In 2024 we're going to be going to monthly themes and I would also encourage you to check out our new podcast coaching youth today for tomorrow. Coaching conversations will continue to have monthly themes with four episodes per month and we're going to start to sprinkle in master classes which are going to be lengthier workshop style formats. We were going to use the subscription feature now we're just simply asking for donations and as bad as that can come off I just want to know that there's a value out there and what we're seeking from people is $3 per month and we will continue to do monthly workshops along with their monthly themes. As the donations increase we will start to even provide to our listeners free courses from our LMS platform.

Speaking from personal experience, having my birthday on Christmas Eve has always made me question the authenticity of the season's cheer - when appreciation and thankfulness seem like obligations wrapped in tinsel and bows. Self-awareness is the ability to recognize and understand your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It is an essential skill that helps you improve your relationships, manage your emotions, and make better decisions in life.There are two main components of self-awareness: internal and external. Internal self-awareness involves understanding your own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. This includes identifying your strengths and weaknesses, values, and personality traits. External self-awareness involves understanding how others perceive you and your impact on them. This includes feedback from others, understanding social cues, and how your behavior affects others.
One way to develop self-awareness is to practice mindfulness, which involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment. This can help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, and develop a better understanding of your inner world.
Another way to increase self-awareness is to seek feedback from others. This can help you gain a better understanding of how your behavior affects others, and identify areas for improvement.
Self-awareness is not only important for personal growth, but it also plays a critical role in leadership and decision-making. Leaders who are self-aware are better able to understand their own strengths and weaknesses, manage their emotions, and communicate effectively with others.

Self-awareness is the ability to understand oneself and one's emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It is an essential component of personal growth and development. Developing self-awareness can help individuals improve their relationships, communication skills, and overall well-being.
There are several ways to develop self-awareness. One of the most effective methods is to practice mindfulness. Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment. By being present in the moment, individuals can observe their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and gain insight into their inner workings.
Another way to develop self-awareness is to seek feedback from others. It can be difficult to see ourselves objectively, but feedback from others can help us understand how we are perceived and how our actions affect those around us. It is important to seek feedback from individuals who are trustworthy and have our best interests at heart.
Journaling is also a powerful tool for developing self-awareness. Writing down our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can help us identify patterns and gain insight into our inner workings. By reflecting on our journal entries, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves and make changes to improve our well-being.
Finally, it is important to take time for self-reflection. This can involve setting aside time each day to reflect on our thoughts and emotions or taking a break from our daily routine to engage in activities that promote self-reflection, such as meditation, yoga, or nature walks.

Self-awareness is the ability to look in the mirror and truly be honest with one's self. Reality is dealing with things objectively and factually without emotional interpretation and spinning.
