Fri, 24 Mar 2023 - 24min - 137 - Adit Dileep
Adit joins the show to talk about his career, love for cryptocurrency and more!
***********
Unconventional in reel & real life, Adit Dileep is an actor, writer, producer and former investment banker.
Born in Bangalore, India, his parents named him Aditya, which means The Sun, a name he aspires and grows towards. His family is made up of his mother and father and his older sister, Divya.
At age two, his family moved to Singapore for his father's IT profession, and his mother gave up her position as a Journalist interviewing Indian Celebrities for India Today. His family moved throughout their eight years in Singapore, and moved again to the United States before Y2K.
After settling in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Aditya, now 10 years old and fresh off the boat, had to start over. Upon learning that nobody on the school bus could pronounce this new boy's name, some student called him "Adit," and it stuck.
Adit wanted to be an actor, but nobody really knew what he meant or why he had such crazy ideas. When it came time for him to go to college, his parents banned him from applying to art school and gave him three options: medicine, law or engineering. Never one to give in to authority, Adit chose business school, thinking he could learn how to be self-sufficient and run his own brand and company.
Adit went on to be accepted in the Scholar's Program at NYU Stern Business School. Fun fact, Aziz Ansari followed the exact same path. While Aziz went straight into comedy after graduating, Adit took jobs in various different sectors within Marketing, Startups, Publishing and of course, Accounting and Finance. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance & Marketing and, still at a loss for how to make his dreams come true, took the highest paying job he could find in investment banking.
Two years later, he saved up enough to quit and educate himself on the industry. Bright-eyed and idealistic, Adit printed out Yale Drama School's syllabus and crafted his own curriculum with reputable studios and teachers in New York City. Adit got his first big break with a role in Mystic India: The World Tour in 2015, voicing and narrating a script he wrote himself and performing around the U.S. and Europe.
The show got Adit his first Manager, and a few Managers later he booked his first Equity show at Hudson Stage Company in NY, NY followed by long-term theatre contracts at the renown Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, MN and McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NJ. These projects earned Adit his first round of Agency meetings, and he couldn't be happier to sign with Artists & Representatives FKA Stone Manners Salners in NY and LA.
He continues to work with Artists & Representatives to this day, along with MKSD Management and Innovative Artists NY for Commercial and VoiceOver.
Theatre "Disgraced" (Guthrie Theatre, McCarter Theatre Center), "Animals Out of Paper"(Hudson Stage Company)

Fri, 24 Mar 2023 - 29min - 136 - Bittersweethearts
George introduces Bittersweethearts to the world in a very cool introductory interview.
Los Angeles based indie-rockers Bittersweethearts release their dreamy and heart-wrenching third single ‘Run From You’. The enchanting front lady Zoe Infanteopenly offers, “It symbolizes change and yearning for something new, while feeling stuck in the past. It also represents the feeling of being lost in a toxic relationship and not knowing if you want to stay or leave.”
Penned and recorded at Strawhorse Studios California and engineered by Thomas Ross Johansen (Wheatus, Snoop Dog, Walter Trout, Bruno Mars), Thomas added keys to the song with Zach Andrewson bass, Declan O’Raidy guitar/producer and Marc Slutskyprovided drums. “While recording we were experimenting with a lot of different guitar tones to achieve a more dreamy vibe, which contrasts the rocky feel of our last single.”
Being known for striking imagery, the song is paired with a haunting and ethereal video shot by Vicente Cordero of Industrial Films (Richie Kotzen, Mr Big, Winery Dogs). “I definitely took inspiration from my recent divorce for not only the song, but the video and how tough it was to let go of someone I had made up a fantasy life about.”Zoe goes on,“When I was a little girl, I thought the most romantic gesture would be a photo in a locket, so my favorite lyric from the song has to be, “I want our faces/around my neck/inside a locket”…There’s a funeral scene and a wedding scene. I wanted to portray the death of a past life, as well as the rebirth of a new one.”
Embodying Tarantino-esque rock vibes, an air of Blondie mixing a cocktail with Mazzy Star in a back alley behind CBGB’s in Manhattan's East Village, they have returned to US shores after a January European tour and debut UK show at a renowned haunt for fiery new bands, Fiddlers Elbow Camden to fantastic receptions.
Swiftly gaining new fans from their tour in addition to playing legendary venues in Whisky A Go Go, The Viper RoomandThe Mint on the California coast, the single is another taste of Bittersweethearts with more to come later this year.

Thu, 09 Mar 2023 - 20min - 134 - Julia Poorman - The Next Alanis Morrisette
Writing songs has always been second nature to Julia. As a young girl living in New York's Finger Lakes Region, her little poems could be found stuffed in her night stand expectantly waiting for melodies to bring them to life. As soon as she'd pick up the paper, the music would come flowing out and a song would be born.
Throughout her youth, music served as a reliable and cathartic outlet for Julia. To her, it's an entire dimension filled with comradery, boundless expression, and healing.
As a young adult, Julia took a brief step back from her musical endeavours to help build a business and life with her fiance. Navigating the world as an entrepreneur brought many rewarding opportunities for growth and unforgettable experiences, but she was left feeling a void in her creative nature.
In 2021, Julia unexpectedly lost her father. One of the last text messages he sent her was a photo of him listening to her original self-titled EP from 2012. She knew she needed to get back to her roots to begin to heal. Music became a necessary therapy again, and the melodies and lyrics just didn't stop.
Julia now feels the importance of creating music that puts people in their own flow state, a vibrational catalyst for self-exploration and healing. Her passion reclaimed, she feels as though this is just the beginning.

Thu, 02 Mar 2023 - 14min - 132 - Interview with AllThePrettyThings Logan Tabor
Wilmington, North Carolina-based alltheprettythings has combined musicians from bands you might know to make music you would not expect. The multitude of styles and influences that go into these songs will change the way you look at rock music.
Anthemic tracks dominate their body of work. “Teenage Lines” soaring sonics and vocal urgency contrasts in some ways with the warm, familiar nature of “Careful Girls (Little Love)” but both have a signature complexity that marks the band’s music.
Vocalist, Logan Tabor (Mood Mechanics) assembles his lyrics using past and present thoughts from a book of phrases he has fancied over the years – some were random thoughts and some pieces of songs that would never be. In their combination, he imbues them with new, deeper meaning. The intensity of each of the songs is buoyed by his dynamic, versatile performance style.
Scottish-Born, South African-raised and San Antonio, TX-based guitarist Tristan Matthew (Newlands, touring bassist for Chiodos) discerns what to contribute to a song through contemplation. The song speaks to him – tells him what it needs. His inspiration transforms the song giving it the right mix of subtlety and presence.
The affable Jeremy Bryan (Alesana) on drums enthusiastically supports his bandmates’ songwriting efforts. “We all seem to intuitively understand what direction the songs want to go, so we help them get there,” he says. His work ethic (collaborating while on tour) combined with his belief in the talent of Logan, Worth and Tristan moves the project forward in the most positive of directions.
For Worth Weaver (producer and touring guitarist for He Is Legend, Thousand Foot Krutch), recording is more of a ‘scientific’ endeavor. The alchemy that happens in his studio transforms the parts his bandmates send him and that he records, making them into a seamless whole. Worth makes it all fit – pushing out the boundaries of the songs to make room for some serious innovation.
Some bass tracks were recorded by the band’s original bassist, James Weaver (Worth’s brother who passed in 2020) and the resulting EP will be dedicated to his memory. The four members are currently in talks with a notable bassist to carry the torch for future recordings and tours.
What keeps the band inspired is their friendship and like-minded senses of humor. While recording, band members named unfinished songs after lines from their shared favorite movies. From Ace Ventura, Pet Detective to That Thing You Do!, the members grew up with so many of the same cultural references that made their way into their jokes and – more importantly - their music.
For the members of alltheprettythings this journey is one of friends that are family and keeping the creative process enjoyable for them – and the listener!

Thu, 10 Nov 2022 - 31min - 127 - Dark Below
Josh from Dark Below sat down for chat about the bands newest single Tense.
Dark Below is a hard-hitting heavy rock band that brings intense energy in their music and live performances while
providing rhythmic songs that people can sing along to. Formed in Columbia, MO, the band signed with Nashville based
JPS Productions in 2014. The current lineup has been together since 2016 and includes Josh Campbell (Guitar/Vocals),
Josh Grove (Bass/Backing Vocals), and Quin Koldan (Drums). New single “Tense” was produced by Jason Schrick and
award-winning producer Malcolm Springer (Matchbox 20, Collective Soul, Fear Factory). After years of preparation, the
band is ready to vault to the national scene and beyond.
Explaining the genesis of “Tense” Campbell says “The song is about health anxiety/hypochondria and describes the
feelings and struggles that are associated with the condition. We want people to know it’s OK not to be OK, and that we
all have periods of stress, doubt and worry. We’re lucky to have this creative outlet of music to help express those
emotions and we hope it resonates with fans”.
Dark Below came together from a Craigslist post that Josh Campbell made in search of musicians for a hard rock band.
Josh Grove was friends with the band members and was hanging out a rehearsal one day. Grove was a guitarist – but
after hearing Campbell and the original drummer talking about needing a bass player, he volunteered to give it a go.
Campbell says “I didn’t really want to sing originally but we couldn’t find anyone, so with me singing and playing guitar,
Grove on bass, and the original drummer we started playing shows in the Columbia area”. After the original drummer
left the band, Quin Koldan joined in 2016 to solidify the current lineup.
The band has previously released their self-titled EP in 2017, and the single “Halo” in 2019. They have toured for the
past 5 years, opening for Buckcherry, Saliva, Pop Evil, Smile Empty Soul, The Veer Union, and more.
A new full-length album is currently being recorded, which is also being produced by Schrick and Springer. The band is
currently booking dates to begin playing live to support the new music in the fall.

Sun, 11 Sep 2022 - 10min - 126 - Ascendia
ASCENDIAbegan out with Prog electricity, then took the electricity lower back and made a number of their maximum memorable tune to date. Coming from Toronto’s heavy tune scene, the band drew first from what they and their friends grew up on – “Black Sabbath, Dio, Kiss and symphonic steel like Nightwish,” explains guitarist John Love. As their tastes broadened, their tune went thru a metamorphosis.
John and his more youthful brother, Billy (drums) integrate because the songwriting engine for the trio that still consists of adolescence friend, vocalist Nick Sakal. The push and pull among the very extraordinary siblings creates songs with Billy’s excessive energy / ardour and John’s introspection / intensity – the first-rate of each worlds. With Nick’s warm, expressive vocal style, the songs are added to lifestyles withinside the maximum proper way.
Billy (@billylovebaby on TikTok) thrills his fanatics through health hints with mindset and kills his haters with hilarity – the use of his gregarious nature and actually prevailing persona to acquire a following of near 200k at the app. As his brother rose to TikTok influencerdom, John became doing in-intensity studies into the brand new lane their greater industrial sound landed them in. “I became paying attention to three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin and Sevendust. Sevendust has this sonic layering this is incredible… every of those bands had some thing to educate us.” Billy explains why his brother is his first-rate feasible collaborator “I am experimental, I attempt everything. John tethers me to Ascendia’s purpose – he maintains us from floating out into space.”
The trio has spent a lot in their lives collectively that they have got a musical shorthand. Nick’s writing function has grown thru the assist of the “Pain Sheets” that the band created all through recording and shared withinside the studio. Bringing his personal ‘pain’ into songs like “This War” and “Parasite” thru the procedure felt like “band therapy,” he explains. It made his connection all of the greater deep and palpable.
Combining what they found out from industrial rock contemporaries with factors they favored of Country and Pop songs, ASCENDIA has created a frame of labor as a way to spread upon a couple of listens. Early listener comparisons to Linkin Park and Nothing More bode nicely for the band participants who're fanatics of each bands. “I do not like being as compared to different bands due to the fact every body brings some thing extraordinary to the table,” says Billy. “I get it, due to the fact you need to have a relative scale of some thing to evaluate it to. BUT, when you have to evaluate us to bands, the ones are extremely good ones!”
After spending their adolescence afternoons at Long & McQuade (Canada’s solution to Guitar Center) gambling different bands’ songs, they determined to shape a band in their own. Billy admits having to railroad Nick into being withinside the band, however the ends justified his means. “When we had been teenagers, John and Billy entered us right into a Battle of the Bands with out telling me,” explains Nick. “I became so fearful after I located out and I couldn’t accept as true with I became going to stand up in the front of all the ones human beings for our first display ever, however we WON. The feeling of being onstage grew on me, obviously.”
Big fanatics of cinema and movie scores, the brothers went to look GODZILLA withinside the theater. One of the trailers earlier than the movie had an epic, ascending score. Billy cautioned to John they possibly consist of the phrase ASCEND withinside the call of the band. ASCENDIA followed. Prior to the modern-day new release of the band as a 3-piece there had been greater participants. The trio is preserving matters tight with the band roster this time round due to the fact “there may be such an same contribution from every of the 3 of us,” explains Billy. “To upload any other band member they might must deliver some thing large to the mix. At this stage, we can discover a traveling bassist while we hit the road.”
The love is same for traveling and studio paintings for Billy. “Of path I love the adrenaline rush of performing, however the motive why I am in tune (after having studied enterprise in University) is the excessive of writing a extremely good hook. There is not anything like it.” Nick loves traveling – journey and tune being dual passions of his, “and it's miles an advantage that I get to do it with my first-rate friends.” John concludes “The procedure of writing isn’t exquisite enjoyable. It is packed with roadblocks and frustrations… however you can’t beat the sensation of whilst you realize you ‘ve struck gold. When that takes place a sense of pleasure overcomes me and rings a bell in my memory why I love tune a lot.”

Thu, 08 Sep 2022 - 12min - 125 - Former Rob Zombie guitarist Riggs talks about his band Scum Of The Earth
Former Rob Zombie guitarist Riggs and his band Scum Of The Earth needs all people to recognize that Aliens are already here."This is a tune approximately historic extraterrestrial beings dwelling withinside the face on Mars and hiding out on this planet exterminating humans ..." says Riggs. Nasty guitar and commercial beats are what fanatics anticipate from S.O.T.E. and that they may not be allow down with this launch.

SOTE had an preliminary NFT presenting of a hundred portions via Fanaply that went quickly - https://fanaply.com/creator/scumoftheearth. Another presenting of LTD version NFT's can be to be had subsequent week.
The acquainted songwriting and guitars that permeates Scum of the Earth's fabric isn't anyt any coincidence; the opportunity metallic outfit is led via way of means of Riggs, an in-your-face singer, guitarist, songwriter, and manufacturer who's satisfactory recognised for the six years he spent with Rob Zombie. Riggs joined forces with Rob Zombie withinside the '90s and stayed with him into the early 2000s, in the end leaving in 2004 (whilst Rob Zombie become in large part that specialize in movies in place of music) to begin a task of his own.Riggs songwriting and crunching guitars may be heard on Rob Zombie's Hellbilly Deluxe, American Made Music To Strip By, The Sinister Urge, and the Past, Present & Future records. Named after a tune from Rob Zombie's Sinister Urge, Scum of the Earth favors the kind of rhythmic, commercial-influenced, mildly funky, hip-hop-minded opportunity metallic that Riggs honed in the course of the Rob Zombie days. The decadent, over-the-pinnacle feel of fun, a darkish feel of humor, and a fascination with horror movies, the Occult, B-movies, and sleaze is shared via way of means of RIGGS. But in comparison to such agencies as Slayer -- who take their loss of life metallic outlook pretty seriously -- Scum of the Earth's lyrics are very tongue-in-cheek.

Fri, 02 Sep 2022 - 20min - 124 - High Holy Days
High Holy Days
As days turn into weeks, weeks to months, and months to years; life evolves and times
change. A new normal takes shape, but the desire to create music has never wavered for High
Holy Days. After enduring 22 years of musical existence filled with trials, tribulations and
victories; come hell or high water, HHD are in it for the long haul. Their blueprint reads like a
blue-collar guide of straight-ahead lyrics, heartening vocals, strong melodies, and crunchy
guitars. High Holy Days create guitar-driven meat and potatoes rock, heavily influenced by the
likes of The Band, The Cult, Supertramp, and Soundgarden.
Formed in the fall of 2000 by founding members vocalist Marc Arcand and guitarist Billy
MacGregor, High Holy Days steadily rose from playing local bars around their home base of
North Bay, Ontario, to dominating clubs and festivals across the country.
2002 saw High Holy Days sign a recording contract with RoadRunner Records/Universal Music
and in 2003 they released their debut album ‘All My Real Friends’ to both Canadian and US
markets. Their Top 10 Canadian radio singles ‘All My Real Friends’ and ‘The Getaway’ rotated
on mainstream rock radio and the nation’s music video station, Much Music. The latter even
found its way onto British and American airwaves.
To support the album, HHD hit the road, touring across Canada with fellow rock acts Three
Days Grace, Theory of a Deadman, The Trews, The Headstones and Default, while sharing the
stage with the likes of Nickelback, Our Lady Peace and Sam Roberts.
After two years of touring Canada and the UK, and a couple of line-up shuffles, the band hit the
studio to begin recording a sophomore release. HHD travelled to Wigan, UK to begin tracking
before returning to Canada to finish tracking in Wasaga Beach with renowned Juno Award
nominated engineer/mixer Richard Chycki (Rush, Aerosmith, Dream Theater). Further tracking
and mixing ensued at Blue Sound in Toronto with engineer/producer Russ Mackay (Styx,
Gowan, Kim Mitchell).
Unfortunately due to some major life changes and line-up shifts, the music was never officially
released. The band decided to go on an unofficial hiatus, playing only occasional live shows for
dedicated fans in the northern Ontario region. A studio was built in Arcand’s house, allowing the
band to write and record new music on their own terms, without the distraction of outside
opinions, influences, or pressures.
Fast forward to 2022, and not ones to rest on their laurels, High Holy Days are on their high
horse and back in the saddle again. For HHD the summer of 2022 is all about playing live
shows once again, and digitally releasing their EP ‘It’s Not OK’ from the previously unreleased
music from their second album recording sessions on all music download and streaming platforms.
The story of High Holy Days continues.

In regards to the Tarot Card packaging (referred to as "The Codex"), Pathos & Logos comments: "We devised this for several reasons…People are using their devices - phones, tablets, etc - to consume music much more than CDs, so 'The Codex' is in part a response to that. It comes in a book format and also as individual cards. Each song on the album has a Tarot-like format that has Art on the front, the name of the song, and a brief statement at the bottom explaining the steps for participating in 'The Order' (our term for like-minded individuals who are serious about art and find meaning from it - including, and hopefully, our art!); the back has QR codes that take the user either to a play-through video of the song, the merch or the tour dates portions of our website. Another reason why we decided to create it was just to do something new and creative that people haven't seen before. This band, its music and its meaning are a long time coming for us, and we really want to do everything we can to make a mark."

Wed, 11 May 2022 - 25min - 119 - Saliva Frontman Bobby Amaru
Saliva is back with their first new music in 4 years. The first track, "Revelation Man," is very personal to singer Bobby Amaru who states, "Revelation man is about a guy who couldn’t accept the struggles of his own addictions. He had to hit rock bottom to see the light. When I say “had to die to find a revelation.” I don’t mean dying literally but there were moments in my life where I felt like I had. It particularly relates with me because of my sobriety of 3 1/2 years. I went through a lot of things before I got sober. "
Saliva will continue to release tracks and ultimately a full album in 2022. The new music has a contemporary feel but sticks to the blue collar roots that their fans love.
After acquiring front man Bobby Amaru in 2011, Saliva became infused with new blood, energy, and spirit. The same energy launched Saliva’s career in 2001 with the release, _Every Six Seconds – a certified Double Platinum-selling album, containing the hits, “Click Click Boom” and 2002 Grammy nominated, “Your Disease.” Saliva’s in-your-face, anthemic writing style continued with a certified Gold-selling album *Back in to Your System_ with hits: “Always,” “Raise Up,” and the Nikki Sixx co-written, “Rest In Pieces.”*

Thu, 05 May 2022 - 28min - 118 - The Cruel Intentions
Mats from Norway's The Cruel Intentions drops in for a chat with George about the bands upcoming highly anticipated record "Venomous Anonymous" due out June 3rd, 2022. We get to know who the band is, and what is in store for the future of this amazing group.
ABOUT THE CRUEL INTENTIONS:
Lizzy DeVine - Vocals & Guitar
Kristian Solhaug - Guitar
Mats Wernerson- Bass
Robin Nilsson - Drums
The Cruel Intentions is exactly what you want and expect them to be; easy going, fast paced modern Sleaze. The band plays around with the esthetics of bands such as Guns ‘N Roses and Mötley Crue, and carries on the legacy of good old Rock ‘N Roll into the contemporary youth of today. The songs are fast paced, humorous and at times really hard-hitting. The result is feel good music with a fresh, original and modern expression, albeit strong roots in rock history. Easy to love and to relate to.
The band was founded in 2015, by Mats Wernerson, Lizzy DeVine, Kristian Solhaug, and Eiliv Sagrusten who soon was replaced by Robin Nilsson on drums. Lizzy DeVine lived several years in Los Angeles where he was the singer and songwriter of Vains of Jenna, a band that got their breakthrough the American era of Rock´n Reality tv with performances on shows like Jackass, Viva La Bam, and Kat Von D’s LA Ink.
This no-fucks-given culture has no doubt shaped DeVine and his attitude towards music that is also evident in The Cruel Intentions music.

NIGHT DEMON Bio
Hailing from the city of Ventura an hour north of Los Angeles, Night Demon is a classic metal trio that unites musical inspirations and influences ranging from old-school metal greats such as Iron Maiden, Metallica, Diamond Head, Angel Witch, Riot and Saxon to punk legends The Misfits.
NIGHT DEMON showcases a sound forged by a deep-seated passion for the New Wave of British Heavy Metal loaded with unmistakable notes of American muscle and swagger.
For a decade, the name Night Demon has been synonymous with top-shelf traditional heavy metal. Indeed, the trio consisting of Jarvis Leatherby (vocals/bass), Armand John Anthony (guitar) and Dusty Squires (drums) have been long been lauded as purveyors of stellar songs, searing live shows, and a relentless work ethic. When the world ground to a gut-wrenching halt in March 2020, Night Demon’s extensive touring plans were derailed; however, their creative flame burned brighter than ever. In the spring and summer of 2020, the band unleashed a series of five standalone 7” singles, in strictly limited colored vinyl format. These singles showcased brand-new original songs, cover versions, and previously unheard live recordings to tide the fanbase over during the lockdown. Night Demon’s loyal legions voraciously devoured these releases, and all physical product sold out instantly. Aside from the new original songs (which were also released on digital/streaming platforms), the single recordings were exclusive to the 7” vinyl pressings. They have never been made available to the public for purchase in any other format until now.
On Year of the Demon, Night Demon collects all five of the rare, out-of-print 2020 singles into a unified compendium for release in a broad range of physical and digital formats. The reasons for doing so are straightforward. After all, the strictly limited nature and quick sell-outs of the initial 7” releases meant that even die-hard Night Demon fans may have missed out on the opportunity to obtain them in a physical edition. More importantly, these tracks are too strong to be relegated to a footnote in the Night Demon discography. “Empires Fall” and “Vysteria” mark two of the fastest, most intense Night Demon songs ever written. “Kill the Pain” packs a wallop, distilling the band’s signature sound to its most powerful essence, coupled with a deeply personal message. And “Are You Out There” is Night Demon’s heartfelt homage to the late, great Phil Lynott and Thin Lizzy. The cover tunes are undiscovered gems in their own right, from the obscure NWOBHM glory of “Fast Bikes” (originally recorded by LeGriffe) to the remake of Cirith Ungol’s classic “100 mph” (featuring Cirith Ungol’s Tim Baker in a duet with Leatherby) to the Demonized take on the somber Thin Lizzy hymn “The Sun Goes Down.” Finally, the live recordings capture some of Night Demon’s most unforgettable moments on stage. The Iron Maiden “Wasted Years” cover is a previously unreleased track recorded the same night as Night Demon’s legendary Live Darkness album in Cleveland, Ohio. And the two Scorpions classics (“In Trance” and “Top of the Bill”) were recorded live in Germany with special guest Uli Jon Roth (ex-Scorpions) trading licks and leads with Armand.
The point is simple: These songs deserve a wider release than the collector’s edition 7” vinyl treatment they received in 2020. To that end, Year of the Demon compiles these prized tracks in one place for all to enjoy. The package is rounded out by stunning cover artwork created by Don Phury. Ultimately, Year of the Demon is aptly named because it captures a year in the life of Night Demon, a year in the life of us all, unlike anything any of us had ever experienced before. It is a snapshot, a permanent marker, of that moment in time.
Of course, Night Demon are well aware that their audience is ravenous for fresh material. To that end, they are excited to reveal that they are presently working on an all-new studio album, with a scheduled release date of November 4, 2022. Stay tuned for more details soon

Tommy Vext formerly of the band Bad Wolves, Divine Heresy, and Westfield Massacre will join George in an unfiltered conversation about the music industry, cancel culture, world affairs, his new project The Lone Wolf and more!
subscribe - www.meetmeforcoffee.co
______________________________________________________
Tommy Vext/ The Lone Wolf have released a brand new single titled "Trust the Science" featuring Billboard topping Hip-Hop artist and TikTok star, Topher to all major platforms.
"'Trust the Science' is for all intensive purposes a protest anthem. It’s a reflection of the damage that happens when people follow blind leaders for solutions that end up causing more harm than good. The song is also a homage to hospital workers and first responders who were unconventionally fired from their jobs for not participating in a mass medical experiment. We see you and we honor your integrity and sacrifice," says Vext.
Tommy Vext is a rock singer and songwriter best known for being the lead singer of Bad Wolves, Snot and a short stint as the fill in lead singer for Five Finger Death Punch.
Vext’s passion for music came early. He began his career in Brooklyn, New York, as a teen making his rounds in the local hardcore scene. He created a name for himself by performing at famed venues like CBGB and many others.
Over the years, Vext went on to create music and front many bands but his biggest success came when he founded and created Bad Wolves. With ten world tours, hundreds of millions of streams and most notably six number one hits, Vext's stage presence and powerful voice had solidified his place in the rock world for good, creating a loyal and rabid fan base.
Though Bad Wolves first studio album Disobey was released in May of 2017, it wasn't until May of 2018 when they found record breaking and chart topping success with their breakthrough cover of the Cranberries single "Zombie". This single topped the Billboard mainstream rock charts for weeks and charted in many other territories globally.
One of the most viewed music videos on the internet, "Zombie" has been watched upwards of 400 million times. Before her passing, TMZ obtained audio of the original singer Delores O’Riordan offering to sing on the cover. Considered a love letter by many the video views continue to grow.
In January of 2021 Vext was pushed out of the band he created over differences of opinions regarding his social and political ideologies. Not falling victim to cancel culture, Vext continued to create music, tour and use his voice to do things the way he wants, when he wants.
Known as one of the most prolific and provocative men in rock music, Tommy Vext is just getting started.

Wed, 23 Mar 2022 - 49min - 115 - Wil Martin from Earshot
Frontman Wil Martin talks about his band Earshot, the success they've had along the way and the newest singles that band recently released.
More on EARSHOT:
Formed in 1999 – the genesis of lead vocalists, Wil Martin, with then members (Bassist) Guy Couturier, (Drummer) Dieter Hartman and (Guitarist) Scott Kohler– the Los Angeles-based band quickly shot to success after signing with Warner Bros. Records in 2002. They released their debut album LETTING GO (produced by David Kahne and mixed by Andy Wallace).
Upon its release, the band quickly found themselves on the road touring constantly with such notable rock acts such as Kid Rock, Staind, Shinedown, Hooabstank and Stone Temple Pilots to support the record.
This national exposure, combined with an aggressive radio campaign, pushed their debut single “Get Away” to #4 on the U.S. Active Rock Radio Charts where it stayed in the Top 100 for over 64 weeks. At the same time, Earshot’s hit song “Headstrong” was featured on The Queen of The Damned soundtrack alongside other artists such as Disturbed, Deftones and Marilyn Manson, further cementing their place among rock’s elite.

Fri, 11 Mar 2022 - 27min - 114 - Undeath's Alexander Jones talks about the bands newest record "It's Time..To Rise."
Alexander from Undeath sits down to talk about the bands newest record "It's Time..To Rise." We talk about the longevity of a touring musician playing heavy music, and what it takes to sustain a serious performance even after 25 tour dates in a row.
Get ready.
************
The dead walk again! New York-based Undeath have returned from their mutilated tomb to horrify and dominate death metal’s insatiable masses once again. Their blessedly sick new album, It’s Time... To Rise from the Grave, shows the reconfigured quintet - Kyle Beam (guitars), Alexander Jones (vocals), Tommy Wall (bass), Jared Welch (guitars) and Matt Browning (drums) - have retained their mind-infecting sonic savagery but weren’t satisfied in their pursuit to improve it through wicked (yet studied) reformulation. Certainly, Undeath’s 2021 Decibel flexi, Diemented Dissection, paved the way, but it’s tracks like “Fiend for Corpses,” “Rise from the Grave,” and “The Funeral Within” that display Undeath’s terrifyingly insane trajectory. It’s Time... To Rise from the Grave isn’t just an early contender for death metal album of 2022 - it’s destined to be a modern-day classic.
Undeath formed in Rochester, New York in 2018, and eager to show their devotion (and chops) to the elder death metal gods, original trio - Beam, Jones, and Browning - charted a course out of the proverbial cemetery the following year with their first offering Demo ‘19. The same year, the ever-quick songwriters dropped their second demo, Sentient Autolysis, in conjunction with Tampa-based indie Caligari Records. Word spread quickly that Undeath were rolling out of the Empire State strong, much like their forefathers in Cannibal Corpse, Immolation, and Mortician infamously had decades earlier. Stoked on Undeath’s bludgeoning yet song-first creativity, Los Angeles-based Prosthetic Records inked the New Yorkers in 2019. The group’s debut album, Lesions of a Different Kind, pyosisified fans and ossified critics mere months later. Pitchfork complimented Lesions of a Different Kind by saying it was “vicious and nauseating,” while Bandcamp were caught up in the album’s “catchy, hard-hitting” songs. Clearly, Undeath’s tightly-wrought, skull-crushing death metal had struck a chord.
“We are all excited about making music,” Jones says. “We’re stoked to be writing together. That’s why when we write, we do it early and often. We’re all students of Autopsy, Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse, and Bolt Thrower, to name a few. These bands are our north star. We love the way they approached their songwriting - it was always very hooky. We love classic, essential death metal, but we’re also into the more recent stuff, too. Bands like Fetid and Cerebral Rot. We sit in the middle ground, I think. We take inspiration from the past, the present, and make it our own. We want to serve the genre we love so much.”
Musically, It’s Time... To Rise from the Grave was predominantly written by Beam, with bassist Tommy Wall contributing “Bone Wrought.” Astute listeners will hear vestiges of Morbid Angel, Carcass, Cannibal Corpse and more throughout. This isn’t appropriation though. This is homage. Undeath are resurrecting, re-arranging, and reanimating the aesthetics of death metal’s formative years, suffusing it with a contemporary take on memorability and efficiency. Tracks like “Defiled Again,” “Necrobionics,” “Head Splattered in Seven Ways,” and “Human Chandelier” are quick to kill. Guitarists Beam and Welch waste no time in establishing the knife’s edge, while drummer Browning and bassist Wall hammer-smash faces with brutal proficiency. Beam’s carnage-prone lyrics - as ferociously vociferated by front-man Jones - and Matt Browning’s gruesome cover art provide a profane platform from which Undeath launch. Every short-timed burst of song - they average three and a half minutes - from It’s Time... To Rise from the Grave is a tried and true deathly delight.

Fri, 04 Mar 2022 - 27min - 113 - MESSER talks about their new single Hope In This World.
The MESSER Machine is fired up once again with another positive energy-driven song, “Hope In This World.”
“Hope In This World” is the newest creation from this modern rock power house known for their catchy hooks and high energy live performances. With 3 top 25 active rock singles, MESSER is poised to raise the bar even higher. Re-energized and focused, MESSER is ready to deliver an experience that goes beyond the music.
"Our new single was born out of the pandemic. We couldn’t just sit here and do nothing. We have a platform and we are compelled to use it for good" says the band.
They continue, "One of the most powerful things you can give someone is hope. We live in a world more divided than ever, making it hard to see a way for us to find a place of peace and harmony.'Hope In This World' is a song about bridging the gap between us that seems to be growing every day. The core message of this song is helping people find hope despite the negativity. It's easy to get trapped in boxes of belief and confusion. This song is about the lifeline we cling to for change, the light at the end of the tunnel."
Be a part of the Machine and help us find some Hope In This World.
Messer continued their momentum from their breakout year with the release of "Simple Man", the 3rd single and video from their self-titled debut album, which bowed at #3 on the Soundscan New Artist chart and was named "New and Noteworthy" at iTunes and Amazon Music. The Dallas, Texas based band had a banner year in 2018 with first single “Make This Life” reaching #25 on the Active Rock radio charts, and second single "Save Myself" also made it into the Top 30 - the only truly independent act to do so.
"Simple Man" peaked at #23 on the Active Rock charts, and is the highest charting single for the band to date. It garnered attention throughout the rock world with spots on key Hard Rock playlists @ Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora Radio, Google Play Music, Youtube and Slacker Radio. The band has received accolades @ Loudwire, AXS, Alternative Press, Revolver, New Noise, Pure Grain Audio, and more.
The band was relentless touring hard in 2019, opening for Pop Evil, Scott Stapp, and headlining their own tour. Messer played more than 250 shows in 2019, including a 40-city sold out tour with RED and Lacey Sturm. The band was personally invited by Kevin Lyman to play the Texas leg of the final Vans Warped Tour.
The band's cutting-edge modern rock sound was born through serendipitous connections in the thriving Deep Ellum music scene of Dallas, an area that has given rise to iconic Hard Rock and Metal bands like Pantera, Drowning Pool, Hell Yeah, and King's X. The band grew their fan base locally, and began to branch out regionally and nationally, opening for notable bands such as Sick Puppies, Candlebox, Hinder, Vince Neil, Black Stone Cherry, Drowning Pool, Metallica, Scott Stapp Of Creed, and Avenged Sevenfold, among others. It was on one of these tours that the band caught the attention of Los Angeles based writer/producer, Chad Gendason. The band felt an immediate camaraderie with Chad and a lasting bond was made. Messer started writing with Chad, and their first collaboration became "Simple Man". Fan favorite "Whiskey" soon followed and the songs started to flow into what would become their self-titled debut album "Messer". The album was mixed by Ben Grosse (Marilyn Manson, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed) and mastered by Tom Baker (Papa Roach, David Bowie, Motley Crue).

Tue, 09 Mar 2021 - 34min - 74 - Alastair Greene
The much acclaimed US blues rock guitarist Alastair Greene has released his latest album ‘The New World Blues’ to across the board stellar reviews and a #3 US Billboard Blues Chart placing. “When I started writing the majority of these songs in early 2019, I had no idea they would take on a whole new and more poignant meaning as time went on.” muses Greene, “The album is a reflection of current times and has equal parts light and dark.”
The collection of songs was produced by Whiskey Bayou Records co-founder Tab Benoit. Benoit’s label partner, Rueben Williams, also Manager to Greene and Benoit, enthuses, “On this album, Alastair makes it clear why he is a ‘guitar player’s guitar player’ and this recording will surely leave the Alastair Greene stamp on the blues rock world.”
After many years playing with the highly revered Alan Parsons Live Project, Alastair has opened shows for many blues scene favourites in The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Robin Trower, John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers, Jonny Lang…anyone who is any good is busy right? In addition, prior to the pandemic, he traversed the globe touring with Sugaray Rayford’s band, which was nominated for a 2020 Blues Music Award.
Greene trekked from his native Southern California to Houma, Louisiana to record with Grammy nominated Benoit, who also produced, co penned a few songs, played drums, sang harmonies on this record, and bass player Corey Duplechin.
Greene has a diverse set of influences and doesn’t limit himself in his playing so as to not pigeonhole himself, an attraction among many to his style. Some tracks give a tip of the hat to Gary Moore and Peter Green, whereas others find a more laid back funky groove. His stellar slide guitar is up front in places, in addition to heavier tones while others capture the feel of the Cajun environment, combined with a rock-solid Louisiana rhythm section which thrills and draws the listener in.
“I endeavor to play the blues. It’s some of my favorite music. I have a responsibility to inform where this music comes from,” Greene passionately states, “This is a Black, African-American art form that is basically responsible for everything we love today. I want to be true to what I love.” ‘The New World Blues’ is here and everyone is welcome to play.
