This conversation is based on the findings of the Board Diversity and Effectiveness in FTSE 350 Companies report, which was commissioned by the Financial Reporting Council. The research was carried out jointly by the Leadership Institute and SQW, the economic and social development research consultancy. This is the second podcast of the series.
