Dr. Amir Ahmadian, Co-Owner and Neurosurgeon at the NeuSpine Institute in Florida, joins host Keith Hanenian for episode 2 to discuss his ascend to becoming a co-owner of a multi-location neurosurgery practice as a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who specializes in complex minimally invasive spine surgery.

Dr. Amir shares his experiences from the first time he joined a neurosurgery procedure in college to now employing 78 employees, five surgeons and two doctors. 

Risk mitigation and a drive to succeed without a safety net propelled Dr. Ahmadian and his partner to launch the medical practice, without a business plan.. Instead, they focused on outcome-driven care to start their new business.

Kicking off Season 2, Tom Kazbour, COO of Hungry Howie's of Florida, joins host Keith Hanenian to dive into how he got into the pizza business. Today, Tom, known as "the Pizza Man," owns and operates 63 Hungry Howie's but oversees nearly 300 franchises across Florida.

Keith and Tom discuss how he got into the industry at 15 years old, the impact his father's support and other relationships have had on his career and his path to becoming a successful franchisor and entrepreneur.
