The One you are looking for is the One who is looking. It's you. You are the love of your life. After the breakup - you need you. In the moments of deep sadness, depression, aloneness, etc. - you need you.

Get to know your Spirit, your Soul, your Heart. I believe this relationship can show you everything. Every answer to your questions about purpose, what you're here to do, to give, and who you are here to be. You know.

You so willingly give time to others, think about all the peeps you have let into your life and showed them your heart. Some people can't hold something so precious. This relationship with you, will never fail you & it will never leave you. You have the capacity to feel lonely which is a byproduct of not knowing this relationship with yourself. The flip side of the same coin shows that you also have the capacity of feeling deeply seen, held, nurtured and supported by trusting that this being is always with you.

Stop looking out & start looking in <3

Children are a living expression of genius. Children are here to teach us. We have so much to learn from them. To realign with what really matters. Observing children and their innate wisdom, invites us to reconnect with what we once knew - true love, play, acceptance of all emotions, innocence, curiosity, connection, innovation, expression etc.

May you begin to view children differently. Allowing children to illuminate the way, showing us how to connect with our own inner child; by being connected to themselves - embodied geniuses. Your own inner child knows all the secrets to your happiness, genius, wisdom, joy, expression, purpose, and so much more. Become still, quiet and present with yourself so they feel safe to reopen to you.

Have patience for the child within you, pinky promise they want to feel held, supported, seen, and loved by you. Walking with your own inner child can open so many doors in your life.

Jealousy - oooof whatta feeling. She is visceral. She is fiery. She is an experience that we may have because we are human. Humans tend to look outside of themselves quite often. Doing so, you forget to realize all that you are. Nobody outside of you can touch your internal oasis where your heart, your mind, and your spirit lives.

Jealousy amongst women is so sad but it's real, it's present, and it has plagued the hearts and minds of many - including myself. Diving into thoughts around jealousy with women and how to become more self assured. I believe self assurance is the way to travel beyond those inadequate feelings that jealousy stems from.

It should never be Women vs. Women. But sometimes that is felt energetically within a space. It's sad and I don't believe it has to be that way. Radiating that yucky feeling of jealousy is extremely palpable and speaks volumes to the internal well being of someone choosing that route. We always have a choice. Will you let your past experiences with feelings of lack dictate how you move forward in your life with Women?

You are deserving of deep, embodied, emotional, support. Women have bountiful super powers & holding space with the upmost respect and compassion is one of them. To rupture, or break in the presence of a Woman, will be the most transformative experience for your emotional body. You become remade. You are held. You are seen. You are safe. You are supported in all that you are and choose to release.

Letting go of jealousy creates room for immense amount of beauty to enter the garden of your mind. Plucking jealousy from the root and replacing those feelings of lack with self assurance moves you forward in alignment with the Woman you are meant to be. The true essence of you does not leak out energy hating other Women. That's just not it.

You do not have to prove yourself, your presence is enough. My hope is that these words touch your heart and offer peace to the places within yourself that put pressure on performance. How you act, how you speak, what you do, what you have, etc.

When you separate from the thoughts that make you feel like you have to do something to be worthy, you're left with the question "Is my presence enough?" and it is, every time.

It is so easy to get caught up in the "importance of numbers" and how there seems to be some sort of connection to your self worth based upon the numbers of followers, likes, views, etc. How crazy is this?? We begin to see ourselves through the eyes of society, who tells us who we are and what we are worth. Even crazier. To become aware of the spaces in your life where you limit yourself based on the ever-changing numbers, can be the space where you free yourself from this cycle.

In this episode I dive into:

Numbers do not equate to your self worth

In the present moment there are no numbers

How the ego attaches to numbers

Listening to the energetics behind words

Recognizing that you are not a robot who constantly outputs. It is more than okay to rest, recharge, and realign with your purpose as to WHY you are doing things.

Evolution does not ask if you are ready to evolve. Nature simply does and your own resistance to what is creates disruption within your body. This may leak into your external environment. How you approach situations involving change, while truly beginning to embody acceptance for what is -creates harmony within yourself which ripples into your outer life.

Learning to release what's inside of you may be one of the best gifts you can give yourself. Learning to stop shaming and judging the feelings that arise in your being. This create more ease, harmony, and peace within.

All emotions have a purpose.

I try to tread lightly around Depression as I recognize that everyone's experience with this Mental Illness is unique. I honor those who are experiencing this feeling in their life. It's not fun, but it may be there for a reason.

I invite you to open your heart and listen to this episode, seeing what new perspectives may add to your human experience and completely disregarding those that don't. Take what you need, leave the rest - always.

My heart goes out to anyone in flux with depression. You are not alone. Even if you find yourself physically isolated, relate to Nature. See the cycles around you and relate them to your inner world. Know that you too may experience a winter, but a spring will follow.

This is an interesting topic because I never want to sound insensitive to those battling with this mental illness. The pain is real and I've been there. One quote I love is "if you don't make time for your wellness, you'll be forced to make time for your illness".

See dense emotions as our body's way of communicating to us. Sometimes for us to ACTUALLY hear and listen, our body goes to this extreme place of depression so that you have no choice but to notice. Our body is in constant communication with our mind and vise versa. There is so much interconnectedness. The way we see or perceive situations signals to our body's cells which respond to that stimulus. Example: You see someone you are not a fan of and your mind says "Omg run away etc." Your body's cells are always listening and responding. So your cells receive that message and put your body in fight or flight mode and the nervousness etc. kicks in. Your mind leads, body follows. But with depression and other mental illnesses, your body may force an emotion first, that causes a feeling which your mind has no choice but to hear.

In society, some people believe it to be "weak" to be open, vulnerable and talk about your emotions. This is the furthest thing from weak. It takes immense strength to be open, vulnerable and voice your internal feelings.

Talk to someone, even if its the voice memo in your phone to feel like you're being received. It works lol I know from experience :)

Your heart is your home. So many of us feel homeless because we have abandoned our core. Your heart is the emotional center of your body. When we are removed from our emotions, the organ in our center is a foreign object. Over time, when suppressing our emotions we grow cold to our innate abilities and wisdom. Enjoy this episode in finding your way back to your heart.

There are tools to "tap into your heart" quite literally. Touch, hold, tap your heart space to activate communication to and from this region.

Come back to the purest part of your being.

Come home to your heart.

It is waiting for you.

It loves you.

Give love to your heart so that your heart may give love to you and those around you.

Meditation channeling Wisdom. What's your purpose on this planet?

All you have to do is ask. To believe is to see. Know there is a higher guidance. Know that if you reach out asking how you can be of service to the world, you will receive an answer. This intelligence knows why you're here; waiting for you to be curious enough to ponder your understanding and embodiment of your purpose, of your truth.

You can't receive a message when your inbox is full. You can't receive a message from the Higher Power when you think you know everything - including what your purpose is here on Earth. Ask the One who knows. Go straight to the Source. Skips lots of steps wooohooo.

Meditation becomes a creation of spaciousness in hopes to meet our heart. What's happening inside comes to the surface. Do not push it away, resistance will not allow it to move through you, to then be released from your heart and mind. Be open to whatever comes up and know this too shall pass. Emotions are energy in motion. Allow the movement. You free yourself in these moments.

Listen without judgement from the mind. Simply observe your body's sensations and feelings. Give 5 minutes of your time to be devoted to you. Keep your eyes closed and listen to your body. Listen to your heart. Allow your heart to speak without words. Simply observe.

I invite you to place your hands on your heart, close your eyes, allow your mind to open to the words and sounds being shared, which grants your heart permission to do the same.

Join me in this episode about life and how to love this precious gift. To be in looooOoveee with your life may seem challenging at times but what if these challenging times were only shaping and inviting more appreciation into the good times. To be exposed to the vast array of life's possibilities and emotions we feel throughout our time on Earth, and be thankful.

Gratitude is commonly used in a way of "influencing" our world and an encouraged "way to be". There is more to practicing gratitude than just saying the things you're thankful for. But if you are not aware of the underlying purpose of this practice, you're less likely to use it. If you know the reasons why and how gratitude can impact your life, you're more likely to apply this practice. I invite you to listen and see the bigger picture of training your brain in this way. Expanding on this process, I share its true meaning to me. When you become thankful for this life, life will give you something to be thankful for.

This is all my perspective and little nuggets of information I've collected along this journey. Take what resonates with you, and leave what does not. I do not know everything, I do not know anything. All I am familiar with is my view on my human experience. I share in hopes that it may resonate with you and offer a new way of seeing your life.

Our lens of which we see, dictates our vision. Our vision is influenced by the mind. The mind can learn new ways to see.

Life: where we all come to die.

Often times we tend to "look up" to others. Social media is a catalyst for comparison and all things external. When we spend so much time consuming externally, while our internal being patiently waits for acknowledgment.

We see others and it's like "WOW, I want to be like them" but these people in our lives are simply reflections of us. They mirror what already exists within us - so we can then see ourselves. They can show you the traits and qualities you already contain, that are patiently waiting to be tapped into.

Reduce the amount of consumption during your day and find the birthplace of creativity. You have so many gifts waiting for your recognition. How may you recognize this abundance when you're in a constant state of distraction?

You are an endless, infinite being. To see yourself is to not necessarily idolize others and place them as being above or better than you. We are the same. Maybe the only difference is ones gumption and belief in themselves - which mentally is a simple "click" begin.

My teacher Wissam shared with me "Don't take anyone as a role model. When you were 6 years old you looked up to many teachers as wow. After you learned what they were teaching you, they would not be wow anymore." First, you may observe qualities in someone else. Then learn to see these qualities in yourself while implementing them into your life.

To believe in a dream is to believe in yourself. You are powerful. Believe in yourself more. Spread your wings. Expand your life.

A dream is just a life waiting to be lived - by you.

WOOOHOOOO you got this! I believe in you. I support you. Keep going.

Release the grip held by the inner critic. Separate from this voice and allow the deepest parts of you to emerge and be set free. You free yourself. You allow yourself to create, express, share, and be who you want to be. Stop living your life based off of other peoples perceptions. Live Your Life. YOLO
