First in studio podcast since pre-pandemic times and we run into some audio errors with our board.  This WILL be cleaned up by the next episode.

In this episode Shane and Steph talk self care in terms of the physical, emotional and mental meanings to each of them.  What works, what doesn't and what we may recommend trying as a result of our experiences.

Josh and Shane continue back in their true show format and talk about accountability.  In a world where it is the natural instinct to defend, rather than understand - accountability is an act more difficult than most.  

The gentlemen talk about their experiences on both sides of this equation, both looking for accountability from another, or being accountable for their own words and/or actions that may have negatively impacted someone else.  

Sometimes friendships/relationships end.  Sometimes you apologize for you.  Sometimes for the other party.  But in the end it's all about understanding why accountability matters so much and how challenging yourself to listen and understand helps so much in maintaining healthy relationships.

Welcome to TGP, a show hosted by Josh and Shane.  The 12/15 podcast release is the introduction to the idea behind The Gentlemen Podcast show.  A podcast where Josh and Shane share stories and observations within their own lives as it relates to becoming the best versions of themselves.  We are not perfect, we are not professionals.  We are two friends actively challenging one another for more as we continue to grow.  We hope that our conversations may bridge connections to our audience and provide entertainment, a sense of belonging and well timed humor to tie our episodes together.
