In his last role with EY, he became the Americas Head of Leadership Services, where he led external client engagement around EY’s leadership-development service offerings, including group and individual coaching. After retiring from EY in January 2023, Kevin founded Consilium Coaching, a boutique coaching firm dedicated to helping leaders in the LGBTQ community and their allies, where he puts his passion into play every day.
