Welcome back from Holiday. So excited to be back today for Week 1 of RBS. This year, we will be doing both audio (on spotify) and video on Youtube to give the people visuals (since Beyonce wont do it). This first episode is simply catching up since the last episode, birthday blues and setting expectation for the year. I also talked about how beneficial it is to have a theme of the year to help drive your year so that you are not overwhelmed with all the goals no matter how tiny they can be. This week was a solo episode just catching up and reflecting on my 20s journey with you guys. I figured I get to speak less when I have guests but I really ddnt want another week to go by without talking to you.

As my 30s approach, I thought it will be fun to catch up and reflect on my 20s away from home.

WOOOOOOHOOOO, First in person guest. Spoke with my friend Jonathan on his journey moving to the US and choosing Okhlahoma. I had fun recording and editing this episode truly.

Apologies for the delay, I was under the weather last week and could not get around to editing. Evem through this week, it was a struggle.

Last weekend, I caught up with one of my closest friends and we spoke about her experience with moving to NY.

To be very transparent, Lost the audio at the end (the ridiculousness of recording remote) but I did not want the first 40 minutes not to be heard. Will record with Chinwe time and time again as this will not be her last time on RBS.

Apologies in advance for my audio setting in this episode, we recorded this as a live set up because we are on two different continents and unfortunately for me, my internet decided to act a mess.

Regardless, this was the most exciting conversation with my twin sister about her multiple moves. I believe she ate me up on this episode but truly just had a good time catching up and will most definitely have her back.

Unfortunately, Everyone has that moment where they decided enough was enough with Nigeria.
