When someone close to us dies unexpectedly, it's more than difficult to pick up the pieces and figure out how to move forward. This happened to Eli and led him down a very dark road. But Christ never gave up on Him. Jesus crushed his idols, showing him that He was the most high.

For many, the choice to use can be seen as a way to fix the affliction in their life. It was one day while in prison that Glen got the best gift he had ever received, even though it didn't feel like a gift. He in that moment for the first time saw who he really was and from there things would never be the same.

Mindy was constantly chasing after the thing that was so elusive, but she couldn’t quite pinpoint what that was. JoJo thought she had everything she could ever dream of, but the Lord kept working on her heart. Even when we wander far away from what we were taught and turn our back on Him, the Lord still doesn't give up on us. Shane learned that the only way to move forward with his life and make a serious change, was to ask God to do the work that only He can do. The recovery process is rarely ever a straight path for anyone, and often it includes multiple cycles of ups and downs even after the first stretch of sobriety. Dean tried to end all of the pain and despair multiple times, but each time the Lord intervened. He eventually learned that when Jesus begins a good work, He brings it to completion.

We're all searching for a purpose to live for and it can be easy to get caught up in all the lies the world sells to us. Kim got to the place of desperation and called out for Jesus to reveal Himself to her- and He showed her the truth of what He offers to everyone.
