healing in your body.
Now it's switched back to optimizing your "meat suit" or "space suit" and biohacking.
Ultimately we are inextricably tied to our family and all things non physical. There's an invisible process that running not only the genes and DNA but also the mitochondria.
We now know the mitochondria are what control genetic expression. But what controls the mitochondria? Some like Dr. Jack Kruse and Dr. Doug Wallace would say environmental stimulus like light, water, magnetism and vibration.
I suspect there a layer higher than that which Dr. Kruse doesn't speak much about. The higher layer has to do with the very interesting work that Dr. Richard Massey talks about. These are healing arts sometimes called...

Getting to the root cause of all disease is of utmost importance. If you believe we simply evolved from a monkey you're going to forever locked into both the nuclear and genetic genomes never making it to the green pastures of Psalm 23 where you can lie by the still waters. The revelation of stillness is where healing in the invisible happens.
Like Carolyn Myss says we came to this planet with Sacred Contracts so that we can evolve and grow in order to express more of God's love.
Dr. Richard Massey has been one of the most influential people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with on this show. He is a treasure and a profoundly deep and insightful person.
As many of you know there are many ways to heal the body. There's cleansing, detoxification, manual adjustments (like chiropractic or massage) there's herbalism, understanding light, the role of spirituality, nutrition, energy medicine, frequency and more.
We talk to many people who are experts in one of these fields....like Dr. Jack Kruse about light for example or Chris Kehler on energy medicine but I don't know anybody who puts it all together as much as Dr. Richard Massey.
I'm thoroughly impressed with his growth and insights each time I speak with him. He truly is a hidden treasure and his work needs to be more well known!

We were honored to have on Tristan Truescott and Peter Ragnar the creators of Good Morning Good Evening Qigong. I was amazed that Peter has been practicing Qigong for over 60 years and Tristan has been heavily into it for many many years as well.
Qigong is a form of "energy" (Qi) "work" (Gong) that people can do to decrease stress, increase their energy as well as their vitality. To be honest I've only been doing it for about 6 months now (nothing compared to Tristan and Peter) but I really enjoy it and feel a noticeable difference.
There's a reason that Qigong has been around for thousands and thousands of years. Just because we don't know much about the practice here in the West doesn't mean it's not valid, it just means that we're ignorant of its benefits.
The idea behind Qigong is that every cell in essence is simply vibrating forms of energy. If you look into quantum mechanics and string theory this idea that we're all energy is what these scientific disciplines are all about. They study photons, quarks and the most elemental particles in existence. They all vibrate and they all act as energy.
The idea is that energy in the body comes from somewhere and it's actually possible to cultivate that energy. We can store it and build it for use throughout the day. Have you ever been around somebody and notice how you feel like they suck the energy out of you? Perhaps it's their petty little dramas that they suck you into or maybe it's some emotional situation where you feel drained afterwards.
When you get involved in that downward spiral vortex of negative energy, you start to notice an emotional and energetic drainage going on. You feel tired and without any vitality.
This energy has been described by some as a one time battery pack of energy that we get when we're born and when we use it all up, then our soul says it's time to check off the planet and move onto bigger and better things.
What if there were a way (similar to sleep) where we could actually restore this energy that's lost that would help us add years to our life and life to our years? Well, Qigong is the best way to do that.
In the West we participate in many "Yang" or is it "Yin" exercises that deplete our bodies of energy like lifting weights, going for a run, bike riding or playing sports. These are all exercises that steel our one time battery pack of life force away from us. There's nothing wrong with that and they're actually really amazing for getting rid of pent up aggression, anger or stress.
But still that energy is being lost.
On top of that, the rest of your day is most likely very stressful which also depletes our core energy. Then to add insult to injury most of us aren't getting enough sleep (which is similar to Qigong in that it helps the body to restore energy). Even worse most people are eating foods that further rob them of essential energy.
No wonder chronic fatigue is rampant, everybody is tires and few people live inspired lives full of vitality and passion! We have all of these "things" each day that are constantly robbing our body of energy.
So what's the answer?
Qigong is the best way to restore this energy back into the body. Having this energy allows you to sleep better (which further helps all biological processes), to heal faster and have more inspiration to actually accomplish those dreams you had many years ago.

Dr. Cass Ingram joined us today to discuss his research on the health benefits of turmeric. We also talked about the power of oregano oil as a natural antibiotic.
Both turmeric and oregano are incredibly powerful.
Dr. Ingram put oregano above cannabis which I thought was pretty shocking. I get his argument though because Dr. Ingram says that oregano has more uses because it has the ability to kill pathogenic organisms in the body like viruses and bacteria.
The proliferation of bad bacteria, viruses, fungus, mold, and parasites can account for a huge number of diseases and health problems for people. Because oregano has the ability to affect such organisms (and most health problems can come from those organisms) I can see how oregano can have more beneficial uses to people.
But in terms of power and affecting the political and economic climate, cannabis has to be #1 in my book.
I love learning about herbs and spices that have the ability to make major changes on the human body and even help the body to do its own self healing.
It's really important to learn what these herbs can do but it's also important to learn how they can replace potentially dangerous drugs and chemicals like pharmaceutical medications.
When you have a crisis you'll know to reach for the turmeric or oregano oil instead of the antibiotics in your medicine cabinet.
Turmeric and oregano oil are only two of the dozens and dozens of natural compounds that can help the body in times of crisis and even help to prevent potential chronic degenerative diseases like cancer. This is just my opinion not a medical fact. Please consult your medical practitioner before taking my advice or any advice put forth on this website.

Dr. Zach Bush MD joined us on today's show to talk about gut health, cancer, our microbiome and how we can become more connected in order to not just improve our health but improve our lives.

The "war on cancer" has been a monumental failure and it's time we stop allowing the drug companies to dominate media so people are no longer programmed to think that chemotherapy, radiation and surgery are the only answers to this most dreaded disease.
Later on in the show we talked about bacteria, gut health and the role that the microbiome plays in our health and our lives.
Instead of killing bacteria and fearing germs, we need to work with these organisms in order to improve our health. Again a lack of connection is to blame for our war against bacteria whether it's through media or just antibiotics.

About 5 years ago I had an injury in the gym while doing bent over rows. I've told this story before but I was in the wrong position and I knew it but I kept going anyway.
Bad decision.
Instead of doing 10 reps I thought I'd do just 5. On the 4th I knew I should have stopped, instead I pushed through and forced one more rep.
That's when it happened. I felt a major separation in my low back and then a sense of warmth and then I felt it getting tight and seizing up on me.

[include file=get-in-itunes.html]Today we talked about all things detoxification with Dr. Christopher Shade from Quicksilver Scientific. He's an amazing man offering product that really seem to help people get rid of these heavy metals from their bodies.
I don't know if you know but we're exposed to heavy metals in so many areas of our lives. The paints in our homes, the air from coal fire plants and chem trails raining down on us as well as jet fuel and car exhaust, mercury almalgum (silver) fillings, fish and many other places. Then if you consider other toxins like plastics, off gassing from framaldahyde in carpets and bed mattreses, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides in non organic foods, flu shots, vaccinations along with fluoride and pharmecutical medications these chemicals and toxins are wreaking havoc on our health.
I wrote an article a while back called 19 Ways To Detoxify the Body that list many of the daily practices Kate and I have been doing to prepare for having a child.
Many of you listeners may not think there's a big problem here but just becasue you can't feel it doesn't mean the underlying health challenges you may face later in life aren't beginning to fester right now.
The rates of autism, dimentia, and Alzheimer's disease are constantly rising and it's no wonder. Heavy metals and most notably mercury are building up in our bodies with no way to get out.
Our organs are gummed up from calcification, fibrosis and a poor diet that's causing them not to work properly. As a result these toxins keep increasing to a level where we get a diagnosis of a very scary disease.
The other notable thing was how the blood brain barrier in our brains that are supposed to protect our brains from these chemicals, are beginning to weaken from electromagnetic field radiation from cell phones. As a result these chemicals are ending up in our brains causing all manner of neurological diseases in our society.
Think of how many people you know nowadays that are being diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. The rate of autism has gone up by an incredible percent since the early 90's.
Something else to note from this show also was that when one is exposed to two heavy metals in their body, the affect isn't always that they have exposures to two substances. In other words one and one don't make two. One and one can sometimes make ten or twenty.
It's similar to how pharmecutical medications react to each other inside the body. They can end up being deadly and actually do kill hundreds of thousands of people per year.
Dr. Shade talked about how this is almost a form of chemical soup that's happening inside our bodies. We really need to get rid of these poisons and he's got some very unique heavy metal cleanses to help do that. We talked about chelation therapy and how his use of substances like glutithione play a critical role in helping to assist these toxins to get out.

He stopped by today to talk about how thyroid health is connected to our overall health in ways that most people never understand. The thyroid gland happens to attract lots of chemicals, toxins, xeno estrogens and phthalates from plastic, heavy metals and lots of other environmental poisons. Because one of its main jobs it to regulate the distribution of hormones throughout the body, you can see how having low thyroid can affect almost everything we do.
Obviously one of the ways to protect the thyroid gland is to limit your exposure to toxins that damage your thyroid. These toxins are found everywhere in our lives. They're in the food we eat (especially if it isn't organic), the air we breathe (car exhaust, chemtrails, second hand smoke, paints etc), and the water we drink (fluoride, benzene, and chloride).
After you reduce your exposure as best you can to environmental pollution, you'll want to start to support the health of your thyroid gland using things like desecated thyroid supplements and even lugols iodine in different ways.
Since the thyroid gland is linked to diseases like cancer, and heart attacks (the #1 and #2 killers in the western world) it's really important to make sure your thyroid gland is working properly so you can live a long healthy disease free life!
Our hormones are the master switches to health and everything runs off of our hormones. If your hormone levels are off then you're going to have more problems with your health than you ever thought possible.

As always we had yet another fascinating conversation with Atom Bergstrom, author of Yes, No, Maybe: Chronobiotic Nutrition.
Atom Bergstrom never ceases to amaze us with his truly unique knowledge that you're not going to be anywhere else. His information is truly fascinating.
Today we talked about how emotions and energy in the form of emotional traumas can adversely affect the human body's ability to live disease free. This emotional side of living life is so intertwined in everything that we do, is it no wonder that (in my opinion) all disease really is a disease of the mind?
Personally I believe that all sickness and disease comes from our emotions and our inability to release these "toxic engrams" from our physiology. These trapped emotions actually can store themselves as energetic compressed frequencies that can actually change the shape of our internal organs.
Because our organs can actually change their physical shape, they can often stop working the way they were created to. When we continue to live lives that are very high stress day in and day out our internal organs (no matter how clean they are) stop working right. They stop producing enough hormones, they stop being able to eliminate toxins or produce enzymes, white blood cells and so on. This impaired function over time also increases their ability to resist internal fibrosis and inflammation which eventually brings down all mammals.
