Upleveling fascinates me because it involves taking incremental steps, one petite step after another. Suddenly, we find ourselves at a higher level, and people exclaim, "Oh my gosh, you got there so quickly!" Yet, the journey might not have been swift; it could have spanned decades. Recently, I've been blessed to assist a long-time friend with a beautiful children's book project. Our friendship dates back to the 1990s in Santa Barbara, and it's truly exciting to collaborate on this endeavor. Creation, however, takes the time it requires. It demands patience and a focus on the goal. While cash is beneficial, it alone doesn't elevate us to a higher frequency, attract what we desire, or infuse more grace, style, and enthusiasm into our lives. As we navigate 2024, a year of expansion and growth, I encourage you to reflect on your aspirations. Personally, I faced health challenges in 2023, leading to a transformative downsizing.  Let's meditate for about seven minutes, contemplating the essence of upleveling—allowing and having without excessive doing. Visualize blue energy rising to the balls of your feet, celestial gold light descending from the heavens, and white or gold light enveloping you like a regal cape. Imagine yourself on a throne, ruling your kingdom, and cleanse your chakras. Clear the first chakra, the seat of fear and doubt, represented by red. Move to the second chakra, the source of creativity and money energy, depicted in orange. Open it up to heavenly creativity and ground it with blue energy. Address the gold-colored third chakra, emphasizing self-care. Clear blockages and let the gold energy flow, facilitating self-nurturing. Proceed to the heart chakra, allowing love to overflow. Flow blue energy through the throat chakra for self-expression, especially considering the rise of audiobooks. Activate the third eye chakra for inventive ideas, and finally, connect with heaven through the crown chakra, allowing divine light to heal and illuminate your life. Take a few minutes each week to envision positive occurrences in 2024, such as travel, beach moments, or other fulfilling experiences. The first chakra represents security; second chakra relates to flow of money, creativity and sex! The third chakra relates to your self percept and sense of self worth. The heart or fourth chakra relates to how you interact with those you love around you. When we get to the fifth chakra in this episode of the Energy Clearing for Life Meditation podcast, it is a very deep clearing for there are those who desired you to be silent. We break those vows of silence in this powerful episode. The sixth chakra wakens your third eye knowing; and the seventh through 15th chakras connect you to your source energy.This is one of the best meditations I have shared this year so please enjoy! Then I place the numbers of the chakras where they are on the body     This clearing practice is a continuum. That is, it is OK if you don't get it perfect. It's like washing a muddy dog. Washing away a lot of the mud is still good even if you don't get every tiny bit of mud on the first pass. Clearing the chakras is like washing away muddy bits of the past or places where others did not honor our highest selves.I was in the mood to gift a concept today! See if it resonates. Operates at the color red. located at your sits bones (base of your butt-spine). When it is blocked you run more fearful.The second chakra: money, creativity, sexual energy. Operates at the color orange. Located at your sexual parts or just below the belly button. When it is blocked you can have fear of money lack or get stuck on your creative flow.The third chakra: sense of self, identity. Operates at the color yellow. Often a challenge for healers and care-takers. located in the solar plexus area. When it is blocked you may tend to have trouble doing self-care. The fourth chakra: heart, love, universal compassion. Operates at the color green. Located at your heart. When it is blocked, you may have trouble connecting with others.The fifth chakra: throat, communications, capacity for self-expression. Operates at the color blue. This is commonly blocked if you are afraid to write or sing or speak your truth.The sixth chakra: third eye. Insight, awareness, psychic ability.
