- 6389 - A Friday Tribute for Our Friend Sid Weiss
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/17/2024):
3:05pm- Rich opens the show on a somber note—friend, and frequent listener, Sid Weiss passed away earlier this week.
3:30pm- While appearing before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government on Wednesday, Michael Cohen’s former attorney Robert Costello accused Cohen of lying during the Donald Trump “hush money” trial. Costello said that Cohen once told him: “I swear to God, Bob, I don’t have anything on Donald Trump…I don’t have anything on Donald Trump.” You can read more here: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/justice/3004761/michael-cohen-lawyer-accuses-lying-trump-trial/
3:40pm- Reacting to Michael Cohen’s testimony in the Donald Trump “hush money” trial on Thursday, CNN legal analyst Elie Honig said Cohen had his “knees chopped out” from under him during cross-examination.
4:05pm- On Thursday, President Joe Biden asserted executive privilege—preventing the House of Representatives from acquiring audio recordings of an interview the president conducted with Department of Justice Special Counsel Robert Hur. In a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), White House counsel Edward Siskel reasoned: “The absence of a legitimate need for the audio recordings lays bare your likely goal—to chop them up, distort them and use them for partisan political purposes.”
4:15pm- The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board writes of President Joe Biden’s assertion of executive privilege: “The privilege claim is bogus on two grounds. First, once a President waives a privilege right, it can’t be reclaimed. Mr. Biden conceded that the interview wasn’t privileged, and there’s no legal basis to say that a recording is different from a transcript. Even if Mr. Biden had first claimed privilege over the interview, that wouldn’t pass legal muster because the interview subject didn’t concern his presidential duties or White House deliberations. It concerned his handling of documents while in the Senate, as Vice President, or as a private citizen. Mr. Siskel’s claim that the goal is to protect the Justice Department’s ‘law enforcement investigations’ also doesn’t work. Such a claim of law-enforcement privilege typically attends to a continuing investigation, but Mr. Hur’s work is complete. He has filed his report and closed up shop.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/joe-biden-executive-privilege-recordings-robert-hur-interview-edward-siskel-265ab86b?mod=opinion_lead_pos2

The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/15/2024):
3:05pm- On Wednesday, in a video posted to X, President Joe Biden accepted Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s debate challenge. According to reports, Biden’s team only agreed to the debates under the condition that there would be no audience in attendance. In order to participate, Independent presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. will need to poll at 15% nationally and have ballot access capable of creating a pathway towards earning the 270 electors necessary to win the presidency.
3:20pm- While appearing before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government on Wednesday, Michael Cohen’s former attorney Bob Costello accused Cohen of lying in the Donald Trump “hush money” trial.
3:50pm- While appearing on CNN, Communications Director for the 2024 Biden Campaign Michael Tyler revealed that it was the Biden team’s preference to hold the presidential debates in a studio instead of a venue with an audience.
4:05pm- Following President Joe Biden’s announced intention to debate in June and September, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump told Hugh Hewitt that he’s looking forward to it.
4:20pm- Listeners call into The Rich Zeoli Show. Given the number of concessions Trump’s team made in order to guarantee June’s scheduled debate against President Joe Biden happened—including microphones only being active during the candidate’s designated turn to speak and no live audience—will the debate ultimately help Donald Trump’s candidacy? Listeners overwhelmingly believe that even with a format that favors Biden, Trump will still dominate.
4:40pm- Congressman David Trone (D-MD) spent a record $62 million on his campaign to win the Democrat nomination in Maryland’s race for U.S. Senate—he somehow still lost by 12% to Prince County Executive Angela Alsobrooks. Meanwhile, former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan captured the Republican nomination.
5:05pm- While speaking with Tucker Carlson, New York Jets all-pro quarterback Aaron Rodgers said he was intrigued by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s offer to be the independent presidential candidate’s 2024 running mate, but ultimately concluded he is a football player—not a politician! During the conversation, Rodgers praised several policies advocated for by Donald Trump, including the border and exorbitant foreign aid packages—though, he suggests the former president should have done more to end the “deep state.” But is that a fair critique?
5:20pm- Should tacos and hotdogs be considered sandwiches? And why is Matt so angry about it? Rich, Matt, and Henry discuss.
5:40pm- According to a recent report from Axios, President Joe Biden and his campaign team are dismissive of polling that shows Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump winning 5 of 6 key swing states. CNN Data Analyst Harry Enten noted that Biden was very receptive to those same exact polls in 2020 when they indicated he was ahead.
6:05pm- While appearing before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government on Wednesday, Michael Cohen’s former attorney Bob Costello accused Cohen of lying in the Donald Trump “hush money” trial. 6:15pm- Legal expert Paul Mauro—Professor of Law at John Jay College & a Fox News Contributor—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the “hush money” charges brought against former President Donald Trump.
6:30pm- Elizabeth Pipko—Spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the 2024 presidential election. Pipko is the author of the book, “Finding My Place: Making My Parents’ American Dream Come True.” You can find the book here: https://a.co/d/3c6u2Hv
6:40pm- Amanda Harding of The Daily Wire writes: “Two human stars of ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’ say they are on the side of the animals due to the current state of the planet. The Associated Press shared a clip of stars Freya Allan and Owen Teague discussing the topic while promoting their new film. ‘I’m fully team ape,’ Teague says in the clip. Allan agreed with that assessment. ‘Listen, I’m obviously—when I’m playing Mae, I’m team human, but I’m team ape—Freya’s team ape. I mean look at the planet—oh here we go…” she added, acknowledging that her statements would cause controversy among listeners. ‘Look at what the humans have done to the Earth,’ Teague added. Wed, 15 May 2024 - 6378 - Trump Appeals to Working Class, Biden Says Bad Polling is Fake, & Disney Cancels Tinker Bell
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/14/2024):
3:05pm- Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial continued on Tuesday—with the prosecution’s key witness Michael Cohen being questioned by Trump’s attorneys. According to Jesse McKinley of The New York Times, during cross examination, Cohen was portrayed as someone seeking revenge and looking to earn money via the sale of t-shirts that said: “Convict 45.” You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/05/14/nyregion/trump-trial-news-michael-cohen?smid=url-share#95706224-806b-5507-ae9b-e5a422a2b006
3:15pm- In reaction to a stream of negative polling results for President Joe Biden, CNN political commentator Van Jones stated that “the economic prospects for young people are miserable.”
3:35pm- Ben Casselman and Jeanna Smialek of The New York Times write that high interest rates are seriously hurting poorer Americans: “High interest rates haven’t crashed the financial system, set off a wave of bankruptcies or caused the recession that many economists feared. But for millions of low and moderate-income families, high rates are taking a toll. More Americans are falling behind on payments on credit card and auto loans, even as many are taking on more debt than ever before.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/14/business/economy/interest-rates-inequality.html
3:40pm- According to a report from Axios, President Joe Biden and his campaign refuse to believe polling which indicates Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is running ahead of Biden in 5 out of 6 key swing states in the 2024 presidential election.
3:55pm- The beloved Disney character Tinker Bell has become the latest victim of cancel culture.
4:05pm- Rich explains that when it became clear Donald Trump would be the Republican Party’s 2024 presidential candidate, President Joe Biden and his administration decided to embrace radical progressive policies—operating under the assumption that election victory would be easily achieved. However, according to new polling from The New York Times, Sienna College, and The Philadelphia Inquirer, Trump now leads President Biden in five of the six key 2024 swing states—Pennsylvania (+3), Arizona (+7), Michigan (+7), Georgia (+10), and Nevada (+12).
4:20pm- Mark Penn—an adviser to former President Bill Clinton and chairman of Harris Poll—says the Biden campaign isn’t focused on winning the correct voters. He’s attempting to win the radical left, while seemingly forfeiting the moderate/independent vote. Penn explains that the swing voter is worth 2x the value of a progressive voter: “People usually assume that turning out so-called base voters in an election matters most, since swing voters are fewer in number. And it’s true that in today’s polarized environment, Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump have about 40 percent of voters each and nothing will change those people’s minds. But in that remaining 20 percent of the electorate, voters have disproportionate power because of their potential to switch. It’s simple math: Take a race tied in the run-up 5 to 5. If one voter swings, the tally becomes 6 to 4. Two voters would then need to be turned out just to tie it up, and a third one would be needed to win.” You can read Penn’s full editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/05/13/nyregion/trump-trial-michael-cohen
4:50pm- Women are paying thousands of dollars to participate in “rage rituals.” Why? Plus, is spray on “hair in a can” a real thing? Yup!
5:05pm- In her new article for The Washington Examiner, columnist Salena Zito asks did Trump make a 4D chess move with his speech in Wildwood, New Jersey? Zito writes: “In 2016, Clinton won Mahoning County with 49% of the vote, defeating Trump by a hair. For perspective, just four years earlier, then-President Barack Obama crushed Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney by a whopping 28 points in the Mahoning Valley, earning 63% of the vote of this mostly white working-class voter base. Those same working-class white voters, on whom Democrats relied to carry the state twice for the first Black president, would soon be called racist, uneducated, and angry just four years later for supporting Trump. Fast-forward to last weekend when Trump, plagued by nonstop reports of his trial for allegedly covering up hush money payments, held a rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, and attracted more than 80,000 supporters in a state no Republican presidential candidate has won since then-Vice President George H.W. Bush in 1988.” Will Trump win the 2024 presidential election thanks to his appeal to working class Americans who feel left behind by the Democrat party? You can read her full story here: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/3003815/was-trump-making-4d-chess-move-speech-new-jersey/
5:30pm- During an Oxford Union debate, Winston Marshall—the former banjoist and lead guitarist for the band Mumford & Sona—argued that “Populism has become a word used synonymously with ‘racist’…with ‘bigot,’ with ‘hillbilly’…elites use it to show their contempt for ordinary people.” Throughout the evening, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) interrupted her debate opponent—claiming that populism is a threat to democracy and that the 2016 election had been “hijacked.”
5:40pm- Rich keeps unbuttoning his shirt as part of an effort to grow our YouTube audience…but nobody wants to see that!
6:05pm- Completely unbiased ABC News journalist George Stephanopoulos told the ladies of The View that if Donald Trump were to win the 2024 election, the White House Situation Room would be “uncontrolled” and pose a threat to American stability.
6:10pm- On HBO’s Real Time, host Bill Maher accused The New York Times of being an instrument of the Democrat Party.
6:30pm- Comedian Jerry Seinfeld delivered the commencement address at Duke University’s graduation. PLUS, Vice President Kamala Harris drops a hard f-bomb while speaking at the Asian Pacific American Institute’s leadership summit.
6:40pm- Erin Perrine—Political Strategist with Axiom Strategies—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to recap Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s massive rally in Wildwood, New Jersey where an estimated 80,000 to 100,000 people attended. Can President Joe Biden do anything to slow down Trump’s momentum?

Two voters would then need to be turned out just to tie it up, and a third one would be needed to win.” You can read Penn’s full editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/05/13/nyregion/trump-trial-michael-cohen

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1:

Tue, 14 May 2024 - 6373 - 80-100k People Show Up to See Trump in Wildwood +NYT Poll Shows Trump Dominating in Swing States
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/13/2024):
3:05pm- On Saturday, Republican presential candidate Donald Trump held a campaign event in Wildwood, New Jersey—where an estimated 80,000 to 100,000 supporters were in attendance. According to Collin Rugg, the size of the crowd rivaled a 1932 speech Franklin Delano Roosevelt delivered from Sea Grit, NJ.
3:15pm- According to polling from The New York Times, Sienna College, and The Philadelphia Inquirer, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump now leads President Joe Biden in five of the six key 2024 swing states—Pennsylvania (+3), Arizona (+7), Michigan (+7), Georgia (+10), and Nevada (+12). The polling data shows Biden with a 2-point lead in Wisconsin. You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/13/us/politics/biden-trump-battleground-poll.html
3:20pm- Nate Cohn of The New York Times writes of recent 2024 Presidential Election polling: “The sense that [President Joe] Biden would do little to improve the nation’s fortunes has helped erode his standing among young, Black and Hispanic voters, who usually represent the foundation of any Democratic path to the presidency. The Times/Siena polls found that the three groups wanted fundamental changes to American society, not just a return to normalcy, and few believed that Mr. Biden would make even minor changes that would be good for the country. [Donald] Trump and Mr. Biden are essentially tied among 18-to-29-year-olds and Hispanic voters, even though each group gave Mr. Biden more than 60 percent of their vote in 2020. Mr. Trump also wins more than 20 percent of Black voters—a tally that would be the highest level of Black support for any Republican presidential candidate since the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/13/us/politics/biden-trump-battleground-poll.html
3:40pm- Mark Penn—an adviser to former President Bill Clinton and chairman of Harris Poll—says the Biden campaign isn’t focused on winning the correct voters.

Is the purpose simply to humiliate Trump even if the court isn’t able to convict him of any crimes? During her testimony, it was revealed that Daniels believes she can communicate with ghosts! She also routinely expressed her disdain for Trump—and explicitly said she refuses to pay Trump more than $600,000 she owes him for legal fees stemming from a failed defamation suit she brought against him in 2018. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/09/2024):
3:05pm- During an interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett, President Joe Biden revealed that he would not supply weapons to Israel if they insisted on pursuing Hamas in Rafah. Rich notes that Congress explicitly provided $26 billion in military assistance for Israel in last month’s $95 billion foreign aid bill. Is President Biden withholding weaponry (including precision targeting technology that would reduce civilian casualties) in order to appease radical progressives on college campuses?
3:15pm- While appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, MSNBC host Jen Psaki said her role as former Biden White House Press Secretary somehow makes her more qualified to offer commentary on the administration. But doesn’t that mean she can’t really be objective? Psaki also acknowledged that President Joe Biden and his campaign team are very much aware that young voters on college campuses oppose American support for Israel.
3:30pm- Flashback: In 2019, President Joe Biden said of potentially cutting off aid to Israel: “The idea that we could cut off military aid to an ally—our only true, true ally in the region—is absolutely preposterous.”

Despite the best efforts of his political opponents and a large swath of the media to hold Donald Trump accountable for the utterances of even the most fringe of his supporters—a standard to which no other candidate is ever held.” Rich notes that the violent, antisemitic protesters living in encampments on college campuses are not Trump supporters—they are members of the Democrat party, but the media isn’t holding the left accountable. 5:05pm- The Drive at 5 begins with Rich announcing an upcoming appearance on Fox News, and Henry fuming over faulty streaming equipment.
5:15pm- Andrew C. McCarthy of National Review writes that in Donald Trump “hush money” trial, humiliation is the point: “As porn star Stormy Daniels’s testimony unfolds, what has always been obvious becomes even more explicit: The point of this trial is to bruise Donald Trump politically—to humiliate him with a tawdry sexual episode from nearly 20 years ago that is utterly unnecessary to prove the charges in the indictment.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/stormy-testimony-shows-trumps-humiliation-is-the-point-of-braggs-prosecution/

4:10pm- In 2016, Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner published an opinion piece in the New York Observer: “The Donald Trump I Know” where he explained that “Donald Trump is not anti-Semitic and he’s not a racist. Isn’t that a double standard? You can read the full editorial here: https://observer.com/2016/07/jared-kushner-the-donald-trump-i-know/
4:30pm- Tudor Dixon—Former Republican Nominee for Governor of Michigan & host of The Tudor Dixon Podcast—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s prospects of winning Michigan in 2024. At one point, Donald Trump’s attorney Susan Necheles accused Stormy Daniels of attempting to extort the former president. Daniels responded by repeatedly shouting “false!”

3:30pm- Reporting from inside the courthouse, Jonathan Swain of The New York Times writes of Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial: “Trump’s lawyer, Susan Necheles, has successfully established that Stormy Daniels is refusing a court order to pay legal fees to Trump, which she was ordered to do six years ago after her defamation lawsuit against him was dismissed.” You can read more courtroom updates here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/05/07/nyregion/trump-trial-hush-money-stormy-daniels

4:05pm- Isaac Schorr of Mediate reports that talk show host Michael Smerconish has been disinvited from speaking at Dickinson College’s commencement ceremony after students complained about a passage from a book he wrote in 2004. Schorr writes: “In his book, Smerconish argued against a Department of Transportation policy that ‘precluded more than two individuals of any particular ethnicity from being singled out at the same time for secondary screening at airports.’” You can read the full story here: https://www.mediaite.com/news/cnns-michael-smerconish-disinvited-from-college-commencement-over-comments-from-2004/

4:50pm- Barak Ravid of Axios reports that the Biden Administration “put a hold on a shipment of U.S.-made ammunition to Israel.” Rich notes that Congress explicitly provided $26 billion in aid for Israel in last month’s $95 billion foreign aid bill. Ukraine received assistance immediately—why was Israel forced to wait?
5:00pm- In his Wall Street Journal editorial, Ralph Reed writes about the media’s continued attempts to smear Christians in America. He explains: “House Speaker Mike Johnson stared down anti-Israel protesters at Columbia University last month and affirmed the nation’s support for Jewish students. His remarks were sharp and unequivocal, a welcome contrast with university officials’ hand-wringing and the Biden administration’s feeble response to the antisemitism sweeping across the states. Yet rather than give him credit, Democrats and the press for months have fixated on Mr. Johnson’s background as a ‘Christian nationalist.’ The New Republic claimed he’d been ‘groomed by the Christian right’ in ‘secretive circles’ to ‘rule the United States according to ‘biblical values.’’ Robert Jones, president of the Public Religion Research Institute, described Mr. Johnson as ‘the embodiment of white Christian nationalism in a tailored suit.’” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/the-smear-campaign-against-christian-nationalists-faith-freedom-f3954994?mod=opinion_lead_pos5

Did she just end her political career? It certainly seems like it.
6:30pm- Shia Kapos of Politico investigated the source of funding for anti-Israel protests on college campuses. Unsurprisingly, the biggest funders also happen to be some of President Joe Biden’s biggest campaign donors—including George Soros and the Pritzker family. Sat, 04 May 2024 - 6340 - Did Alvin Bragg’s Case Against Trump Just Fall Apart? + College Protesters Hate Western Society
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/02/2024):
3:05pm- Did Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s “hush money” case against former President Donald Trump just blow up? Matthew Haag of The New York Times writes: “Defense lawyers for Donald J. Trump painted the lawyer who negotiated the hush-money deal at the center of his criminal trial as a serial extortionist, accusing him of taking aim at Mr. Trump before the 2016 election with a porn star’s account of a sexual liaison. The lawyer, Keith Davidson, spent hours on the stand describing how he received the $130,000 payment for the woman, Stormy Daniels, from Mr. Trump’s longtime fixer, Michael D. Cohen, and the mad scramble that ensued when the story got out anyway. The cross-examination quickly turned hostile: Mr. Trump’s lawyers sought to cast Mr. Davidson as a shakedown artist who took aim at celebrities including Tila Tequila and Charlie Sheen, while he fought back by suggesting they were using loaded language like ‘extortion’ to stigmatize legitimate settlements.” During his opening monologue Rich notes that during testimony, Davidson said he did not consider the payments from Trump to be “hush money.” You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/05/02/nyregion/trump-hush-money-trial/trump-trial-keith-davidson-testimony?smid=url-share

4:30pm- Former President Donald Trump spoke with the press briefly after court concluded on Thursday. PLUS, the New York Times’s Maggie Haberman claims that “Trump left the courtroom, squinting strangely at Lawrence O’Donnell, the MSNBC host, as he did.” Don’t forget, Haberman famously complained that Trump “glared” at her during a court appearance last month. Will Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Brag prosecute Trump for “glaring” and “squinting” next?
4:40pm- In a particularly bizarre segment from MSNBC’s Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough predicted that if Donald Trump wins the 2024 presidential race, he will “arrest political enemies” and “execute generals that don’t follow his commands”—even using “SEAL Team 6 to execute political opponents.” Speaking of dictators, did you know that an estimated 16 million people are descendants of Genghis Khan?
5:05pm- After leaving court on Thursday, former President Donald Trump visited with the NYPD and FDNY—brining a mountain of pizzas with him!
5:10pm- While speaking with the press, a spokesperson for the UCLA anti-Israel protesters proclaimed that the university was “founded on colonialism,” calling it a “violent institution.” She went on to condemn the United States of America as being evil and called for the dismantling of the country’s institutions.
5:20pm- The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board writes: “Why pass laws when the Biden Administration ignores them? The latest example is a new rule that purports to codify permitting reform in Congress’s debt-ceiling deal last year. Instead, the rule creates a pocket veto for fossil fuels and public works while rubber-stamping green projects. Permitting reform for we, but not thee… The Administration’s new rule ignores the law by making it easy to kill projects that progressives oppose… Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer promised West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin he’d take up permitting reform in return for supporting the Inflation Reduction Act. But Democrats in Congress blocked significant reforms, and now the Administration guts even the minor reforms in the IRA.” You can read the full article here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/permitting-reform-rule-biden-administration-green-projects-fossil-fuels-environment-2396058a?mod=opinion_lead_pos2

You can read more about the story here: https://reason.com/2024/05/01/this-elderly-man-was-arrested-after-shooting-a-burglar-in-self-defense-because-his-gun-was-unlicensed/. 6:40pm- Rich Lowry of National Review points out: “The Alvin Bragg case has gotten grander at trial, but also more ridiculous. The Manhattan DA has a meaningless business-records misdemeanor wrapped within a theory about an alleged Trump conspiracy to defraud the voters by denying them disparaging information before the election and obscuring, after the fact, the payments that were used to do so. Bragg is accusing Trump, in effect, of stealing the election. If this is the standard by which we judge elections, we need to go back and conclude that Bill Clinton wasn’t elected legitimately in 1992, either. The Arkansas governor’s political operation was, in part, an elaborate conspiracy to keep women who alleged to have had affairs with Clinton quiet. Hillary Clinton was an active participant in the schemes. And so, by Bragg’s logic, this Democratic power couple—dominant in the party for a decade or more and still honored today—comprises election thieves.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/2024/04/remember-when-bill-clinton-stole-the-1992-election/

Thu, 02 May 2024 - 6336 - Watch Trump’s May 11th Wildwood Rally with Rich
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1:

3 - Catch and Kill! It is not illegal to have an extramarital affair, so why is that on trial in the Trump case? It is not election interference to hide things from the electorate. Would people really have changed their vote knowing the guy who has been married three different times had an affair or two? If so, why has he not lost the evangelical Christian crowd?
330 - A correction. Joe Biden received “4 Pinocchio’s” from the WaPo for his repeated lie that he was arrested protesting for civil rights back in the day on Woke Howard Stern’s Show. Isn’t this the guy who palled around with “The Seggies” talking to the guy that would do blackface skits? Birds of a hypocritical feather flock together.
350 - Rich is mad about the whole premise of the trial, including the taxpayer money going to the daily protection of Donald Trump as he has to keep appearing in court. Let’s get a poll going on who would’ve changed their vote based on these allegations.
4 - Continuing on Trump’s Trial as we are prosecuting him for election interference that he has not won once in two separate elections. Where is the evidence that the outcome would have changed?

How serious is the accusation that Israel is committing genocide against Gazans?

He argues this is the first AI hate crime hoax, and many more may be on the horizon. The conversation shifts to other AI hazards, such as revenge deepfake porn and staged conversations. Are schools out in Kentucky participating in these protests like the coastal elite schools? Rich and Dr. Reilly wrap up with discussion of Trump’s case in New York.
540 - Rich discusses his differences with other legal scholars over the handling of the Trump case. We listened to Trump’s comments after court today. Rich continues to detail just how weak the case against Trump is.
6 - Zeoli Show In-house Economist Dr. EJ Antoni joins us once again to discuss the new economic numbers. Yes people are earning more now, but the rising costs of things has rendered these wages useless. But we thought inflation was transitory? Yeah, transitioning higher and higher. The two also discuss the non-compete contracts being voided, for now. What happens if we finally abolish The Fed?
620 - Anytime, anywhere. Biden says he’ll debate Trump on Woke Howard Stern’s Show. Will he though? He also spouted more lies, like being arrested during civil rights protests, being the runner -up in “state scoring” in football, and receiving salacious pictures from women during his time as Senator in the 1970’s. A special montage of Biden’s comments on race.
