We hope everyone is excited about the upcoming 2013 turkey season. We are, and we are announcing our 3rd Annual Jr. Turkey Thumpers Contest!

In this webisode we announce the winner of the 2nd Jr. Turkey Thumpers contest. We also show some of the many bloopers and outtakes of Gabbie and Tad.

So Gabbie was up 3 to 2 on Tad. Tad talked his dad into sneaking up to Georgia and trying to get at least one gobbler to tie Gabbie. This hunt happened the first week in May. It was hot and the hunting was hard, but Tad got onto one that almost got away. Watch this close encounter that Tad had with a couple of wary Georgia eastern gobblers.

Gabbie has tagged out in Kansas so she decides to try her luck again with these weary Georgia birds. She and her dad roosted one in this field but this gobbler did not read the script and did everything backwards in this hunt. Watch and see how she still connected on this stubborn Georgia gobbler.

Once Gabbie learned what it takes to shoot a mature tom, she does it again in Kansas with another great gobbler at Wheelers Whitetails. Watch Gabbie tie the competition with Tad, 2 to 2.

Gabbie has had enough struggling early season hunting in Florida and Georgia. She heads to Kansas to visit Mike Wheeler of Wheeler's Whitetails and harvests her first turkey. Meanwhile, Tad is having no luck during spring break in Mississippi finding turkeys. Watch Gabbie get on the score board with her first ever turkey.

It is the second day of Florida youth season where Tad goes back to his father's honey hole and gets another great turkey while Gabbie tries another public location with the same results. See Tad shoot another great Osceola gobbler.

We start the 2012 season with Gabbie and Tad hunting Florida during youth season. Gabbie struggles to get a gobbler on the ground on public land, while Tad makes it look easy on his father's hunting club. Watch this smack down by Tad.
