Hi Everyone!! and welcome to episode 4, where we talk about the importance of sharing our emotions which include our thoughts, and feelings about people or things in our life. I shared my perspective on emotions and if I share them or hide them with people close to me. We also talked about how people in our life view us differently than we may view ourselves and how it's important to be open to listening to other people's views... not to feel bad about ourselves but in order to learn and grow.

In today's episode, we're talking about active listening! and why it's important to listen to others when they speak. Active listening is essential if you want to build close relationships with others. We are all guilty of planning what we are going to say while someone is speaking...but doing that does more harm for us and it's time we stop that!! Even if we are right (which we probably are..) let's give someone else a chance to speak their mind, because we would be upset if someone hears us out fully
