With all the modern warfare and future warfare going on, it’s been a long time since we got back to our Call of Duty roots in World War II. And with wonderful reviews pouring in, we figured it was time to bring WWII back into the lounge.

Marion Constante from The GiN Lounge gang was hanging out with thousands of other Star Wars fans in Orlando this week at Star Wars Celebration 2017, one of the coolest places in the galaxy. She brought back movie, comic book, Rebels and videogame news for us about all things Star Wars. Join us in the cantina this week as we celebrate that amazing galaxy far, far away.

637 - The GiN Lounge: Great Videogames Closing Out 2016
The end of the year is almost upon us, but before we start talking about game of the year candidates, there are a few games sneaking in under the wire that deserve mention. So check out some of the best videogames that are closing out 2016.
GiN’s own Chella Ramanan moderated a panel on diversity in videogames at the European Women in Games Conference this year. We chat with her in the lounge this week about how well the industry is doing, and where we can improve.
GiN Reporter Marion Constante has been out at the Call of Duty XP 2016 event all week, having a heck of a nice time and learning all about Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, Modern Warfare remastered, Zombies in Spaceland and the pending Black Ops III DLC. She’s also been covering the Call of Duty World League Championships that featured a finale between the USA and Europe for the first time in history.
We caught up with her between events to find out everything we could about Call of Duty, and the tournament’s biggest winners.
Can you believe that 2016 is more than halfway over already? Luckily for gamers, we have experienced some really great games already this year, though not all of them were expected. We dive into which games gave our reviewers a surprise this week in the GiN Lounge. And we welcome to new GiN reviewer Marion Constante!

631 - What Games Should Everyone Play at Least Once?
If you are lucky enough to be a gamer, then hopefully you will have run into at least one videogame, and hopefully more, that really demonstrated the magic that games can contain. We try to come up with a few for your gamer bucket list this week in the GiN Lounge. How did we do?
Granted, everyone will likely have a slightly different list. Everyone has their own tastes after all. But a few games really rise to greatness and bring everyone together. I guess you will know one when you see it. Good luck finding many in your long gaming career!
