Wed, 24 Apr 2024 - 29min - 152 - Ep 5. The Power of Simple
It's easy to get lost in complexity as a purpose-driven entrepreneur trying to solve a problem and make an impact. But simplicity is actually the key to reaching your goals. In this podcast episode, I delve into why simplicity is more strategic for your business and for your customers—it's where financial sustainability and impact reside.
Here's why simple is more strategic:
At the heart of every successful business are a couple of fundamental building blocks: Core Messaging and a Working Sales Funnel. Every single product/service you offer needs these building blocks in place.
I always say: "Every offer is a business."
This means that each product/service or "offer" you sell is its own mini business, and it requires its own core messaging, sales funnel, and operation.
So, you can imagine how difficult it is to start or scale up two or three products/services simultaneously. It's like trying to grow two or three complex businesses at a time. This is only possible with a large budget and well-established and managed team that has already validated its first core offer, messaging, sales funnel, and operation.
For social impact startups, constraining to just one offer, your core messaging, and 1-2 sales funnels are critical. This will require that you let many things fall away that you would like to have in place (like a podcast, a social media presence, or "thought leadership.)
It requires decision-making and constraining even when it's hard.
Simplicity has another strategic effect. It calms your nervous system, which sharpens your problem-solving abilities. By streamlining your focus, your brain will naturally be better at evaluating and taking action to hone your messaging and sales funnels.
Your founder brain truly works more effectively when it's leaning toward simplicity. Remember, when in doubt, simplify. Simple is not just better—it's strategic.
Tune into the full episode for more insights into using the power of simplicity inside your sustainable business.

Thu, 18 Apr 2024 - 21min - 151 - Ep 4. Decision-Making: How to Navigate Your Business Well
Improving decision-making will help you cut your to-do list in half while increasing your income as a purpose-driven entrepreneur.
Unfortunately, accelerator programs and the entrepreneurial ecosystem are not teaching founders this fundamental CEO Skill Set. That's why we help founders form solid decision-making skills here at The Do Business Better School.
Remember, your business is essentially a series of choices. And indecision is the death of your business.
If you're seeking a different outcome in your business, the best next step is to decide on, commit to, plan, and follow through on your new course of action.
In this episode, I discuss the three decision-making steps and how to filter unnecessary decisions from necessary ones.
Founders often spend a lot of time contemplating the right way to do something when it's actually unnecessary to reach their goal. Worse, this distracts them from the true needle movers.
If you are a purpose-driven founder and you find yourself in any of these scenarios, this is a must-listen.
In your head, thinking about the best way to do something
Second-guessing your niche, messaging, marketing, model or anything else
Getting frustrated in your business trying to get things working.
This episode is also beneficial if you have a big goal to scale up your income because making intelligent decisions will be a part of that process.
In this episode, you'll learn:
> The 3 steps of decision-making
> How to filter unnecessary decisions from necessary ones
> How to make confident, simple, and more strategic decisions

In the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship, how you approach problem-solving and strategizing as a founder is everything.
The problem is that most humans are wired to think linearly.
Linear thinking is the death of your business.
Linear thinking focuses on where you are now, the gap between, and the end result you want. The mental gap, creates a chain reaction in your brain, making you less effective at reaching the goal.
The gap also makes you stressed.
Embracing a cyclical mindset empowers you to see your founder's journey as a perpetual process of growth. There's no endpoint labeled 'more successful' or 'happier'. You're constantly learning, evolving, and overcoming non-threatening obstacles. This perspective not only brings a sense of calm but also propels you forward, accelerating your progress.
Cyclical thinking calms you down, but it doesn't slow you down. It actually speeds you up. Because you stop focusing on putting out fires, getting frustrated at challenges, and overworking to reach your goal.
You develop the capacity to ride the emotional waves, stay patient, evaluate objectively, and test and tweak repeatedly.
In this episode, I will introduce you to The Entrepreneurial Cycle Tool, which I've developed for the founders I work with at The Do Business Better School.
By following the 4 steps of the Entre-Cycle, founders gain a clear focus on what to prioritize and when. They achieve goals faster and with less stress.
This episode is full of foundational founder topics you might have heard before (like the Lean StartUp Methodology and others) but teaches them in a fresh way that will help you audit yourself as a founder and CEO and pave the way for sustainable business growth and personal well-being.
Dive in with me if you are ready to become a more effective purpose-driven founder and CEO with the income, impact, personal life and wellbeing you desire.

In today's fast-paced entrepreneurial landscape, "strategy" and "mindset" often mean two distinct approaches. You are either focused on actionable tactics OR ethereal thoughts and feelings. However, this is an ineffective way to approach business, sports, and life!
Here's the thing: what you think and feel profoundly impacts your actions.
So, how you think and feel will have effects when you:
> make decisions about your strategies
> set an action plan
> implement
> evaluate
This is why you cannot separate mindset from strategy. Your mindset always has effects, even if you are unaware.
Tune into this episode to learn how to blend strategy and mindset so you get better results in your business.
I'll also explain more about the type of mindset we teach at The Do Business Better School, which is not based on manifestation, Eastern religious concepts, or other woo-woo practices. Instead, we teach neuroscience mindset tools that are accessible to everyone.
In this episode, you'll learn:
> How accelerators and incubators teach strategy and mindset, and why this is hurting your results
> How your mindset affects your strategy and vice versa
> Why I don't teach manifestation

Welcome to Business Brain Rewire!
I'm your host, Kari Elizabeth Enge, the founder and CEO of The Do Business Better School. I'm so excited to go on this podcasting journey with you.
Business Brain Rewire is the go-to resource for purpose-driven founders and social-impact startups who want to scale up income and impact without sacrificing their personal lives or well-being.
After working with hundreds of purpose-driven entrepreneurs 1-on-1 and in group accelerators worldwide, I've seen what separates businesses with sustainable success from those who struggle to grow: the founder.
Your business = your brain, and your success depends on how well you, the founder and CEO, utilize it.
It doesn't matter how innovative or well-formulated your ideas are; if you lack the right mindsets, skill sets, and internal practices, you'll struggle and spin your wheels instead of scaling your impact simply and sustainably.
I've designed this podcast to cut through the clutter of online gurus and traditional entrepreneurial education, which is either swimming in "woo-woo land" or bogged down in academic theory.
Instead, I will teach you, the founder, how to build a sustainable, successful business using your brain at the highest level.
I don't know about you, but as a purpose-driven founder and CEO, I've struggled to find a teacher, coach, community, and platform that genuinely aligns with me. The concepts are too woo-woo or geared toward only manifestation practices and Eastern religion. Or, they are super patriarchal and full of tips and tricks and performance enhancement hacks.
When you try to find something less bro-marketer-ish, all you're left with is the "Boss Babes Club." And quite frankly, this makes me want to vomit.
You don't have to be a babe if you are a female entrepreneur. And you don't have to be biohacking and "going BIG" if you are a male founder, either. You also don't have to get business advice from traditional profit-only-minded teachers if you are a sustainable founder.
You are probably like me: You are smart, educated in your field, and want to grow a large business that's making the world a better place. Your company is your passion and life's work! And you want to show up to it as the strongest CEO you can be to scale it up. But you want to avoid buying into the tired notion that you can't be a present, intentional parent, partner, and friend because you are too busy building an empire.
I've dedicated my life to helping founders beautifully blend purpose, profits, and personal life while helping them grow companies that are financially sustainable and set up to scale in a non-stressful way.
I'm here to teach you exactly how to do that.
Each week, come here to learn neuroscience-backed coaching tools to help you think, feel, and do like a CEO. This will allow you to step into your CEO's shoes, reach your income and impact goals faster, and lower stress.
You'll hear a lot from me as the show's primary host, coach, and teacher.
I will also invite guests on the show so you can learn how other intelligent, intentional, successful CEOs think, feel, and do.
Expect topics on entrepreneurial psychology, ethical sales and marketing, messaging, productivity, and more.
There will be several mini-series within this show that I can't wait to unveil with you soon.
The first one will be a series called Women Do Business Better, where I'll be highlighting successful female founders of social impact and sustainable businesses. But don't expect the typical highlight reel format where you leave feeling like, "MAN, she's got it all together and I suck…"
These conversations will expand your belief of what's possible and show you the human br...Wed, 20 Mar 2024 - 9min - 147 - Announcement! How We Are Doing Business EVEN Better
We have big news!
Our values and focus has not changed, but we are going bigger, bolder and DOING BUSINESS BETTER with a new brand name and positioning!
Testing, Evaluating and Tweaking (what I call TET) should be a regular part of your founder and CEO routine. Daily mindset work should also be.
Consistently doing these two practices has slowly expanded the vision for my coaching practice.
*I’m no longer bound by the lie that a bigger business means more stress on my personal life either (this is only true if you don’t have CEO mindsets and skillsets).
I’ve been testing and tweaking several things that have been in my mind and heart as CEO. After months and months of quiet, consistent and intentional testing... the direction became crystal clear.
Often founders get stuck in a lot of procrastination, confusion, complexity and drama about big directional changes. But only because they haven’t grounded themselves with the right CEO Practices first.
They are in a rush. They want clarity now. 🔍
They don’t want to do the hard, consistent work of letting the answers appear through mindset work and testing with real data.
The way you arrive at your answers always end up showing up in your results later. So commit to following a strategic process.
Your business = your brain
And your business is only as strong as you are as the founder.
So join me in this episode to learn all about the behind-the-scenes of our rebrand, and our plans to scale in the future.
This is a great episode if you are a purpose-driven founder or social impact startup and you want a behind-the-scenes look at how to approach a direction-change, pivot, rebrand or scale plan.

Yesterday I spoke at a female founders event, and was reminded of what the purpose-driven CEO Journey actually looks like behind-the-scenes and the secret solution for navigating the social entrepreneurial journey well.
There were 30 amazing social impact founders in the room - from a 20-something cookie maker to a fintech founder transforming the world.
Each woman spoke openly, honestly and vulnerably about the realities of what it's like to be a woman business owner.
One woman put it so perfectly. She said:
"It's nice to be with other women who know what it's like to be striving to make a social impact, building a brand, being a partner/mom, and... sometimes actually feeling a little bit good about yourself."
The entire room laughed because they also knew the struggle of trying to tick all the boxes, all day long.
But, here's the thing.
Simply trying to 'let go’ of a bunch of your boxes isn't the answer because you CARE so deeply about your business, your family, and your health. Letting something fall through the cracks would feel like losing a part of you or deeply failing.
BUT what most women do is try to SOLVE for everything in a very linear way. It’s like they are after this feeling of having “made it” or having “figured out the solution.”
This is just NOT how it works.
The solution to growing your brand without ALL the other stuff suffering is not about finding THE answer.
It's about stepping into your CEO Shoes.
There are a lot of misconceptions around what the CEO experience is. Women look in from the outside and assume that business owners of large global brands have the answers.
It's just not true.
They have the right mindset. So they always find their next answer.
They make a lot of mistakes along the way. And when that happens... they use the right mindset again to turn that failure into their next answer.
Stepping into your CEO shoes doesn't necessarily mean hiring people, raising capital or going 'bigger.'
It also doesn't need to mean having a crystal clear vision, or having the right answers to your next strategic move.
Stepping into your CEO Shoes is a mindset shift. It simply means you stick firm to your values and goals, and commit to working through each question mark, fear and complexity one by one.
That's it.
Businesses are built decision by decision, year after year.
It's a never-ending process of choosing to be IN the game, which simply means learning how to manage your mind, and stay objective as you build your business brick by brick.
This process requires outside support. Because it's not a one-size fits-all game. You and your business are nuanced. And it's hard to navigate it alone.
The best business owners and CEOs know this. This is why professional singers still take voice lessons, and top athletes still have coaches.
Being a business owner is no different. Getting help navigating all the decisions and complexities doesn't mean you're bad at your job. It means you are good at it.
So really, all that's in the way is you. You've got to commit mentally and emotionally to a journey that will feel messy and imperfect, and then get help navigating it well.
The process can be full of ease, joy, and fun. As long as you have the right mindset, tools and support.
In this episode you’ll learn:
> Why most purpose-driven business owners feel a sense of struggle
> What the social entrepreneurship CEO Journey actually looks like behind-the-scenes
> How to navigate your business well so you grow your company without sacrificing all the important things to you (like your family,...Fri, 01 Dec 2023 - 35min - 140 - The Emotional Investment: The True Cost of Goals | Episode # 140

Taking time-off as a purpose-driven entrepreneur can feel hard because you are already behind on your goals. You don’t want to prolong the growth of your business, and know that you’ll come back to even more work after the vacation. But you are already tired, burned out and craving rest…
It’s also easy to worry that sales will dry up while you are away. Can you even afford a vacation right now?
Vacations can also leave you feeling disconnected in your business because you unplug and literally forget about everything in the business.
But it is possible to take regular vacations and structure them correctly so that you feel more aligned with your personal life AND your business at the same time. Vacation can be restful and rejuvenating for both you and your business at the same time too.
It’s not an all-or-nothing thing: business or personal.
This podcast episode will share a new way of thinking about vacations so that you can take the vacation you really crave while continuing to grow your business while you are away.
Tune in, if you are ready to handle vacations differently for the year ahead so balanced growth can happen for you.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
> Why taking vacations is often a band-aid for a deeper issue that can’t be solved with a vacation
> How to approach your business so you don’t burn out
> How to structure your vacation so it brings you more strategic ideas and alignment

Do any of these things ever happen to you?

>>> You don't have enough time to implement your sales and marketing ideas, but if you are honest… you say yes to all sorts of other things for your kids, friends, neighbors on the fly.
Friends… These are classic examples of BRAIN DRAMA.

What is being Half-Baked in Business? Being Half-Baked is literally what it sounds like – not being complete, whole. You are half-in, half-out. It means you are not going all-in as the founder and CEO.
Most entrepreneurs are Half-Baked in atleast one area of their businesses, without even realizing it. They have insecurities, confusion, a lack of clarity. And this causes them to shy away from something.
If you are struggling to reach financial sustainability in your social impact, purpose-driven business, I’m sure that you have several areas where you are Half-Baked.
In today’s episode, I talk about the symptoms of being half-baked (financial sustainability is only one of them). And I share what beliefs cause you to hold back instead of being all-in mentally and emotionally and really going for it in your business.
I also introduce the Belief Triad – a mindset tool that will help you build stronger beliefs as the CEO in your business so that you can feel more ready and confident as you go out there to grow your business.
And don’t worry. Going “all-in” doesn’t mean pressuring yourself, burning out, or taking on business strategies that don’t match your personality or values. It also doesn’t mean growing your business at a pace that’s not right for you.
At Rank & File Coaching, you can always be confident that you’ll find business advice that is designed to bring you the social impact, income and personal life/wellbeing that you desire.
Join me today, and let me help you really go for it in your business.
In this Episode, You’ll Learn:

> How to know if you are “Half-baked” in your business

Thu, 27 Apr 2023 - 30min - 129 - Patriarchal Poverty: How to Break Out and Go Bigger in Business | Episode #129
Are you trying to reach your vision of growing a financially-sustainable, purpose-driven business but feel like you are struggling to figure it out with the time and resources you have available?
Exploring the past of the Patriarchal Society can actually help you get there as a woman today.
Successful entrepreneurs think differently than average people. These mindsets and ‘ways of being’ are what we need to extract and apply to our own ventures. We don’t need to DO business like white-haired, corporate men (as modern women, we really can make the rules!) but we need to adopt ways of thinking that help us break out of the boxes we have historically been kept in.
This episode explains how the Patriarchy has created limiting beliefs that keep people small in business. I’ll help you bust through the typical victim story that many people tend to get trapped by and show you the two key mindsets that successful people hold that are available to everyone.
When you see what is possible for you and realize that the limitations are just in your mind, you can accomplish so much more good and impact in the world.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn:
- How the Patriarchy has affected entrepreneurship
- How to properly use the past of the Patriarchy to tell a story of possibility and not of victimhood
- The 2 key mindsets that make people successful that are actually available to everyone
- How to be braver and go bigger in your business with the current time and resources you have

Wed, 12 Apr 2023 - 48min - 128 - The Entrepreneurial Cycle | Episode #128
Did you know that there is a process of entrepreneurship with specific steps? Following these steps will create a financially successful, impactful business faster (with much less stress along the way).
I disagree with many of the traditional ways that the process of entrepreneurship is taught. I think these classic “cycles” like the Lean Startup Methodology, miss some of the most important elements, including HOW actually to approach and think about each step.
And let’s be honest - fear, doubt, confusion, complexity, indecision, stress, and burnout - are all things entrepreneurs encounter along the way.
This episode teaches you my improved entrepreneurial cycle, which makes the startup and scaling phase of business MUCH easier for purpose-driven entrepreneurs.
What’s the difference between my cycle and other entrepreneurial processes like the Lean Startup Methodology? Find out in this episode. Then, apply my steps and see how much more smoothly your business runs as a result.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
> Why the Lean Startup Methodology doesn’t work
> What process to follow instead so that you reach your goals
> The 4 steps of the Entrepreneurial Cycle
>What skillsets you need to follow the Entrepreneurial Cycle
> How to turn overwhelm and frustration into calm, grounded and focused

Tue, 07 Mar 2023 - 26min - 126 - How to Practice Gratitude: The Secret Sauce to Success | Episode #126
Gratitude is the secret sauce to success. Really. If you are a purpose-driven entrepreneur and you want to increase your income, impact, personal-life and wellbeing… gratitude is what’s going to get you there.
Gratitude is the quality of being thankful and full of appreciation. I like to define it as: an attitude of appreciation. It goes beyond individual moments, it’s just like the water we swim in: we are either swimming in discontentment or we are swimming in appreciation and gratitude.
Listen in today as I teach how to apply the mindset of Gratitude in your business. No matter what challenges, difficulties or frustration you may be experiencing right now in your business, gratitude is available to you and is the key to reaching your goals.
In this episode you’ll learn:
- What gratitude actually is (it’s often misunderstood)
- How to balance the negative and positive in your business

Wed, 01 Mar 2023 - 17min - 125 - Creating a Compelling Vision for Your Company | Episode #125
A clear and compelling vision for your company is highly motivating and gives you something to work toward.
It helps you make decisions about how you spend your time and what you should spend it on.
A clear and compelling vision (when used correctly) helps you move the needle and reach your goals.
But most entrepreneurs don’t know how to use the tool of a Company Vision.
If you are using the tool in the wrong way, you’ll suffer from these symptoms:
- Unclear (and craving MORE clarity) around lots of things in your business
- Confused or in analysis-paralysis around details (lots to figure out)
- Unmotivated (or second-guessing yourself a lot) in your day-to-day
- Unhappy and unsatisfied with the current state of your business
When you are using the tool in the right way, you’ll experience:
- A healthy amount of clarity (and a healthy amount of mystery and unfolding)
- Motivation and self-trust in your day-to-day
- Ability to make necessary decisions (and the ability to leave un-needed decisions for later)
- Happy, satisfied and full of gratitude for your past, present and future business.
In this episode, I’ll teach you how to go from the first set of symptoms to the second.
Learn how to put together a vision and how to use it, so you are clear, motivated, and satisfied in your business (while you are making steady progress toward your goals).
In This Episode You’ll Learn:
1. What a Vision is best used for (and what uses are totally pointless)
2. How to create a clear, compelling vision for your company (in four easy parts)
3. How to use the practice of Visioning to help you reach your goals

Fri, 27 Jan 2023 - 34min - 122 - Impact Sentences – What’s Really Between You and Your Goal | Episode #122
Thinking about your dreams and goals can actually feel PAINFUL sometimes.
The pain comes from the fact that you haven’t reached your goals. Even though you’ve been at it for a long time.
I get it. The things you’ve tried are not sticking. And money and time feel tight when you’ve got something going on like:
> Juggling your business with another job
> Caring for your kids or aging parents
> Physical pain or tiredness from illness, an accident or pregnancy
> Stress, anxiety, worry or other mental health stuff
Your brain starts to connect the dots and tell you…”This isn’t working!”
Here’s the thing, though: Your current circumstances are DIFFERENT than the sentences in your mind.
I know it feels like you’re just observing reality. But your brain is actually interpreting everything and creating a story.
The sentences in your mind have a BIG impact. They change how you feel and what you decide to do next.
They make you feel a certain way too.(overwhelmed, stressed, unsure, tired. etc.) and motivate all your decisions, ideas and actions.
It boils down to this: The sentences in your mind drive everything and literally create your reality. They either propel you toward your goals, or send you spiraling into confusion, procrastination, or hopelessness.
This is why I call them Impact Sentences. They impact everything regardless of whether or not you are aware of it.
But the best news is this: You have more POWER over the sentences than they have over you. As long as you pay attention to them and manage them.
Join me on this week’s podcast to learn all about Impact Sentences.
I’ll teach you how to become aware of the sentences in your mind, so that you don’t become a victim to the story your brain is telling you.
Once you understand Impact Sentences, you will think more helpful thoughts, feel better, and take LESS but more energized action to reach your goals this year.
You are not as far from your goals as your brain is trying to tell you.
Impact Sentences are going to change the game for you.
You can learn how to THINK, FEEL and DO more effectively in your business. Listen in to learn how.
In This Episode, You'll Learn:
> What Impact sentences are, and what they are not
> How to be aware of your impact sentences
> The #1 thing that entrepreneurs try to do that doesn't get them to their goals
> What to focus your attention on so that you reach your goals more easily this year

You don’t need another degree, more experience, more time, more money, the right business model, the right price, personality, better branding, a love for social media, or anything else to succeed as an impact entrepreneur.
What you need are skill sets. That’s it.
These skill sets are really just mindsets (ways of thinking) that will have you showing up differently than you are now.
You’ll stop searching for THE ANSWER, asking, “will this work?”
Instead, you’ll start focusing on who you are BEING and how you are showing up each day instead.
Anyone can learn the mindsets. They are not hard.
When you learn them, you’ll find yourself reaching goals and enjoying the process much more than you are now.
The constant questioning happening in your head will be a thing of the past.
But the best news is this: the skill sets and mindsets that help you launch are the same ones that help you scale.
The entrepreneurial process is the same. You deepen your understanding of the skill sets and master them at each level over and over.
This is why learning CEO skill sets now is not something to put off until money is not as tight.
Doing what you are doing now, has only gotten you so far. It’s time to try something different.
So I hope you join me for the new Mini Series on the Rank & File Podcast, kicking off today.
Over the next three episodes, I'll teach you how to BE in your business. I’ll walk you through the skill sets and mindsets that will change how you show up to your business.
This will set you up for an incredible 2023, where you’re ready to tackle your next big goal (without having to sacrifice your personal life or sense of well-being).
The things you learn in these episodes will give you back more time, more ease, and more sense of enjoyment in your business.
We kick off the mini-series today. I’m introducing the skill sets to you (what I call ‘the Pillars of the Simply Sustainable CEO’) and why we need them.
This episode will debunk the myths about the entrepreneurship process most likely holding you back. And I’ll show you why you’re closer than you realize to your goals, if you'll stop focusing on the HOW and start focusing on WHO you are being.

You end up spinning a lot in your head, which I think is where most of the exhaustion actually comes from.
Here’s the thing. Pressure doesn’t produce anything good. Not a good feeling for you. And not good results for your business.
Because no good ideas come from pressure. And quality work doesn’t come from pressure either.
So what do we do when we feel pressure? It’s bound to happen.
In today’s episode, I break down the science behind pressure to show you how you can use it as a benefit to you. This way, your results and your wellbeing won’t suffer when pressure comes along.
In Today’s Episode, You’ll Learn:
> What causes pressure as a purpose-driven entrepreneur
> Why pressure is actually a good sign
>How to make yourself feel better in your business when you are under pressure

You're thinking things will be easier in the future. But this could be what I call a Brain Drama:
Here are some of the Brain Drama thoughts I had when I was an almost-entrepreneur:
I’ll have more time in the future.
I’ll have less complicated things to figure out once I’ve_________.
I’ll have enough money to grow my business how I want to in a few years.
These thoughts are believable, but they are not real.
I always say: How you get there is how you stay there.
So how you think now is how you will think later. Your level of success never changes your habits of thinking. You just bring the way you think with you.
This is why it is essential that you learn how to think like a money-in-the-bank business owner instead of thinking like an almost-entrepreneur... because purpose-driven business owners who are financially sustainable are the only ones making a positive impact in the world.
The way you THINK is what will get you to the next level.
The way you THINK will also help you overcome all the stuff that’s in your way now.
This is great news because it means anyone can do it. You don’t need another degree, more money, or a different sales strategy to think differently.
Listen to today’s podcast episode to learn how to think helpful, healthy thoughts as a business owner - so you get your roadblocks out of your way. The time, money, support you need is closer than you realize.
In Today’s Episode, You’ll Learn:
> What Brain Drama Is + How you can tell when you are being held back by it.
> Why we carry our way of thinking with us to each new level
> How to think helpful, healthy thoughts as a business owner

If you feel like life is getting in your way, or like you “don’t have time” to figure out how to make your business work, you are not alone.
I have fallen into the “not enough time” trap too.
It feels real.
It feels hard to fix.
It feels like we have to wait until the busy time is over before we can really go all-in on the business to make it “work.”
But waiting for later is not the answer. Because later is just an illusion.
Later is a tool our brains use to keep us from making changes. Same = safe to our brains.
But making changes is exactly what is required to CHANGE your current income and impact. Change is also what’s required to make more space for your personal life and sense of wellbeing.
The real question to ask yourself is this: are you willing to decide on making changes NOW versus waiting until later?
In this episode, I’ll show you how to step into the role of the CEO so you can make better decisions to problem-solve your life and business instead of waiting around until LATER.
In this episode you’ll learn:
- Why later is an illusion that will keep you stuck forever
- Why taking responsibility for your life and business feels amazing
- How to see yourself as the CEO of your life and business
- How to make faster decisions so you can problem-solve your life and business
