We all have dreams and ambitions but sometimes the hardest part is the start. Don’t be afraid to press start on your success!

Comparison is the beginning of doubt. Focus on your lane and your goals. There is no comparison. You are unique and made for this!

One thing I’ve learned is that you have then pen in your own story. You can be a victim of be a hero. You’ve already made it this far… Keep going!

I have been going through a really difficult time… but this week took me over the edge! Praying for better days and a greater 2024.

I went through a mild identity crisis… but the realization is that this is where I belong! Let’s finish this month off strong!

Sometimes we get in our own way thinking we have the control. Wrong… allow thing to be, don’t sabotage it.

Changing your perspective can be hard… especially when you’ve never seen your life any other way. Take control of that change. We got this!

I came. I saw. I conquered! I did it and you can too!

Today has been one of those days… let me be real… this month has been one of those months… but I’m here to keep fighting. It’s okay to be tired, but there is no giving up.

A simple question makes a world of difference. How can I support you? Be careful when you seek support and make sure it’s the right kind.

This week has been more down than up… just praying for better days.

Sometimes we get fixated on the end goal… and we forget about the day to day. Take time to enjoy the journey.

Today was a tough one… but I made it through. I’m glad I didn’t give up today! Depression won’t win!

At any time you can choose different. It all starts with you.

There is nothing wrong with taking time for yourself. We all need breaks. Take that time to reflect and reset.

Sometimes we have to say no to the things that we want in order to get to where we need to be.

Sometimes we have to change the story we tell ourselves. Keep pushing, keep going... it gets better.

Having good intentions is good... but putting action behind those intentions is even better. Keep going.

A lot of the time we rush the things we want... but know that life has its own timing. Whatever is meant for you is most definitely on its way. Just make sure you're ready to recieve 🫶🏿

I know it's hard... I know you're tired... but look... I am so proud of you. Keep going, do not stop believing in yourself!

Time to stop feeling guilty for putting your needs first. You deserve to be a priority. Keep going!

How Bad do you really want it? What are you willing to do to have what you desire... stay focused on the task at hand. These circumstances are not the end.

Once those small things pile up... they become big issues. Let's knock them down while they're small... You are grand! You are a giant! One of a kind! Embrace it 🖤

Life is a series of second chances... Today is your second chance. Take advantage, you deserve it. You are worthy.

I've had a rough 4 weeks and I felt as though I've reached my breaking point. Guess what. I cracked... but I didn't break. There has got to be more in store for me...

With this economic decline... everyone is struggling. It's hitting me in ways I never expected... One step forward, 3 steps back... but I refuse to give up.

Sometime we need those stepping stones to lead us to the bigger plan. Take those steps... as many as you need... Just keep moving forward.

Sometimes we need to vent... no judgement... no solution... just a listening ear. I just needed to get something off my chest.

A lot of the times people feel as though they deserve special treatment because of the things they have experienced. Nope. No one has time to walk on eggshells because of your situation. Stay accountable. Your trauma is your responsibility ALONE.

I used what I was going through last week as an excuse to not hold myself accountable. It has to stop. I have to lead by example because I see my kids following the same patterns.

Life is difficult sometimes and we are constantly adding things to our plate and taking things off... but don't forget to prioritize YOU!

Today I just felt like sharing... I had something to say. I miss my friend Lamarcus... so this one is for him. Stay focused. Live life... You have the power.

Really just wanted to update you guys on my event... but it kinda went left 😅 my fear of failure warrants me to set myself up for success.

Sometimes we get caught up in potential versus the reality of situations. We have got to love ourselves enough to know the difference. Choose you and the overflow will attract what you need. Keep going!

We all have untapped potential. It's time we step into the light and put the fear behind us. No limits. No fear.

My baby girl is going to her first dance with her friends. It got me to thinking... Yall... This episode is all over the place, but makes perfect sense!

Y'all... I have come to a realization... Consistency triggers me. When I think of consistency, negatively follows. I have to reassociate the word to the positive things in my life. I'm willing to do the work!

I probably said show yourself some grace about 10 times but its true. We give people 100 times to disappoint us... But when we disappoint ourselves one time the world ends. We have got to learn to show ourselves the same grace that we give family... Friends... And strangers! Show yourself some grace 🖤

Sometimes we hold on to things we shouldn't hold on to. Sometimes we go above and beyond when we should be reciprocating the minimum... It happens... Then when the results disappoint us... We wanna give up. Nope! Cause and effect... What did you think would happen?

This year has definitely been a challenge but through it all... I am blessed. Thank you to all my listeners... You continue to make this journey worthwhile ✨✨

Just some thoughts at 1AM...

We are often times hard on ourselves... You know, our own worst critic! Well, I am here to tell you... You are capable and you are worthy. I am already proud of you... Now take that first step!

Be unapologetically you! That's it... That's the message!!

Heartbreak can occur on many levels... People sometimes let us down. But... Trust yourself enough to know when to let go. Do it for you!

I celebrated my 34th birthday this past weekend. My new year has started and I'm focused on me. No change occurs without action and as always... Its starts in the mind! Cheers to a new year, better me 🖤🎉

I've been going through a lot lately... My self confidence is low but my will is high. Even though I understand what I am going through is temporary, I still have work to do. We all fall short, I am no exception... I just hope to do better and be better in the future. We got this ✨💪🏾

Just a brief update on how I'm feeling a few days after giving birth to my beautiful son. My mental state isn't the best, knowing that I'm used to being Superwoman... But I am going to keep pushing, no matter what. Growing pains... Growing... Pains me... But it is definitely necessary to go through it. We got this!

Sometimes we have to go through those tough days to appreciate the good ones. Today is definitely a rough day for me. But I needed it... So that I can stay focused and on course and remember to make better decisions going forward. Never giving up 🖤

Sometimes we look for others to blame for our circumstances when the answer is in the mirror... The blame lies within ourselves. Keep yourself accountable and just do better moving forward.

We often forget to prioritize ourselves. Where do YOU fall on that list? The bottom? Middle? Are you at the top? Don't forget to make yourself a priority! We got this!

This week has already been a struggle, but instead of being caught up in the day to day, I am trying to focus on the bigger picture. This is temporary! Remain optimistic!

You cannot just talk about change and not act on it. No one can make the change for you... You have to take charge of your own life. Be the change. We got this!

There are times where we hinder our own growth... Make room for it! Let go if what needs to be let go... Set yourself new and attainable expectations and goals! But don't forget to acknowledge your growth already! We got this 🖤

Sometimes we are looking for that "sugar-coated" answer... But most of the time we need a real friend to tell us like it is... What do you need? Better yet... Which one are you? A friend or an enabler?

Honestly it's not about the people who don't accept you for the way you are... It's abt those who do! Be you, unapologetically... Their validation is not your problem!

I just had something on my mind tonight that I felt the need to share... Regardless of what I'm going through... I know my kids love me unconditionally 🖤

I don't know why its so hard for us to ask for help. Maybe its the fear of rejection... But sometimes we have to take that chance. Take a break, ask for help. There is nothing wrong with being strong and independent... But we all need a lil help sometimes.

This episode is not to exclude anyone but just to highlight mothers and parenting in general. We constantly take on so much, getting consumed with parenthood that we forget to take a moment for ourselves... well... take that moment! ASAP 🖤

Self sabotage is a killer... I find myself in this predicament every April, but that's over with. Gotta take control of the things we can and let the rest go. Speak LIFE!

Recognize and try to take control of situations that we can control. Sometimes letting go is the only option.

We all are unique in how we process our emotions and manage depression... Here is more insight in the things that I go through. Recognizing the issue is part of the battle. We got this though 🖤

Being accountable is simply taking ownership for your situation. It may seem like an easy task but we all battle dealing with the consequences of our decisions. Regardless... You are not alone. Keep pressing forward and its not secret that accountability starts in the mind 🖤🖤

I wish this was a happy message... But that's life, everyday isn't a happy one. I am in a rut... Lost... Unmotivated... But... Never giving up.

How you speak of yourself matters. I think, therefore I am... We cannot always control circumstances, but what we can control is how we see ourselves. Self love is... Positive self talk 🖤

Starting a segment in SELF LOVE... The first is setting boundaries. We have to set boundaries to protect ourselves. Put yourself first... Don't allow people to treat you any kind of way. Only seek validation from self because that's what really matters! 2021 we are making changes! Season 2, lets get it 🖤

2020 has been an epic year, in more ways than one. I am thankful for the journey... Because at the end of the day, I'm still standing! Cheers to new beginnings!! Much love 🖤

Change is inevitable... so why wait? Don't wait til 2021 to make that change... do it now! If 2020 hasn't taught me anything else... it has taught me that time waits for no one. Do whatever it is you need to do for yourself.

Self care and self love go hand in hand. We might not make the best decisions everyday... but in tomorrow lies the opportunity to do so.
